Mi teclado es un Razer Cynosa lite, con una antigüedad de 3 años.Necesito una solución, si es que la hay, para el siguiente problema: Al pulsar la tecla “4” o la de “espacio” el teclado escribe ambos caracteres, es decir: “ 4”.Muchas gracias.

Hey so my keyboard got a little bit of water damage yesterday and it drained fine and then the USB was glitchy but no water touched it and it worked for 10 minutes but then stopped and it’s like the USB isn’t going into the port fully and it’s not connecting.

Have had this headset for a little over 6mo now, everything has been fine until today. I turn on the header and it says pairing.  (I'm using a PS5) It does not connect and nothing has changed, no ps5 updates have happened.  It sees it fine in the Bluetooth menu but when i do to connect that way I get error "the passkey might not be correct, or your Bluetooth accessory might have canceled the connection". I have rebooted the system and still get the same error. 

Hi there, I’m using Razer Viper V2 Pro for the last two and a half years already. Everything was perfect until the other day I started hearing a noise from my computer that sounded like discovering new devices - multiple times, though no one was close to the running PC. A day later problems started. The mouse stopped working in the wireless mode. I’ve already tried EVERYTHING - all other usb sockets, reinstalling firmware, reinstalling software, etc. Since it stops working only in wireless mode I assume it’s an issue with dongle. The strange thing is that when it cools down and I reconnect it to PC or Laptop, the device is being discovered but it usually takes less than 1 minute to lose a connection with mouse. After that the USB dongle is not being discovered by the PC/Laptop anymore. I have to wait a bit till it gets cool and it works for a few secord again… I’m already past the product warranty period and I don’t see any replacement  USB dongles available anywhere. When booting all works OK, and a few seconds after the windows login, the keyboard blinks(The razer synapse starts) And the AIO lighting stops working. I hope this could be fixed. Another thing is that the mobo isnt recognized correctly (Asrock x870E nova wifi) even though the sync between periphericals and the fans works perfectly… Except the AIO RGB

Hello, I powered on my laptop after some time and wanted to get everything setup. I noticed that various FN buttons are not working:FN3, FN4, FN7, FN8, FN11, FN12It’s a pattern. Is this pointing to an issue in hardware?

I need help on how to get the codes back please 

I just reset my pc and redownloaded synapse and thx audio along with 7.1 surround sound, i can login to synapse but every time i try to login to thx and 7.1 i just get a looping loading screen. i have razer kraken v3 x headset

I purchased a pair of the kraken kitty BT headphones on May 15th and when I went to register my product, I realized my Razer ID was created with the "hide my email" feature with icloud except I found out that the feature is broken and won't correctly forward emails to my actual email account. I've changed my email on Razer to be my actual one and have tried and tried again to get a new activation code but razer keeps sending it to the broken private relay email.  I've got proof of purchase and everything else -I just want my headphones to not sound like doodoo

I purchased the Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition at Walmart. After two days, the app prompted a controller update, but I don’t own a PC, and my town lacks public library PC access. Without an update option, the controller’s accuracy and efficiency seem inadequate. I won’t invest in a PC just to update it or continue with a product lacking solutions. Other controllers, like Thrustmaster’s eSwap line, face similar issues, suggesting a trend of insufficient software-hardware integration. If no workaround exists for updating, I’ll return the controller.

Hi Team/Community:I’ve setup a Sonos Beam (Gen 2) via an OREI BK-929U and that works (with Dolby Atmos!) when using the Blade’s internal monitor; however, after attaching an UltraGear 45GS95QE to the Blade’s built-in HDMI port, I can only get audio through the Blade’s built-in speakers -- I’ve tried connecting the audio extractor to both the built-in HDMI port as well as a USB-C adapter.What might be happening that attaching the external monitor is “breaking” Atmos audio via the soundbar?Thank you!Edit: to be sure, I’ve tried routes such as updating Windows and installing the latest firmware/BIOS from Razer; no luck.

I would like to know if it is possible to purchase replacement parts for the Razer Tarok gaming chair. The mechanism to tilt the backrest no longer functions as intended. The backrest will tilt backwards even when the level is engaged. I would be willing to purchase a repair kit if it were available.

Hello, so my Deathadder Elite has been acting up for about a week now. Everything works fine except for my left mouse button. At first it would randomly double click whenever I tried clicking once, so I looked online and read some threads about static charge potentially being the culprit. I attempted to blow out the area where the button is actually pressed and this worked for about 30 minutes… Now it doesn’t double click BUT it only registers my clicks about half the time. I tried closing/reinstalling Synapse but it didn’t seem to make any difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

A few times per day synapse is unable to contact the servers it logs you out and there is a massive popup on screen to log back in.The problem is this popup is appearing in front of the game i am playing.I do not really care if i am not logged in or not. How can i disable this popup?

My Razer Mouse disconnects and doesn’t want to reconnect for a random amount of time. It only works with cable but the cable severely reduces agility. I tried replugging the dongle, switching the USB-Port and restarting my mouse. Sadly nothing has helped.

Anybody knows why the left side of razer kraken v4 pro seems to not work tried all the trubbleshooting i could.

When I last checked last night, my battery was at 80% and on the charger. When I started work this morning the battery was at 0%. Is it time to replace the battery? If so, where do I get one? I love this mouse and don’t won’t to replace it if avoidable. 

Hello everyone i have replaced the nattery on my blackshark v2 pro 2020 3 times already and it does not hold any charge at all, as soon as i disconnect it from the charger it turns off, i have even bought a brand new v2 pro 2020 charged it then took the battery out and put it into my old v2 pro 2020 and my old one still does not hold the charge i just dont feel comfortable wearing the new v2 pro i bought, whats the problem here? is there some sorta rest i have to do?

Title pretty much sums it up. I purchased the 2025 model of the Blade 16 (Ryzen processor/RTX5080/USB4), but I can’t seem to find documentation anywhere on whether this laptop has implemented USB4 v2 or just version 1. I use/will be using this laptop for more than gaming  (school, coding,  relative endeavors, etc), and I’d like to know the bandwidth I can expect from this computer to an attached dock.  Can someone here tell definitively what version of USB4 is on this thing? Thanks in advance.  EDIT: sorry for the typo in the title. 

I am having problems with my brand new Razer Hammerhead Wireless X. I charged it as requested on the side of the box and when the led on the case went green I tried connecting them. Opening the case didn’t turn on the earphones as the light indicators on the sides didn’t light up. I tried pressing on the indicator both to manually turn them on and to reset them, all without any progress. What could I do to fix my issue or what am I possibly doing wrong?

Hello Razer Support, I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse. The scroll wheel is acting erratically — it either doesn’t respond at all or scrolls in the wrong direction, and sometimes jumps randomly. The issue occurs both in wired and wireless modes. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Reinstalled Razer Synapse and updated firmware. Switched USB ports and tried both wired and wireless connections. Performed a factory reset on the mouse (holding LMB + RMB + scroll click while plugging in). Tested the mouse on another computer – the issue persists. Cleaned the scroll wheel area with compressed air. Despite all of this, the scroll wheel still doesn’t function properly. The mouse is still within the warranty period. I believe this might be a hardware issue with the scroll encoder, as I’ve seen other users report similar problems. Please let me know how to proceed. I can provide photos, video proof, or the serial number if needed. Thank you,
