Please I need the missing pin numbers on my $100 card 

Been using the headphones for more than a year. Suddenly, usb-c dongle has a connection issue. When turning on the headphone, the blue led light keep blinking and do not turn solid green whether the dongle is insert or not. Also try to pair through bluetooth but the headphones does not show up on bluetooth list. 

The mouse auto fires clicks in FPS game. Sometimes a few left clicks sometimes stuck firing. All without touching the button. Tried all fixes I could find. Firmware update, lower polling, Disabling windows HID, clearing binds etc. Interferes with the gameplay and is useless without a fix.

I activated the code in THX SPATIAL AUDIO in 2023 when I was on Windows 10, and now I'm on Windows 11. I'm trying to activate the code, but I'm getting an error saying that the code is invalid. I want to resolve this issue. I have the serial number of the headphones.

On the BlackShark v3 pro If I change the mic eq on pc will it save onto the headset so I can use it on console or will it be like the v2 pro where if the mic is on broadcast mode on pc when switching to console it switches back to the default eq btw I play on PlayStation 5 🙏🏼

Recently my fn key has stopped working. When I press the key only the function keys light up as normal but they do not change the function of the keys. currently in Synapse my function keys are set to multimedia but the keys just do normal functions. custom key binds set in Synapse are also not working non of my custom key bindings function how they should. I have tried repairing synapse, reinstalling synapse, and rebooting serval times as well as uninstalling the keyboard in device manager. Not sure what else I can do I am on a razer blade 14 2021.

Please help me I got the above mouse and the left mouse button doesn't work and in order for it to work I need to unplug it and replug it back into USB. Is this a common issue with this type of mouse?

I have the R Raptor and I haven't used it in few days I unplugged it and moved it to another outlet it won't turn on the rgb to tell me it's getting power but I tried the old method to see if the cable has energy and it does did the whole unplug and plug back up and nothing 😭😭 need help asap  

Razer blade 16, RZ09 - 0510

I recently (11/28) bought a razer blade 14 and it came with a free mercury swirl wallpaper. I just got the email with the redemption code yesterday (12/22), but in the email it says that the code had to be redeemed before 12/7, and it is now not valid. I did not have the code before 12/7. Is there any way to still get the wallpaper?

Been going circles trying to get in touch with Razer about a purchase made through affiliate link that is not showing. Who do I contact? I’m getting exhausted being thrown around in circles just to be directed to razer support which then sends me back here. 

Hey all, I noticed yesterday that my Cobra Pro’s scroll-click function had stopped working. Since it is ~10 months old and I had had similar issues with my previous Razer mouse (Viper 8k), I thought it was just a typical mechanical issue rearing its ugly head, but then this happened a few minutes ago:The mouse randomly disconnected, RGB lights went dark, mouse pointer stopped working in Windows, etc. Reconnecting/replugging  the device made the lighting and functionality come back, but only for about 30 to 60 seconds or so at which point it would go dark again and stopped functioning. The only thing that was still “working” (kinda) was the “profile” LED on the underside of the mouse, which was still active.Not sure if this is related, but I also noted that while the mouse was “off”, the lighting on my Virpil throttle started to switch through its colors for some reason. I noticed the LEDs were flickering slightly on my wolverine ultimate while I was playing a game and decided to unplug the cable from the controller and plug it back in. When I plugged it back in, the controller did not respond and the lights did not come on. It’s frustrating because the controller was working fine (other than the slight flicker), so I don’t think anything is physically broken. To run down some common steps:1. The controller does not work in any PC (tested on two PCs and a console)2. The controller cable still works with other devices3. The PC does not make a noise indicating a device has been plugged in when I connect the cable4. I have tried restarting the PC with just about every combination possible (restarted with controller plugged in, without controller plugged in, plugging controller in after desktop loads, plugging controller in and then turning on power, etc.)Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) stopped working after I got home today despite working entirely fine yesterday. I have already tried plugging back in the USB, restarting my computer, reinstalling Synapse latest ver. and drivers with no luck.  even ran the Tool.      This is a USB connected headset not Bluetooth.Windows 11 Pro completely UpToDate.
