Razer Synapse

I’m unable to enable the Mode toggle to control the fans attached to my Razor PWM fan controller. When I click the switch to enable it, I just get a blank window. This started happening when I switched from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4.

How I can find this file? It isn’t in that folder in Error Message! Thanks in advance!

Just updated from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 and after a fresh install and restarting my PC my Naga Trinity will randomly act as if my scroll wheel is being rolled up/down. Only fix I have found is to change the profile in Synapse 4 for the mouse but this is only temporary. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello ! I recently got the Razer Krakent Kitty V2, before that i had the V1 and i had 2 different colors, one on each ears. I tried to do the same thing one the new headset but can’t do anything with the Razer Chroma App… I want my 2 colored ears back.Can someone help me ? Is it still possible ? Thanks in advance for your answers !

Hey can you PLEASE add support for the Deathadder essential in Synapse for Mac? Thank you! Any workarounds since then for using the Synapse functionality? Will it have onboard memory so I can do it in Windows and then use it on the Mac? Or something else?

I'm experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed. On Razer Synapse 4, the battery indicator is stuck at 100%, no matter how long I use the mouse. I've tried unplugging and reconnecting the dongle, reinstalling Synapse, and even switching to a different USB port, but the problem persists.Has anyone else faced this issue? Are there any fixes or workarounds to ensure the battery level is displayed correctly?

This is something I have talked about in the discord and with customer service and I am so glad you added this to the update. I get a git like version controller for my settings, my games can be played without logging in. The cloud requires a log in and that is super fair, but thank you so much for letting me be able to be offnet and enjoy the game pad I have. I have a Tartarus V2 and have put many hours on it, thoroughly enjoying the hardware and Simple software. You peeps also separated rgb control from other firmware which I greatly appreciate as well. Thanks for the great work and I look forward to seeing what y’all come up with next. ty ty cheers.  

I tried many times to update Synapse but when I click the button it downloads something, ask for making changes in PC and nothing happenes then, how can I update Synapse then?

Hi, Is there a way that when you lock your computer (or reboot), our razer chroma devices remember the setting and not go into rainbow spectrum? If not, it’s a problem, every other company like Corsair have an onboard memory for these situations. I would just like that it remembers the color profile and leave it alone. Thanks

I have Razer Mouse Dock Pro installed and it shows in the SynapseAnd with several failed pairing with my Basilisk 35K Pro Phantom Green, it finally paired with the dock pro.But the mouse is not useable, not responsive at all, and its own tab is not showIng actually even it says “paired”.I have also tried with the receiver along with the mouse, it is useable, but only left and right buttons are working, all side buttons are unresponsive. And through the receiver, the mouse is not showing in the synapse neither.What else should I provide to help to solve this issue?Thanks.

Hello all!  Has anyone been experiencing issues with mouse mappings on Synapse 4 not saving for the new Pro Click V2?  Even though I’ve disabled some of the mouse mapping functions on Synapse 4, it still prompts the actions.  It’s as if Synapse 4 has no actual bearing on the mouse mappings? Thanks for any assistance in the matter.

 no really I cant access the settings for my headphones cause the “module” never loads correctly, and when It dones it breaks instantly.

I just upgraded to the latest version… I had my keyboard, mouse, and mousepad all set up with custom colors. It took me a while to get it the way I wanted on my keyboard especially.  Now it’s all back to the default.  Am I going to have to do this all over again?!  How can I get back what I set up before?  Major fail!

does not show notifications when switching profiles in games and on the desktop, is there a solution to fix it?

I need some help please. when ever I restart or switch off my PC and turn it back on, my lighting has been reset to spectrum cycling and my THX is set to off instead of the on setting before shutting down. Strangely enough my keyboard maintains all settings. When I uninstall Synapse 4 and install 3 the headset settings work perfectly, except for some audio crackling every now and then.The headset is a Kraken V3

As of this evening (July 17, 2025), my BlackShark V2 headset's surround sound is no longer working correctly. It seems like there was an automatic update that caused this issue. The audio is completely messed up, making the device unusable. Please investigate and provide a fix as soon as possible.

Hello, I have a problem with Chroma Connect - the tab does not ever show anything.I would very much appreciate any ideas how to resolve it, if anyone encountered it and solved successfully. While Chroma App is installed, I also get (sometimes) an error: This error always happens multiple times during re-installation of Chroma Connect module, which can be triggered by uninstalling it with:C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\ChromaBroadcast\Razer_Chroma_Connect_SDK_Uninstaller.exeand opening Chroma App’s dashboard.The module installs successfully, but does not work, just like before. Logs do not show anything interesting. EVERY TWO SECONDS ITS RANDOMLY CHANGING THE PROFILE FOR MY KRAKEN HEADPHONES AND WHEN I TRY TO OPEN SYNAPSE 4 TO FIX THIS THAT TAB JUST CRASHES AND NEVER WORKS.  IF HEADPHONES AREN'T SUPPORTED JUST SAY SO!!!!!

There is a slight RGB issue.Everything seems to work fine, but some of the LEDs on the media keys of the BlackWidowElite do not work.  All LEDs light up normally on Synapse 3.  It seems that some of the LEDs on the BlackWidowElite were not allocated.

I just installed synapse 4 on my 2024 blade 18 but when i go to the sounds tab the EQ its all messed up and sometimes it doesnt work, in addition games that have THX profiles (Red dead redemption 2, Half Life Alyx) dont display a THX sound profile but they did in synapse 3 

Before Synapse 4, I had Synapse 3 and it successfully managed to open the files I gave it (using the absolute path). I have upgraded to Synapse 4, synchronized everything I had and when I tried to open a windows file it does not let me. And yes, I have written the absolute path correctly.Here is the error:I have a Razer Naga X mouse for reference

Would the community please alert Razer that their threatened date to upload Synapse 4 is unwanted. Synapse 4 has so many bugs, won’t port over so many settings, keybinds, macros, etc. PLEASE IMPROVE SYNAPSE 4 before you drop previous versions!

Hello,Still the same issue with Alexa, which only works with a US account.I am a person with a disability, and I used Alexa on my computer with Razer in version 3 for daily life tasks—something I can no longer do with the new version.I reported this issue months ago (even during the beta), but it feels like the development team doesn’t want to fix it so that it can work with accounts from other regions (in my case, France).This is really bad news for people in my situation—it feels like Razer doesn’t care about disabled users...I am truly disappointed.
