i left them to charge all night so i know they are charged, but when i open the lid i just get a solid green light but no sound for like “power on/off” ect ectthe phone dosent see them so im not sure what could be wrongany ideas or tips will be appreciated 

I have no idea how to contact this freaking support so I’m writing here.Today when I click to restart my pc. When it turn on again my keyboard “Blackwidow V4” stopped responding and just have random places where it blinks. Whenever I connect cable to my pc it shows for less then 1 sec in options> connected devices and again don’t respond and just blink lights faster and faster (almost everytime diffrent keys are lighted on starting from middle and going futhere). I bought it less then year ago and I sgould still have 2 years warranty. Yet there isn’t any way to contact support. Anything on this page is just endless buttons to same sites or there are just no option with keyboards. I find some solution to hold some buttons and plag in keyboard to pc, noting did work for me but sometimes while pressing esc, my pc reacted as I just click windows button, or if I pressed contrl it’s pernamently pressed (my mouse light all texts and when I click it isn’t normal click)Sorry for angry tone b

As MANY others have posted, my armrest pads are now broken due to normal usage (many years) and need a replacement. I can’t really find a single link to properly submit a ticket like in other responses, and can’t find spare parts anywhere. Is there any way to buy the replacement part??? And furthermore, is there any way to just replace the foam part??? I can’t even find a guide on how to do maintenance on that specific part of the armrest.

Got a new Viper V4 Pro from Japan and have been using it for a few weeks. Went out for the weekend and came back and the scroll wheel wont scroll up or down but pressing down on it works.Tried other mice and their scroll works, reinstalled drivers, used compressed air, tried wired/wirelessLast resort is to get it replaced since I have warranty but I would prefer not to since I need it for the time being and I dont have any backup mice.

The dongle for my mouse seems to have stopped working as it isn’t even being detected by the PC as a USB device. I even tried it on another laptop and my PS5 but not response even though the mouse itself works using a wired connection. What can I do to fix/replace it as my mouse is around 3 years old so I doubt it’s under warranty. Thanks in advance. 

Hi,I’ve looked online but no support threads on this specific mouse yet since it is a pretty new version I guess. So I charged it overnight to 100% and the battery drained to 0% within a few hours. It also isn’t charging when connected to the PC. So I often have to charge it through a socket. Any one any ideas? I already cleaned the usb-c port and it clearly is connected with cable so no issue there. 

Right side of my Kraken v4 Pro isn't working correctly. I've done many different updates (software and drivers). repaired any corrupted files on my OS. Also did a clean re-install of synapse. I've tested the audio with synapse on and off (not running in background) and still does not worked. The headset is less than a yr old, about 8 months old. I'm not sure if there is something i can do to try an fix it.

Model no. RZ01-0233 I purchased a Basilisk (V1) sometime around late 2019 and used it (loved it) up until about 4 months ago when the right click started having trouble registering clicks. Sometimes it would double click and sometimes it wouldn't click. I tried replacing it but I just can't get used to another mouse and want to attempt to revive my old Basilisk. I'm a little attached to the mouse and I really don't see myself (happily) using a different one in the future. I can't find any Basilisk V1's to buy online and I can't find what switches I should buy to repair it with (assuming the issue is bad switches). In addition, some may suggest resetting firmware using the firmware posted on Razer's website as a solution to problems such as this; razer does not have the firmware reinstall for the Basilisk V1 posted on their website so I have no way of doing this. I may try reinstalling drivers and taking it apart for deep cleaning. These are iffy solutions that may not yield any result,

I’ve had the Naga X for about 2 years exactly now and it’s always worked fine, but at of about 4-5 days ago I’ve encountered an issue where the 5 side button will sometimes not work when I click it. It’s not consistent as it will work most of the time but there have been many times over the past few days where the button just does not respond at all. It’s very noticeable as it’s a button I use often as it rest right by my thumb. As far as I can tell every other button seems to be responding fine though admittedly there are a few side buttons I don’t ever use. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, I recently bought a Razer Viper Orochi V2 and I’m having some issues with it.Sometimes while I’m using it, the cursor starts behaving weirdly, like the connection is unstable. It moves in the wrong direction or keeps sliding even when I move the mouse differently.Also, every now and then it just disconnects from my computer, and I have to turn it off and on again to get it working.Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix it?

I'm using a Razer Black Widow V4 Pro. I bought it brand new a few weeks ago. All the keys are genuinely problematic. The letter 'O' is often typed twice, and sometimes not at all. Activating the Shift key requires almost a punch. Keys like F1, 234, etc., don't work at all. I've tried everything to fix it, but nothing works. Everyone on forums is complaining about the same problem. When I try to contact Razer live support, the link doesn't work.

whenever i try to perform GPU switching from Razor synapse ,i happen to encounter the login pin error which can be solved for resetting the pin in settings .I tried to uninstall the recent windows updates as well ,i did factory reset as well but there is no solution. I have no idea what to do struggling with this problem for almost a week now . Anyone give me a solution for this ...is it because of synapse or windows or any other issue and how do i solve it 

On my basilisk x hyperspeed, when the mouse goes to sleep the macro stops. Is there any way to keep the macro going?

My Macro stops working once my wireless power saving gets enabled so I cannot afk in games. So is there anyway I can remove the Wireless Power Saving??

Hello, I'm trying to use my Cynosa Chroma keyboard on a Windows 10 computer that basically has no internet. (Technically it has internet but the crazy firewall, which I have no control over, blocks everything). So the Synapse 3 installation wizard cannot connect to the server and fails. I have permissions to install software but I need to copy the installation files over manually and then run them and this installation must not use the internet. How can I go about this? I already installed Synapse 3 on my main computer with Windows 11 and internet access and everything works fine. Just want to use it on my secondary computer. I don't even need all the modules/functionality. Just the basic set of quick effects to toggle between... no visualizer or game support etc required. Any way?
