I currently have my wireless dongle plugged into my PS5 Pro.  Can I buy a second dongle so I can put it in my PC and use it wirelessly?Also - I can’t seem to turn my PS5 on with the Raiju - is that normal or am I doing something wrong?Thank you!

When I register my headphones, I get a “This product is already registered” What can I do. 

Hi, I have have my headset a few months and recently noticed my microphone is much quieter when I am not wired to my pc. Both the HS and BT options are the same with me being much quieter and the audio coming through is also quiet. I have checked windows settings and my devices are all default to my headset and I have no other devices connected and levels are all correct and not maxed out.  No videos online seem to provide an answer so could someone help as it is annoying to pay for a wireless headset but then not be able to use this function! Thanks 

Hi there! So my Razer Tartarus Pro would occasionally lock up. I have my WASD inputs keybound to the thumbstick and had that working for years. When I play a game like Marvel rivals, periodically, it would try to pull me to the left or “W” and keep pulling me that direction for about 10 seconds. Afterwards, it would go back to normal. This happens repeatedly. What should I do?

Hello! I have  an issue  with the Razor zen tarok  gaming chair. It should still be under warranty.  I bought a Razer Tarok zen chair over a year ago and unfortunately the base (where the wheels attach too) has cracked and now the pole connected to it just goes straight to the floor and catches my carpet or scratches my laminate flooring...I cannot lift or lower the chair anymore.  Is there anyway I can purchase replacement parts for the chair?  Or can you replace the chair for me under warranty?

Hello! I’ve had my chair for a while, and the seat pan tilt has never worked.  All of the other mechanisms work just fine.  I try the handle in both the up and down positions and it does not tilt with the handle in either direction.  I took the chair off the base and tried to tilt the base in either direction with the handle in both the up and down positions and it will not budge.  I turned the knob in both directions completely and repeated the above, still no tilt.  Is there something else I could be doing to troubleshoot this?   Serial Number:  (removed) Thanks for your help!

I recently started facing this issue where my Basilisk V3 wired disconnects while i use smart reel or the rgb turns off when i start scrolling faster. Even when I switch between Tactile and Free-Spin mode the RGB turns off for a bit. The smart reel gets stuck on free spin until i switch to actul free spin and back to tactile again. Tried switching between multiple PCs and still facing the same issue. Tried reinstalling synapse, updating the mouse firmware manually. Nothing works. Its so frustrating. And when i try to chat with support they send me to different links and doesnt let me to contact support. Keeps redirecting me to their FAQ or basic fixes like windows update or nvidea update etc… Idk if this is hard ware or software issue. But yeah i cant find help anywhere.

I bought the collaboration razer and ZEN chair, the bottom part of the chair has gone down so the wheels are not on the floor and it’s scratching my floor whenever i move the chair i do not know how to fix the problem and is there any way to fix this?

Hi, I've had the Barracuda X for about 5ish years and the mic stopped working. Where can i get a new one from Razor? I don't know if i can trust ones from amazon.

So my Razer Naga (2014) likes to jump around and stutter specifically only when I'm in a video call with someone. This can be using discord, a browser, zoom, etc. I don't understand why this is occurring. I've had to resort to using my drawing pad as a mouse pointer when video calling, because my mouse won't function well enough for me to do anything.I've taxed my system using a game before, using a really large canvas in CSP or Rebelle, and other things, and that doesn't cause the mouse to stutter or act weird. Only exclusively video calls causes this. I don’t have the slightest clue why this would be happening. Any clue how to fix this?

I am having problem with the mic monitoring. It is driving me crazy. I can’t have a conversation without stumbling over myself because i can hear myself. I have tried turning of the side tone or mic monitoring int he app on the PC, but it didn’t make a difference.Any help would be amazing or i will be sending this head set back for a refund

Razer Kiyo stopped working. It just the ring light just flickers and turns off every minute or two, I cannot see a solution in the forums or so. I have tried almost everything from updating synapse software and so forth. Please help.

I have been trying to locate the support ticket system on the Razer website for some time now. I cannot tell if it is intentionally buried or if I am simply missing it. Either way, I cannot spend more time searching, so I am posting this thread instead.I own a Goliathus mouse pad with Chroma. It has worked reasonably well up to this point, though I say that with some caution given Razer's track record with product reliability. Recently the lighting stopped working across the full perimeter. It now only illuminates in one small section regardless of what I do in Synapse, the Chroma app, or through driver updates from both my PC and your website.I have seen other users post about the exact same issue. Many of them received replacements after they were able to submit a support ticket. Since I cannot find that option on your site, I am posting here with the clear expectation that a support team member will follow up directly.

My Tournament Edition controller randomly disconnects midgame, making it absolutely unusable. I saw that there has been discussion about this a few months ago, has a fix been found or do I need to refund this controller? I don’t use rumble on my controller and have never had it on.

After a recent windows update my Razer Blade 17 RZ09-0368B secure boot prevents windows opening whilst secure boot is enabled. If I disable the function in Bios this prevents certain games from launching.I have downloaded and installed the latest Razer firmware updates however these seem to be from 2021. Will Razer release a new firmware update for this model to clear this issue?

My Razer Blade 15 (2019) RZ09-03006 is constantly crashing out of nowhere. It will crash if plugged in or not, crash if idle or under load, if the temperatures are high or cold, and so on. I cannot manage to pinpoint the issue. I have tried re-installing windows, ran memtest86 to determine if ram was the issue, ran crystal disk check and the disk is reading healthy, reseated both the ram and nvme ssd, ran one ram stick at a time and both crashed, and I have run all types of command prompts in administrator to “resolve the issue”.  The codes I am recieving is CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF), UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION (0x154), KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001E, 0xc000021a, and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Any advice in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
