Hi everyone,Since few days I have a problem with razer central service process. This process use I mean too much of CPU, something around 12% and CPU temperature is to high +/- 45 degrees (normaly I have something about 33)… all in idle. I did windows update rollback - nothing, Razer software reinstalled - nothing.Maybe someone know, what I can do? this is really annoying…

I am experiencing some problems with Razer Synapse since the latest update I installed today. See bullet points below:Razer splash screen is showing as expected when I start my PC When I mouseover the green Synapse logo in the taskbar, the logo disappears (seems that the app is crashing upon mouseover) Razer Synapse 3, Razer Synapse Service, and Razer Synapse Servoce Process are all showing up as running in task manager even after mouseover in previous point When I attempt to launch Synapse manually, the taskbar icon re-appears, only to disappear again upon mouseover. RInse and repeat. My mouse macros ARE working, even after taskbar mouseover My keyboard macros ARE NOT working, both before and after taskbar mouseover

Is there a link to a previous version of Razer Synapse after all the issues with Version 20231107 (3.8.1031.110202)?All THX enabled headsets have issues since the last update and cleaning the drivers and running a fresh install do not solve the issues.My Kraken V3 Pro for example sounds bad when THX is enabled and even worse if you have a game running with THX profiles like competitive or environmental. Stereo is OK - I think.
Synapse keeps logging me out randomly for the past few months. At first, it was not a big deal. It happened only when I restarted my PC. But lately it keeps happening even when I am doing something...I am browsing the internet ? Logout.I am watching movie with friends ? Logout.I am playing online game, and I am in a middle of shoot-out ? Logout.You never expect when it happens. It is just tiresome at this point. Anything I try to do, do not work. Repairing did not fix the problem (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4535). Clean installation of Synapse did not work. At this point, I wonder if uninstalling it is not the best option here. I will wait for a fix to this problem. Thank you in advance for your help and response.

It would be great if we could get some traction on adding support Mac OS X for Synapse 3. I just purchased my Blackwidow Elite and would like to use it for work too which is Mac. I am disappointed there isn't cross platform support, will there ever be cross platform support or should return my keyboard for another? Are newer devices also compatible with Synapse 2?
Synapse is, without a doubt, the most embarrassing, unfinished, buggy piece of software I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Why is it always - ALWAYS - so buggy? All I want is for the software to do what it tells me it's going to do. But that rarely happens. Macros don't record properly. Lighting effects don't save. Profiles don't switch. PROFILES DON'T SWITCH. This is the most incredibly annoying thing. I have a profile that I made for a game to spam quick attack (middle mouse button). and when I leave the game, it does not switch my profile back to default. So now when I middle click a web page to scroll, it just spams middle click until I manually change the profile back to default. There are so very many things wrong with all version of Synapse, and I plan to eventually write them down as I run into them. But it's getting harder and harder to recommend friends, or even continue to be interested myself, to Razer. I would be so embarrassed to have released not 1,
I have the basilisk v3 pro and the mouse dock pro. I have Synapse 3 downloaded and everything is paired. The only issue I'm having is the mouse dock pro lightning will not turn off when the computer shuts down even though the option is selected. The mouse rgb will turn off, but the dock switches to rainbow rgb and never turns off. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, but the issue is still present. I just wanted to make a post so hopefully Razer is aware of the issue.
When installing Synapse 3.0 on Windows 10, it can progress to the last step before failing with a server access error. The issue seems to be with the Synapse installer rather than any actual server access. A work around is to install each module manually so that the Razer installer wizard is not used. Step 1: Open the installer log , It will be something like: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Installer\\Logs\\RazerInstaller-ceed1f92-ff24-3445-be80-09ced0d23442.log Step 2: Go through the installer log and copy the web address of all the modules listed, there will be a bunch and you will have to fish for them. Hello! I recently bought a Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard, everything was fine, but last week I ran into a problem: As soon as Razer Synapse is loaded, the volume wheel on the keyboard stops working (including the mute button and switching tracks). If you exit the application, the volume wheel starts working normally. Please tell me what could be the problem and how to fix it. The app has already been reinstalled.

I killed Razer Game Manager service and the memory went down. I disabled the service, then Razer Synapse 3 refused to start up. Please fix the memory leak bug, thanks!
Hello guys, a few days ago I have been having a problem of high cpu usage sometimes up to 100% with the WMI provider host and reading in reedit I realized that several people had this problem and that it was caused by razer synapse 3 software when uninstalling it the problem went away and my cpu returned to normal, do you have a solution for this, my keyboard and mouse are Razer. thank you very much. Note: I have windows 11 Pro and i9 13900k RTX 4090 and Asus Z790 Hero.
Like the title says. I booted my PC and Synapse launches at start up. It asked me to sign in with my password, which is usually automatic, so I figured that it had been updated. Tried to log in but I can't seem to remember my password. No biggie.. Just changed it. Worked like expected. But I still can't log in. I just get the message: "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again". I've tried restarting the app. Even tried rebooting my PC. But nothing works. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Does anyone know how to resolve it? Do I need to reinstall the app completely? Razer don't seem to offer chat support for software issues.. Razer Central is on v. 126.96.36.199 Razer Synapse is on v. 3.4.630.62510 EDIT: I no longer have the issue. I just waited a bit and it worked. I've posted my theory down below. But my suggestion is really to just wait a bit if you're still having problems with logging in.
Razer Headset Keeps Disconnecting Because of Brightness Lighting Effect, Causing Audio To Cut Out / Glitch / Pop.
Over the past few months, I've encountered an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty headset where it randomly disconnects for about 2-3 seconds, causing the audio to completely cutoff, then resumes as if nothing happened. This would happen irregularly, ranging from every 4-5 minutes to every 20 minutes. Initially, I suspected a problem with the USB connection, but when I tested this on my old laptop, it worked perfectly fine. I also found out that It would work better when I exited the synapse software entirely, but I would still occasionally experience some disconnections every couple of hours or so. So, I’d uninstall and reinstall the driver, which worked for a little while, but the popping would eventually come back again. I have a pretty beefy computer with plenty of space, so I was really confused about what the issue could possibly be. I use long macro.. like 60 second whit a lot of command. I d'ont use 'toggle continuous playback on/off using assigned key' Wy in game event hare to "complicated" to NOW if the continuous playback is on or off.. If I use "playback once"..when i need to start another macro key without stop the current one the result vas unpredictable.. If I use "play when key is pressed" it work BUT not all the time the macro start correctly and I lose to many second.. I need a "escape" key that STOP ANY macro is working to relance "another" macro key it is possible ? Tanks for any answer. Realy does not exist a workaround to stop a long macro ? started whit the option "play once " ?

I know that the changes are mentioned on update window, right before update starts, but I missed the latest changes in new version 3.4.513.51410 due to automatic installation. I tried to search anywhere, but without success. Thank you in advance.
This is the sulution for the problem i tested in Big Sur 11.4 and works Boot into Recovery Mode: hold Cmd+R while starting up Click the Utilities menu and select Terminal. Disable SIP (System Integrity Protection) by running: csrutil disable Execute the following command: /usr/sbin/spctl kext-consent add R2H967U7J8 Verify that team got added: /usr/sbin/spctl kext-consent list Should output something like: Allowed Team Identifiers: R2H967U7J8 Close the Terminal app and restart (normal reboot, not into Recovery Mode) Open a terminal and load the extension with the following command (reboot (normally) when asked): sudo kextload /Library/Extensions/RazerHid.kext This should give a popup which tells to press the allow button in System Preferences The button should be located at the bottom of the General tab in Security & Privacy Something with SIP (System Integrity Protection) might be the reason why the allow button doesn't show up (that's why we disabled SIP in Recov
Hi, ever since I've had my Razer Nari and Razer Nari Ultimate, I've noticed that my Equalizer stops working. There's a noticeable difference in sound quality too, before and after I 'repaired' Synapse 3. I've been in contact with Razer for a while and we tried basically everything. TLDR; They told me it's a hardware/software issue on my end. And basically stopped assisting me any further. So hence why I'm asking for help here at what might/could be causing this issue to happen cause I can't figure it out myself. After I repair my Synapse, the equalizer works again and the sound quality is perfect. But this usually doesn't last long and almost always it goes back to being broken after I restart my laptop. Everything else works fine, the enhancements, mic and lighting. Any help is appreciated.
