HI I have a windows pc, running synapse 4, when I open synapse 4 my razor huntsman keyboard pr 3 stops working, does anyone have a solution?

Dear Razer Support Team, I am the owner of a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse, model RC30-030501. Recently, the USB receiver that I use to connect the mouse to my computer has been damaged and no longer works. I would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement USB receiver that is compatible with this model. Additionally, could a standard Bluetooth receiver be used instead to connect the mouse, or is a proprietary Razer receiver required? I would appreciate any information regarding availability and the process to obtain a replacement.

I just downloaded the synapse version for MacOS. It is not recognizing my mouse or my keyboard (mamba elite mouse and tournament edition huntsman keyboard)

Hey guys, my keyboard is blackwidow v4 pro 75% can’t charge battery but I tried everything. Can you help me fix it ? . Firmware is newest and cable of razer but it doesn’t work.

I originally purchased a pair of Nari Ultimates for use with my PS5  but after a few months they stopped connecting to my system. I tried connecting them to my PC and found that the USB dongle was not even connecting to my PC. After looking online for solutions, I found that this is a very common problem with this headset. Despite this, it seems that Razer no longer sells replacement dongles on their website. Is there somewhere I can find a genuine replacement dongle or do I just have to get a whole new headset?  

I bought it on OZON, took it, then put into my pc, tried to reg it and its already registered 😭

Hello everyone!I've been using the keyboard for less than a week, today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.

Hey there!I own the Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2. Since a few weeks, I must press specific keys a lot longer/harder to trigger it. Therefore I would like to replace the switches because a colleague told me that may help.Currently are the Gen 1 switches in use. Can I replace them with Gen 4 switches or do I need to use Gen 1 switches again?Can you recommend any video showing the replacement and soldering process? Best regards,David

Hi. Mute button always turns red whenever volume changes. It doesn’t matter if i mute volume or up or down. It doesn’t even need to push buttons just volume up or down on Windows still turns red. 

Hello , Sorry if thas been asked before but i am losing my mind and patience.I actually only recently started to notice that my Razer Naga V2 Pro is not using the correct keybinds. I use the 1-12 numbers on my mouse as NumLock 1-9 etc.Whenever im playing wow or any other game were i use my keybinds on my mouse they will mostly work (like 90% of the time) but for some reason sometimes it uses my normal 1-0 numbers instead of numlock 2 wich results in wrong inputs and in some games death and go again. Is there any way in fixing this issue ? I  dont remember having this issue a couple months ago when i played WOW more intensive ..

Hi Razer team, I just purchased a brand new 360 Hanbo AIO and when trying to submit a ticket, in chrome or edge the page does not progress after I input my serial number. The AIO I purchased has updated firmware, and it runs too hot on a 9800x3d. I’m getting 90C temps in multiple games. I’ve triple checked every connection is right, and the screws for the mounting bracket are tight. SInce this is a new product and I cant return it to newegg, is there a way to return it directly to Razer?  Thanks Edit** I’ve read this product does not come with the AM5 bracket, how can I request one?

My Kraken V4 wireless headset worked fine since purchase but in the last few weeks there seems to be an issue.Everything seems ok, then ALL sound drops and I have to restart PC to get it back.When this happens mid game I am forced to switch to my older wired headset to continue.Any help appreciated

Hi, I bought a new barracuda x less than a month ago and this is my first problem with it. I’ve noticed that pressing the mute button on the headset does not actually mute the mic. Theres another thread with the same problem but it was sent to dms so I’m not sure what the solution was. Im connecting to my windows laptop through the USBC dongle.Thanks!!

Reporting a bug (with workaround)Just bought a 2025 Razer Blade 18 RTX 5090 laptop.I followed my normal setup, including setting Windows "Power Mode" to "Best Performance" before running some benchmarks.GPU performance was awful doing that. 3DMark benchmarks were just *below* the 2024 RB18 with RTX 4090 due to insane throttling behavior.But, leaving Windows "Power Mode" to "Balanced" fixes this entirely. GPU performance popped to 22% better than the 4090 in the 2024 RB18. CPU was not affected either way, though for the record it looks to be 30% faster in the 2025 RB18. Together, those are some beastly laptop numbers (at least in benchmarks)So, this “Power Mode” behavior is a bug somewhere Razer might want to address.  Maybe it is in Windows or the Nvidia driver, but it should be fixed.
