I’m having a problem with my Razer Kiyo webcam and I can’t figure out what’s going wrong. Whenever I try to use it (whether it’s on OBS, Discord, Windows Camera app, etc.), the ring light turns on, the video feed starts to appear… and then the camera instantly shuts off. It’s like it crashes as soon as it activates.After that, it disconnects and reconnects automatically without me having to unplug it. The issue repeats itself every time, and I can’t get it to work properly.I’ve tried different USB ports, restarting the PC, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but nothing has helped so far. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this?I have purchased my Kiyo device in Nov 2024 and it worked well in the very beginning, however since recently I have been experiencing the issue as laid out above.

I have a Razer Kraken pro v2 and everybody can har me whether i have my Headset muted or Not. Any ideas how to fix it ore where It comes from ?

I've had my Kraken V4 pro for two weeks and the sound is only loud on one side, the right one. I've tried everything, leaving them charging at 100%, updating them to the latest version, checking the left-right balance in the Windows settings, everything is correct, uninstalling Razer Synapse, using other devices and nothing, everything is the same. What's the reason for this? Please help. I've only had them for 2 months.

Since I got it, the battery life has been a maximum of 2-3 days. I've tried almost all of the top-quality brands on the market, but nothing has changed. I really love the product, but the battery situation has really started to become frustrating.

does anyone know where i can get replacement keycaps for my  RZ03-0122 ?i lost like 10 keycaps in a moving event :-( 

Hello, i am a new user of razer controllers. I recently bought one, the “wolverine v3 pro.” I had no problem connecting it, but when i tried to switch the paddles function i couldn’t. I read the guide which it said to download an app on my xbox, but after downloading it, it didn't let me switch the buttons, now i had a bigger problem. It ask for me to update the controller by going on a website on my pc, but i dont own a pc. If you could help me download the update on xbox or help me switch the paddles function i will really appreciate it. Thank You.

Do to cat related issues, the dongle for my Wolverine v3 Pro is snapped in two. I have not been able to find where I can get a replacement. Could you please let me know if these are available to purchase?

Hello Razer Community,I’m reaching out because I’ve lost the activation code for THX Spatial Audio that originally came with my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset (model RZ04-02051100-R3M1). The code was never used or activated on any account.I purchased the headset from eMAG Romania on October 6, 2020, and I still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the physical packaging where the code was printed, and when I tried submitting my headset's serial number on the support page, it said the device is not eligible.Is there any way to get a replacement activation code in this situation? I’m happy to share my invoice or other details if needed.Thanks in advance for any help or advice!Best regards

Purchased, opened it up, Plugged it in. Ran a live D&D session for 8hrs using the bar for interactive sounds and music. Ran perfectly the whole time.Flash forward to this morning, turn on laptop. Sound bar isn’t on.Power buttons yields nothing.Swapped USB-C to another port (neither ports are hubs, Laptop is also brand new) still no power.Disconnect from soundbar, plug USB-C into phone, phone charges/connects to PC.Plug soundbar into phone charger, sound bar powers on.Cool, everything works.Plug soundbar back into PC.Still nothing.Help?Otherwise this is an instant failure of a device and will be returned, not even an RMA.

Hi all, my razer basilisk suddenly stopped working a month ago after I reset my pc, and no matter what I do nothing works to fix it. I currently use it in wired mode since I lost the wireless toggle about a year ago, but it was working fine until last month. I’ve tried basically everything to fix it. I cleaned the inside of my pc just in case it was a dust issue, I used a different mouse (which works fine on the same USB port, so it’s not a burnt outlet), I plugged in my Razer into a different pc (where it also works there), and I made sure I didn’t have anything such as riot vanguard installed. I also tried downloading the newest razer synapse and removing the mouse as a device. It worked for a brief moment before it stopped working again about halfway through the download. Apparently there is a driver error on 2 out of the 3 razer drivers on my mouse but I still can’t get them to work no matter how many times I delete and reinstall them.  I really don’t want to spend another ~$100 on

Unfortunately, I lost the original USB dongle, so I purchased a replacement dongle separately from eBay. However, the controller is not pairing with the replacement dongle.Is there any way to manually pair the controller with the new dongle? I would be grateful for your help.

Hi everyone,I’m using a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2022) for architectural visualization and rendering work.By default, the CPU seems to stay at base clock speeds during heavy tasks unless Razer Synapse is opened and Turbo Mode is manually selected.Is there any way to enable Turbo Boost automatically, without having to launch Synapse every time?Can this be handled through Windows settings, BIOS, or third-party tools like Intel XTU?Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Ever since i got my Blackshark V2X, my mic volume has been whisper quiet in games and in testing.It's volume is set to 100% in mic settings, it's not compatible with Synapse and i've reinstalled the drivers multiple times. Any help with this? I see many people having this issue but no awnsers whatsoever.

Hi, I want to flip my HDK Chroma light stripes from horizontal to vertical by 90 degrees, but when I go to move option I cannot click the rotate button (its grey). Is there any solution? Thanks for advice. edit: Solved, App is little bugged and you have to fines the mouse movement to flip button appear and click it.

Hi, I have recently had my old phone sold. I forgot that the Authenticator was installed there before I reformatted it before it got sold. Now, I don't have access to authenticator OTP. I can't seem to remember as well if I saved any backup codes anywhere... So I Purchased this mice in May 2024.Mouse hasn't been used in over a month, it's just been sitting on my computers desk. Suddenly when I went to use it, NO POWER.I have charged it over night. I have tried resetting it with 3 buttons down for 7 seconds. But nothing works. Any ideas?
