j’ai eux 2 casque razer nari ultimate et les deux casques ont eux le même problème, pas moyen de racheter un dongle wifi et de profiter de mon casque, je déconseille RAZER pour l’audio plus jamais je serai client chez eux et je ferai passé l’information a tout les gens de mon entourage 

 

Hey guys, this happened to me too. Support wants to have useless correspondence in PM and not solve the problem. Although the solution is already found, it is a NEW DONGLE, for example on aliexpress it costs something around 40$. I've been reading a lot of posts in different threads for the last week and this is what comes out. Almost all headphones work well for about 2 years and suddenly die. It's very similar to programmed death. What I suggest, get together somewhere in discord and think about a collective lawsuit.

I have an identical problem and I am very much in favor of filing a joint lawsuit, because something like this pisses me off, even if it had been 5 years, I would understand, but not after 2-3 years of trouble-free use.

Same issue here after more or less 2 years of use… tried recovery tools but now PC doesn’t even recognize the dongle… this is no cheap headset :( 

Alas, mine just bit the dust just after 2 years as well. It was the Lucio Nari and I absolutely adore it (I love the chat/game balance). Guess I’ll go find the aftermarket piece since Razer doesn’t want to support their products. I own a Blade as well (just purchased in June). Second guessing that now. 😕

Oh guys, I totally feel your pain! Dealing with the same issue recently, and guess what? The darn USB dongle decides to go kaput right after my headset's two-year warranty expires. It's like they planned it or something to make us all look like fools. No wonder they pulled the plug on this headset!

And if that wasn't enough, when I reached out to customer support (which is basically nonexistent here in Brazil), they had the nerve to tell me to ask the store where I bought it to send me a new one, haha. After that, they said they'd get back to me in a few days, but it's been over a month now, and it looks like I'm stuck with a busted dongle.

Seriously, this is such a letdown. Planned obsolescence at its finest, and their support is a joke. Can't believe they left us hanging like this. Frustrating doesn't even cover it!

I would never have expected that razer treats its customers like a fools (at least I feel like a fool because I have paid for this 200$...) 

my dongle died exactly after 2 years too.

Unfortunately I don’t believe that collective lawsuit will realy help us. From the other hand can more people say does the dongle from Aliexpress works? Thanks and Greetings

I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.

Hello @Razer.Zionzedd  do you think that considering the amplor of the issue and the number of people impacted and looking forward to getting a new dongle and the only available ones are scalpers on Alibaba it would be interesting to get some reaction from Razer ? Other than wait and pray and hope we refill the stock on the website ? (Which, unless there is a comitment to it is unlikely as the Nari Ultimate is discontinued).

Same with me, my Razer nari ultimate stopped conecting with the dongle!!!!

Hey guys got another case with me. In November il will be  two years of ownership but I'm not there yet and Razer says this headset is no longer warrantied. I ran the dongle pairing tool and I get multiple disconnects from the dongle mid update. Clearly a software update ruined the dongle and they don't want to do anything to replace it. This is ridiculous!!!

I have the same problem since two months. I tought it was a driver problem or something similar but I found this thread and… I can’t believe what I am reading. Shit!!!!

I entered the forum hoping to find a solution since I tried everything, without success. How sad that Razer does not deign to solve this problem, these headphones are really expensive for the company to simply ignore you.

Hi Guys, 2weeks ago i got the same problem. My dongle connects to my pc as a other name then razer. 2seconds after its disconnects itself.

I have the same problem. I bought the Nari Ultimate one year ago from Virgin, AE, Dubai and I rarely play on it. It is still in mint condition and now the wireless dongle stopped working. There is no replacement to buy a new dongle and the headset has premium expensive price. I was expecting phenomenal quality since I use my Mamba Elite mouse and the Huntsman Elite Keyboard for almost 6 years with no issues. 

This is very bad experience, and I am expecting Razer to do something at least a replacement or give a new model. 

After a fruitless search I've bought a replacement headset from a different company as no assistance seemed forthcoming. Got tired of checking if it was back in stock. That being said, I hate the idea of binning what was in all other regards an exceptional headset so I've also ordered a replacement from  AliExpress. Link below and I'll provide an update if it works.

Dongle arrived today; a week earlier than expected, and I'm happy to report that it worked perfectly. It's a good sign when the Razer installer popped up immediately to re-install Synapse. Pairing the new dongle to my Nari Ultimate with the Pairing Utility was quick and easy and it now works perfectly.  I'm happy to have the option back but I mainly use my SteelSeries now and this will be reserved for times when it dies or I'm too lazy to switch it between my PS5 and Series X. It's become obvious that Razer no longer supports this model so unfortunately this seems to be the only solution to any dongle issues. I'll drop Dongle listing and Pairing Tool below for anyone else who wishes to go this route

Yesterday I had the same problem, the wireless adapter didn't work, at the moment it only works with the 3.5mm jack cable.
It could possibly be a defect in the Dongle, does Razer sell it separately?

 Mine just stopped on sunday afternoon, everything was ok, I went into another room, and then… No more connection. Causually, I updated synapse on friday.

Seeing that I´m not the only one who has this problem and that all we had it at the same time, it seems that Razer thought that we might be stupid and think that it is something unfortunate.

I boought firstly a Razer Nari for Christmas of 2020. Two weeks in into 2021 the dongle stopped working, and I recived a Razer Nari Ultimate as they said that there was no stock of Razer Nari anymore by no price (free). That was great, and I keep trusting Razer Support But it lead an idea of programmed obsolescence for the Nari. Two years later and without support for the Nari, only for the brand new headseats, all of our Razer Nari Ultimate dies, what an unlucky guys we are… Good luck Raer loosing customer, in my life I´ll try anymore this brand, bunch clever guys… Heck.

Since i got this head ive got always problems, but finally fixed all , more than 1 year working perfectly , now 2 years and no garanty , from last synapse update dongle stoped work properly .

 

I mean if ppl go to european lawsuits it will be a problem for razer, but they know we are not much ppl and we cant afford that …. 

 

got Lian li razer edition , naga pro ultimate , blackwidow v1 , seiren X , Nari wierelles and recently bought kraken hypersense v3 ( problems starts since ive update synapse with new ) , now i will not replace any of razer, next buy corsair , at least they help customers .

Verry strange, al headsets stop working almost the same time... this has to be programmed breakdown

3 headset , mic, mouse .... ets all razer stuff. Hope the same will not happen white them..   they are wired so normaly would be ok.
