Hi, i am having an issue. The secure boot on my blade 14 2022 wont enable even when enabling in bios. It says its on "deployed mode" and games that use secure boot arent running. Windows states secure boot is off. There is no way to reset tpm keys on razer. How did this suddenly happen? Also, the recommended way to restore it doesn't work as keys are as per Microsoft (?). I really need to play valorant.

I have Razer Viper Ultimate mouse and it wont start charging. With only charging cable Synapse wont even recognize it. I have already tried resetting it, updating drivers, other cables

I bought my Razer Cobra mouse through Mercado Livre (Brazilian online marketplace) and requested a warranty when I bought it... The mouse malfunctioned, and the seller I bought it from on Mercado Livre told me I have to contact Razer directly to request a replacement... But I can't find the right place to do that on the website.

Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro issueMy Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro suddenly stopped working.The mouse does not charge. No LEDs on the top of the mouse turn on. The wireless dongle LED does not light up. The cursor does not move and the mouse clicks do not work. The mouse does not appear or function normally in Windows. Razer Synapse shows the device as disconnected/offline. The only light that turns on is the sensor LED on the bottom of the mouse.I also tested the mouse using a wired USB connection, but it still does not work. The cursor does not move, the buttons do not respond, and the device remains unresponsive even when connected directly by cable.Windows detects the device through USB and Device Manager reports that it is working correctly, but the mouse remains completely unresponsive.The issue started suddenly without any physical damage, liquid exposure, or firmware update.

hello. if i change razer viper v4 pro skates do i void warranty ? if yes i’m thinking of returning the mice because i like using dot skates

The mouse works perfectly, but the dongle does not. Sometime I walk away from pc for a few minutes (around 10 minutes), and then  when I come back, the dongle LEDs are turned off, I tried to move mouse to activate the dongle but it clearly doesn’t work, but somehow when I click the mouse buttons, the LED that indicates “connection quality” blinks, the other two LEDs still don’t work. So every time  this happens, I need to unplug and re-plug the dongle to make it work, which is annoy since this is a $160 mouse. Is this dongle defect?I tried some other methods in other threads, like connecting the dongle to motherboard directly, it doesn’t work.

I have a wolverine v3 pro, for my xbox.  Paid 200$ for it, back in nov 2024.  The past eight months the forward on the left joystick wont get to 100% unless i mash on it.  It’s super annoying in games when the guy isn’t running at full sprint, unless i’m aiming up and to the right.  Sure is disappointing to go through 3 elite controllers, to trying out another company's “pro” controller only to have it be broken shortly outside of the warranty.  any way to fix this?  or am i out of luck looking for a new controller from a new company? 

hi guys, first time posting here cuz i really need some help. bought a razer raptor from eBay, but they forgot to add some of the original cables. the USB-A Extension Cable is available but USB-C to USB-C Cable is not, which is the most important part, I live in EU. Has Razer fixed the hinge cracking issue on the new Barracuda X Chroma? Hi everyone, I want to buy the new Razer Barracuda X Chroma, but I know there was a big problem with the plastic hinges breaking and cracking on older Barracuda models. I'm worried because the Chroma version uses the same physical design. I'm asking anyone who owns a Barracuda X Chroma: Has Razer really improved the plastic quality, or is it still fragile and prone to breaking? Thanks! 

This is the most ridiculous joke. My Nari Ultimate headphones have had the 7.1 THX surround sound they used with the Razer Synapse 4 removed after a patch update. Normally, I could use it without an activation code because my headphones are worth $275.Now they're just stupid 2.1 stereo headphones because I can't use my headphone and speaker serienumber to request activation codes for any of them:Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I received the BlackShark v2 x today, but the activation code for Surround Sound 7.1 is missing... I tried to register the Product ID in my account and it says it's already registered. What do I do now? I've already tried contacting support but they always send me to a page that doesn't solve my problem.

I just recently purchased a Razer Blackshark v2 X (wired jack) from amazon and although the headphone quality is good, the microphone seems to be very quiet. I have tried changing it manually through third party apps, made sure the mute button on the headset was turned off, and tweaked with the actual Razer app itself. If you have any suggestions or fixes, please help!

Hi, I have been using this keyboard for about 2 years now, never had any an issues. But two days ago when I started my pc the keyboard was unresponsive. I tried hard resetting the keyboard (esc+caps+space). Then it entered demo mode. Tried hard resetting again. It became unresponsive again. The keyboard has been stuck in this loop ever since. It did become normal after multiple hard resetting but only for 10mins after which it became unresponsive again and it has also stopped being detected by the windows device manager and by synapse. I have tried multiple solutions over the past two days but to no avail. Here are some of the solutions i have tried:Hard resetting the keyboard. Restarting the PC. duh Using different USB ports. Using it on a different PC.  Uninstalling / Reinstalling all Drivers, Razer Synapse 4. Ran the Razer detection troubleshooting tool (nothing worked) Tried to update the firmware of the keyboard but it cant detect the keyboard in order to update. uninstalled Riot

If I purchase a Razer Sanrio licensed product from Razer.com, do I receive a code for a specific Overwatch bundle depending on the product, or can I choose which Sanrio-themed Overwatch bundle to unlock? For example, if I buy a Cinnamoroll product, would I only receive the Kiriko bundle, or could I choose the Hello Kitty x Juno bundle instead? Thank you!

hiSo to make it simple i have like 30 fps on forza horizon 5 with settings in low/medium with a 3070 ti.I strongly believe my laptop is underperforming. It also happens in games like Garry’s Mod, where I get hardly 60fps with the lowest settings, and not even 40fps, I believe, in GTA.I tried to reinstall my drivers, put everything i coud on high performances on synapse and Nvidia control panel, i did disable the whisper mode and raise my laptop a little bit so it can cooldown normaly. I use an external drive so i can keep 200g of space on my main disk and pretty much also prioritised the nvidia graphics card on high performance on every game i play.At this point i’m reaching out for help because i have 0 idea of what to do more. The only things i may tend to suspect for those performance is the fact that i do not use a razer cable to connect the power of my laptop to electricity ( European 250 V 10A i think) and did activate the battery health thing where your laptop stop charging at l

Tried to plug in my Razer Seiren X today after a long time of not being used. The Seiren Microphone doess not respond at all.Cannot attempt to even update the driver. Have tried to uninstall from device manager and restart the computer to no avail.The green light on the mute button does not light up. What may be the cause and what should i do?
