Razer Synapse

As the title suggests, in Razer Synapse 4, when I use the multi-device dongle feature, customization for the secondary device doesn't work at all. However, everything returns to normal if I use each device's dongle separately.I didn't encounter this issue when using Synapse 3. Please address this problem.

Since the Windows 11 update, Synapse cant find my mainboard anymore so the RGB is staying on white. What can i do to fix that?

i heard about the new razer synapse 4, so uninstall the 3rd one and replace with the 4th one. but when i setting the calibration and add surface, it does not detect any razer recent mats like strider, gigantus v2, spvex v3 etc. instead, it shows the old mats like goliathus, firefly, goliathus v1, kabuto. should i reinstall the synapse 3 or stay in 4 and wait for the updates?

I can't seem to change the colours on my Naga Pro using Synapse 4. Huntsman elite and mouse dock and Firefly mat all colour changes seem to work ok. Only the Naga does not give any colour options when highlighting the buttons to change. Not a good start!!  Synapse 3 profiles do not carry over, which is a Massive Bummer!!

Started using Synapse 4 yesterday, (not sure why i didn't hear about it earlier) I quickly found a small bug with one of my many razer gaming headsets. The Razer Nari ultimate I normally keep at 100% input volume with only vocal clarity and mic boost turned on, however when I would close the app and reopen it I would find that the mic boost setting wasn't staying on and every time that I would use the onboard mic mute toggle button, after unmuting the mic it would be put all the way down to 50% input volume and no one on discord could hear me until i reopened the app and adjusted it back to 100%. If this isn't the right place to put this info I'm so sorry! I only wish to help to better the software that I love using! Other than that I am really loving this new version of synapse with the separate chroma app! <3

Leviathan v2 chroma visualizer not working.After the update of razer synapse 3 version 3.9.630.62714 it just broke my leviathan v2. The chrome rgb settings in razer synapse wil not sync with my leviathan v2. My leviathan v2 will always in default spectrum cycling lighting.

On razercon last day synapse 4 is a official full version but on install or startup louche axon and cortex are not available. To install it you need synapse 3 startup launcher so when this will be changed/fixed ?

Prior losing my Windows 11, Razer Synapse 3 did NOT have any volume control. Now, since getting Windows 11 going (fresh install), both Razer Synapse 3 & 4 have a volume contol (mouse and keyboard only before loss and after fresh install. Why?

Hi everyone,I have the Razer Firefly V2 for 2-3 years now and the color has always been set to blue and a white color wave over it. But now is the blue almost gone and the white is almost yellow. I bought the mousepad at the same time as my keyboard (Razer Cynosa V2) and mouse (Razer Viper mini) and the colors of the keyboard and mouse are still fine.Does anyone else have this problem? 

I got a new CPU cooler with ARGB lights, as my motherboard didn't have any ARGB header I got Razer Chroma ARGB controller, but it's not detecting the ARGB cooler, when clicked on refresh button to detect, the cooler light glows green in cycle pattern and turns off and then a message appears on screen that no ARGB device is detected, the cooler is Alseye W90

I just lost the light in the Tartarus Pro V2, it lights a short time when starting windows, it does not help to disable windows dynamic light because the Tartarus is not visible in windows dynamic lightning (my huntsman mini is) and enabling chroma, also disabling usb and back on is not working,.How awful it is when the light no longer works, black as night, otherwise the device works normally. Mondriaan.

Chroma Apps not detecting my apps for the Chorma Connect light effects. The only Apps that are detected are Eurotruck 2 and wallpaper Engine and thats all. No other games are detected but their listed on the supported game list

I own a Razer Siren Emote. Currently we have Synapse as a base software and Streamer companion app which controls all streamer related functions well. I cannot use the mic’s 8bit display / RGB to sync with other Razer Chroma devices which is infuriating, having a RGB canvas and seeing that it’s useless when you close the Companion app. Same goes to RGB being controlled over by companion app, if I want just emotes, it would be default spectrum cycle for all other non Streamer Companion devices. My suggestion would be integrate quick effects and advanced RGB for these devices in new RGB Chroma app along with having a seperate tab for Streamer features. And of course for Siren Emote, have emotes in quick effects menu shown below.  Same goes to Chroma visualizer, this should have a setting or toggle where only selected devices are affected and not all.  

When i try to use chroma studio is says that no compatible devices are detected and I can’t customise my razer basilisk x hyperspeed.Does anyone know how to fix this?

so i want like a neon space kinda vibe that matches this wallpaper i want it to be reactive and cool ( i have a huntsman 100%, cobra pro, and kraken v3x) Thanks!
