Razer Synapse

I am using razer synapse 4 and a while ago I key binded the back tick to the escape key but I then deleted it. The problem that I have is it came back to that setting. And every time I reset this key bind after a restart of my computer it goes back to the setting with the back tick. Can someone help me fix this ?

The synapse community need to be able to create scripted macros as implemented by Logitech:in the actual version you cant customize more than one action in one macro so this feture would really help.-When pressing key : Perform X action-With key pressed: Perform Y action-When lifting key: Perform Z actionhope devs can make it posible! would be awesome!  

i have probel wih manual calibration on razer viper 8khz i try reinstall app but same still bug then pick other mousepads  same bug  

CAN’T UPDATE FIRMWARE for razer kraken v4 pro. System show java error window.

Would love to see the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro added to the list of supported devices on Mac Synapse 4. I know it's just a preview app at the moment but it's a little odd to see mainly keyboards and mice in the supported list with no headsets.But yeah, looking forward to further updates to the app & supported devices. Thanks to Synapse 4 i’ve been able to map my Naga V2 Pro instead of using 3rd party software :)Is there an ETA or are you guys able to let us know if you’re adding headsets to the supported devices list? Cheers :)

i just ramdonly wanted to open synapse 4 tody and found chroma is just not working, i tried repairing / reinstalling, nothing, pls fix it, synapse 4 work, chroma studio doesnt.   

exactly as title says, I had to completely uninstall and reinstall synapse 4 because I was having an issue with synapse but not chroma. Now chroma isn’t loading but synapse is.  

I recently replaced Synapse 3 with Synapse 4 but now, every time i log into Windows after powering on my PC, the default audio device, which was set to my soundcard/PC speakers, is set to my Razer wireless headset. This is done by Synapse because when I completely close Synapse and restart it, it does the same (changing the default audio device from speakers to the Razer headset).PLEASE stop messing with the default audio device. Like, I mean it. It's really, really annoying and I can set the default audio device perfectly fine myself. I truly don't need some external software for it, and most importantly: most of the audio I play, is through the speakers of my sound card. I only occasionally need the wireless headset and when that happens, i'll make sure i'll switch the output device to the headset. Apart from being insane bloatware, Razer doesn’t even uninstall its own software. Leaving sniffing software to keep tracking what I play feels very scammy.

Razer promissed every Synapse 3 device will be available in Synapse 4, Seagate promissed that HDD I’ve bought will have Chroma active - mb razerteam can make some influence on Seagate softmakers?

I was recently contacted by Razer Support about a ticket I opened at the beginning of the year.  They wanted me to try Synapse 4 again. I told them of the trials but they convinced me to install Synapse 4!  Bad Move.It took 3 days to unscramble the profiles of the 3 Razer products.  The fourth device (Nari headset), when I select a duplicate profile, in order to remove the profile, the program crashes. No end of additional bugs, all of which existed previously and have been reported.  These include:Sync mismatch.  The system detects a mismatch between the cloud and local storage.  This happened multiple times. After I “upgraded” to Synapse 4, a few profiles became blank, and had to be reworked.  This meant that I had to check every profile that it was correct. The Nari Tab became blank after a few minutes, thus making it impossible to review the profiles. Linked and existing programs, are claimed by Synapse that they do not exist.  Even though other programs in the same folder can be f

Hello,I can’t connect my Razer Barracuda Pro headset to Synapse 3 — it doesn’t show up there. I can connect it to Synapse 4, but I’m unable to use the THX settings. It doesn’t work like I see in the videos.What should I do? Did I make a mistake during the setup?Thank you in advance.

There’s an available module in my Razer Synapse 4 installation called “Exchange”, but I can’t install it or figure out what it does or what it’s for. Is this a bug?

I installed Razer Synapse 4 and Cortex and have problems with my Logitech mouse and my HyperX Microphone and Headset! They just begin to connect and disconnect but my Razer Blackwidow V3 doesn't have any problems at all. I searched for days and found out that it must be the fault of one of the Razer software. I re-installed everything from scratch but the same problem still happens. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me?

As you can see when i select one zone on the left headphone the right one lights up as well. I wanted to make side pink and one green, is there a way to separate these zones for each side? I tried streamer companion but my headphones aren’t showing up in the software even though i have chroma connect and razer synapse 4.

Synapse 4 can not register half presses for keys.It flat out bricks some legacy devices.It’s lacking in lighting features that we used to have.and many other things that make it not ready to come out of beta. 

when will tartarus pro be support by synapse???

First the macro worked normally. now the mouse movement is at 1/100th speed, and i cant change it.I tried restarting computer, restarting software. it works alright speed for a little while, then it goes into this very very slow mouse movement speed. how to fix this?

I’m really confused about how to integrate these two.  I imagine virtually all gamers have their pc’s connected to the internet through either an ethernet cable or on a 5g wifi network.  Playing games requires fast speeds.   So recently I got some Govee lights and was intrigued that I could control them through Razer Chroma.  While setting them up, I saw that both the lights and pc need to be on the same network.  Well the lights will only connect to 2.4 g and with the pc running on either the 5g band or ethernet, it seems there’s no way to make this work. This seems pointless to me as I assume everyone would be in the same predicament with not being able to control their lights through the pc app.  Is there a workaround for this or am I overlooking something?  Because I feel like the app is just a big waste if it can’t be used by a normal gaming setup.  What am I missing?

I have been using Logitech mice for years and it was a basic, easy-to-use feature of the GHub that you could create as many unique profiles as you wanted for each individual game. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create additional profiles for games already linked to my Naga V2 Hyperspeed mouse. When I try to link a 2nd profile, it refuses to let me click on a game that is already linked to another profile.Please can someone explain to me how to do this? I find it hard to believe that it’s impossible, yet I can’t find anything here, on Reddit, or elsewhere, that answers my question. I’m really hoping I didn’t drop nearly $200 on a mouse that won’t let me play my games with more than one class.

I just got the  Razer Viper V3 Pro and when I try connecting it to Razer Synapse, it gets detected but it says that the device is powered off so I can’t fix the settings. What do I do to fix this? Thank you!

Hello Razer Team,I really enjoy your products and the overall experience they provide.There is one feature that could be improved: when holding the FN (Hypershift) key, the keyboard only lights up the default Hypershift keys. It would greatly enhance the user experience if the lighting could also highlight the custom Hypershift keys that the user has assigned.Right now, the inability to see custom Hypershift keys in the lighting layout reduces the overall enjoyment of this feature. Adding this option would create a more seamless and satisfying experience for users.Thank you for considering this suggestion! i use razer synapse 3 and 4 and razer chroma app 

Since installing Synapse 4 all I’ve had is issues with the program playing catch up with itself and running slowly, my Razer Kraken V4 Pro sounding tinny (tried 2 headsets and the same issue happens). I think something is not right with Synapse 4, removed and still an issue.

Hello,  so my Problem is, everytime I restart my PC, my THX Spatial Audio Setting is switch to off.It does that since I installed the complete new Version or Upgrade of Razer Synapse. Does anyone have a solution?  Thanks in advance

Trying to upgrade from Synapse 3 to 4, but 4 keep creating duplicates among macros. Have like 6 Copies of each. of Games profile. I tried the migration program troubleshoot guide. Remove 4 and reinstalling 3 and login, reinstall 4 and run the Migration. I keep ganing a error messege about the razer tartarus pro files are corrupt. It doesn't work for me. I trapped in a endless loop and I want out. I think the cloud account keeps downloading these duplicate files. I just want to wipe everything clean and start from scratch. Please help me do this. I just wanted to delete everything in my cloud storage and any profiles and macros on my desktop. I'm running Windows 11 Pro. My computer is more than capable handling any game in the market right now.. THanks
