When I complete all the details about the product and reach the payment stage, it asks me to agree to certain steps to accept the payment, such as two-step verification or SMS. When I attempt either of these, it rejects the payment , When I receive an SMS message after entering my number, it asks for a code, but when I go to my phone to look for the code... I can't find anything. It doesn't send me the code and keeps asking me for it! So, I decided to try the last solution, but... The same problem keeps asking for a code but never sending it. Please resolve this issue soon. I want to disable this security measure and make it a direct payment without verification steps , thanks. 

I’ve noticed that when I play certain games while using surround sound via Razer Clio that I get a static like crackling sound thru the speakers, but when I switch to just my front speakers (not the clio) the noise goes away. Has anyone experienced this issue and does anyone know how to fix it? please help. So far the games I’ve had the issue with are Liars Bar, Inzoi, Paralives and Date Everything (admittedly my wife plays most of these lol). Thanks in advance to everyone who tries to help.

Hi there,I've owned a Blade 14 for about a year now and the battery on my laptop is awfully short. It wasn't a problem until now cuz for the last year I always use my laptop inside my house and always on plug with electricity, but starting this year I actually need to bring my laptop outside. The battery life is not what I expected - my laptop can only lasts 2- 3 hours outside charging (I only use my laptop without plugging in for light web browsing, no video playback) - from my understanding Razer advertise this laptop for up to 10 hours battery life I think, and many YouTubers said that the expected battery life after they tested this laptop is around 5-9 hours of web surfing. So I was worried if there is something wrong with my battery or is there anyway I can improve the battery life for at least 5 hours, 7 hours is preferable so  I can comfortably bring my laptop outside without bringing the charger (cuz its very bulky) and having to worry when my battery will die. I really apprec

I can't find my dongle for my Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed for the PC, not sure if I missed it or if it was missing from the box. How can I get a replacement?

I’ve had a viper v3 pro for a while now and its great but recently its had an issue where the sensor stops working just for like a few milliseconds, it’s making it really frustrating to play with. The issue also only happens on wireless using the dongle, when It’s plugged in directly there is no issue. is there any fix?

I recently bought an Razer Basilisk V3 in australia, and I brought it back to me in the U.S. I bought it so i could play minecraft, and coding. When i play minecraft, i move the cursor side to side. When i move the cursor side to side, my cursor suddenly does a 360. I dont know what to do.

I have Razer Blade 15 (2018) Advanced Model. So when i reinstalled windows 10, Dolby Atmos for built in speakers stopped working.I installed all drivers from Razers support section for my laptop, but there is nothing that could help for this exact issue there. I have Dolby Access program installed, but it stopped supporting sound for built in speakers after windows reinstall, only Atmos for headphones works.I went to Dolbys support website and there was links to manufacturers that use Dolby Atmos in laptops. There was a message that you need to go to manufacturers support because they all make their own tweaks and Dolby doesn’t have these settings.When i tried to contact Razer support and entered product serial number, turns out they don’t offer free support when i don’t have warranty anymore. Immediately after updating my Wolverine V3 Pro (RZ06-0520) to firmware v2.04.00_r1 through the Xbox app, the LB button became permanently pressed. The button clicks normally, but Windows Game Controller (joy.cpl) and Xbox both detect LB as constantly held. The official Firmware Updater detects the controller correctly, but I cannot force a reflash because it is already on the latest version. Could you provide a recovery tool or a firmware reflash utility?

Ran BIOS Updater v.1.08. It wouldn’t run until I disabled Hello and Virtualisation/Bitlocker features. Then it ran but failed to conclude successfully. Now when I power on, I get the Razer logo and the three key sequences F1, F9 and F12 showing. Can’t press any keys to make anything happen. All I can do is press Power on for 15-20 seconds to turn it off. There are no issues with hardware and it has had little use since purchased in June 2024. I can’t believe the Razer updater has bricked my laptop. How do I recover functionality please?

I’ve been using this setup for about 6 months and had no real issues once I was able to properly sync and setup the devices for the first time.However since about a week or 2-3 ago I’ve been experiencing an issue where the hyperflux mat suddenly disconnects.The LED light that indicates it’s charging the mouse, turns off, and my mouse starts stuttering/lagging really badly. So it’s not sending the signals properly anymore or something. After a bit (between 10-20 mins) the lagging issue improves and a while later the mat just reconnects itself it seems..Unplugging and replugging the usb cable to my motherboard doesn’t do anything to fix this issue. Also have tried to switch usb ports to usb-c but nothing seems to help.Can someone help me on this? For such expensive peripherals i am a fairly disappointed in them..Note; it always happens after I’ve been playing games for a bit and my gfx card/pc is running warm.
