Купил три устройства Razer, Razer NAGA, Leviathan, Сynosa. Как только включаю приложение Synapse 3.0 Сразу начинается очень быстрое мерцание всех устройств, как исправить?

if you try and map a key combination involving the windows key to a mouse button, the software does not recognise the windows key when it does recognise combinations with control, alt etc. N if you try and map a keyboard key that has been customised for a Windows and key combination, the synapse software still does not recognise it. The software outputs only key ie instead of [Windows key + H] it outputs [H]. Please fix this.

This won’t go away no matter how much I click it, I tried restarting my computer and uninstalling the app, nothings working and because of this bug, I can’t adjust anything and my headset won’t even work now it just plays the sound from my laptop

synapse 3 randomly deleted its self and now when i go to install the latest version a command window opens for half a second and disappears then nothing opens? im getting very bored of razer software now! PLEASE HELP

Synapse is incredibly slow and takes around 2 minutes to open after launch, I moved my pc and it suddenly decides to stop recognizing my mouse and keyboard. I used synapse beta to make macros but I cannot use them without Synapse detecting them.

Hello, when I turn on the microphone sidetone, I can hear myself on the desktop, but when I enter the game, the sidetone turns off. For example, when I enter Counter Strike 2, sidetone synapse is also active, but I cannot hear myself. When I alt-tab, hearing myself becomes active. Can you help me guys. .Hello, i got razer leviatan v2, razer basilisk v3 pro, razer blackwidow v3 pro, razer goliathuis. There is a problem with application for mac - it doesnt work and all my devices are lightining in other colors or cycle. Can i please a working versin of app? Ive spend some money for that

This thread is made in direct reference to “Synapse 3 does not allow remapping of default hypershift keys”. Given that Razer now allows for keycap switching, I think it’s futile to keep default hypershift keys on the keyboard. I also think that it would allow people to achieve more, especially on the 60% keyboard layout of the Huntsman Mini, Mini Analog, and V3 Pro Mini. I for one would program a numpad on the Hypershift layer if I could. Thank you for your consideration.

I have Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed. I assigned the end key to the hypershift button on Windows, but it only works on Windows and not on Linux. Anything remapped on Windows will also work on Linux. It seems like synapse doesn't write the hypershift button remap to the device.

Loading batteries in times when costs of electrivity is low during a day is getting more and more interesting , at least if you have solar modules on your roof installed or if you are able to participate on stock exchange prices on energy markets. Therefore, it would be great to have an optional setting in Synapsis to setup a profile for preferred (“smart”) battery loading in order to define start and end times by month loading and/or to define loading by daylight. These settings should be combined if the laptop is in accu mode or not. I have a photovoltaic system which produces 8 kW/h in March until September between 9am until 7am daily depending on sun set and sun rise.

I’m really confused about how to integrate these two. I imagine virtually all gamers have their pc’s connected to the internet through either an ethernet cable or on a 5g wifi network. Playing games requires fast speeds. So recently I got some Govee lights and was intrigued that I could control them through Razer Chroma. While setting them up, I saw that both the lights and pc need to be on the same network. Well the lights will only connect to 2.4 g and with the pc running on either the 5g band or ethernet, it seems there’s no way to make this work. This seems pointless to me as I assume everyone would be in the same predicament with not being able to control their lights through the pc app. Is there a workaround for this or am I overlooking something? Because I feel like the app is just a big waste if it can’t be used by a normal gaming setup. What am I missing?

Why is Alexa stuck in listening mode using latest Synapse 3 but works as expected in latest Synapse Beta instead?

I just got my Kraken Kitty V2 Pro yesterday and so far i’m really happy with it. Though since turning my compuer on today the THX spacial audio doesnt seem to work, its just in normal stereo. I already un- and reinstalled synapse but that didnt solve it.

today i got an update for Synapse, Im now on version 3.8.103.110202, Yesterday i could calibrate the thx in the mixer , but now , there are no mixer at all , it has a demo for the thx spatial sound but i cannot change where the back sound or left right etc … am i the only one with that problem ? i tried to roll back to the previous version , but it didnt work. i feel like the sound quality went down as well. Im using Blackshark v2 with usb sound card. anything else i need to do in order to be able to calibrate the surround the way i prefer it ?

Since a few days my games started alt-tabbing on their own, I looked it up and apparantly it is caused by the razer synaps 3 software. I have uninstalled and installed the software like 3 times and the problem keeps re-emerging every 2 days. Can somebody please give a permanent fix?

You can connect it via bluetooth and see the percentages, but you just want to not connect it to bluetooth and just fine look through the application, I think it’s not difficult for you to do this in 1 day at most so that you can see the percentages in numbers, thank you. RUS:::Приветствую всех и с новым годом, можно ли сделать обновление в RAZER SYNAPSE что бы видеть проценты батарей своей мышки а не просто батарею без процент и без цифр вообще, можно её подключить через блютуф и посмотреть проценты но хочеться просто не подключать к блютуфу а сразу нормально через приложение посмотреть я думаю вам не сложно сделать это за 1 день максимум что бы было видны проценты в цифрах, спасибо.

In the 'Sound' tab there is no sound from the THX Spatial Audio speakers after updating Razer Synapse version V1.15.0.504, Where you can only select stereo or THX Spatial Audio. They made the Razer usb sound card the default sound output, but it’s terrible. I ask Razer to return everything back, it is impossible to play with such sound. Razer Blackshark V2
