Razer Synapse 4

After updating Razer Synapse 3, the sound quality became poor, and I decided to install Razer Synapse 4. I noticed that the sound balance in my Razer BlackShark V2 | RZ04-03230 headphones was uneven. The sound that should have been coming from the right side was instead coming from the left. I checked all settings in Windows and the headphones themselves, but I couldn't fix the issue. I tried uninstalling the audio drivers a few times, but it didn't help. I also tried calibrating the spatial sound, but that didn't resolve the problem. Eventually, I decided to go back to the old version of Synapse 3, but the sound quality still doesn't satisfy me. I would like to find a way to resolve this problem and eventually switch to Synapse 4.

It's been like this since I bought it. When are you going to fix it?

When I set up my Razer V3 PRO, I added a new in-game polling rate in Synapse, which set the upper polling rate to 1000hz, enabled the lower in-game polling rate, and then set it to 2000hz. Normally, it should be 2000hz during gameplay, but it feels heavy, like 4000hz. I turned it off and set it to 1000hz, but there was no change at all. I asked four friends who use the same mouse, and they reported the same issue. It was determined to be a bug in my previous inquiry, so I'm including screenshots this time.

Hello,Yesterday, I received my new BlackWidow V4 75% Pro, which required me to upgrade the Synapse software from version 3 to version 4, as this keyboard is not compatible with Synapse 3.All my other devices connected properly, but my Firefly V2 Pro is not being detected. It keeps showing "Detecting devices" continuously.I have already tried several solutions: Changing the USB port. Restarting my PC. Reinstalling Synapse 4. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and the Firefly V2 Pro remains undetected.Do you have any suggestions or solutions to resolve this?Thank you in advance for your help!  

I want to know why when I save a profile for a game it doesnt show in the game like the keybinds doesnt change?

Good evening Razer! I have such a mouse v2 pro + 8k dongle. Here is my question: v2 pro does not have an automatic change of hertz in the game program, but v3 pro has this function. Please add this function for v2 pro to save battery in normal use of the PC (Synapse 4) 

Firstly had multiple issue getting the game specific lighting to apply from a game profile.Razer Synapse applied the colours at first then went to a default adaptive scheme when the game launched but the buttons worked as expected Then I uninstalled and re-installed and the fault continued to persistI turned off Chroma Apps after some internet searching and the colour scheme worked, but the buttons still responded to my desktop profile despite having no assignations in the game specific profile I want the colour scheme and buttons to work - the support videos do not cover this anywhere Also the app itself is slow when loading the individual tabs and it shouldn’t be with the connection speed I currently have.So in summary:Laggy app loading devices and settings Gaming profiles do not perform as expectedFeels like the competent and expensive Razer input devices I have are not performing to their purchased functionality

I’ve already sent this suggestion to Razer’s support, but I think it also deserves this forum discussion. “I'm using Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro.It would really help if by using a macro, we simultaneously could change the lighting.I'm sure there could be so many use cases for this, and that's why it would be great to have it available to anyone.My use case is this: I'm using an auto-clicker continuous playback macro quite often. What it does is it clicks the mouse button every 20ms. There are many clicker and idle games that benefit from this macro.Most of the time, I'm using the macro for a few seconds - from 1 to 10 seconds at a time.The problem I often encounter with periods greater than that, let's say I leave it on for a few minutes to a few hours and go afk in the meantime, when I get back to my pc, I forget that this macro is being played, and move my mouse from the game to another portion of the screen or to another screen entirely, and then the macro accidentally clicks many unint

Now we only have a secondary function for the "keyboard function".Imagine if we could combine inter-device functions with mouse functions (and other ones).For example: to set a key to a function to "Right click" and a secondary function to use "Inter-Device" setting the user's mouse to another DPI while the key is pressed.Another example: is changing the color of a key in the first function while the second function is running a macro (this would help visually to know if a macro is enabled or disabled).One more example: there are games where you have more than one way to play, like fighting games. You press a button that changes the move sets/fighting style. Normally, the fighter makes a movement or hit, and then all his move sets change. Imagine the first function being this movement/hit and the secondary function being a Switch Keymap function.These are only some examples, imagine all you can do by combining all functions in pairs.

left button is grayed out, doesn't workWhat could be the solution? 

My headphones keep disconnecting and then reconnecting immediately after disconnecting. I tried reinstalling Synapse 4, but it didn't work. Any ideas as to what might be going on?

Hi, now sold my tartarus v2, and got a pro instead …..seems working at least with Synapse 3, as i use it for macros  mainly.Now testing it with Synapse 4 on an other PC, and it seems to work OK,and the interface seems more user friendly.With both Synapses the distraction of all those useless gaming display options for both really piss me off ..They should release a Synapse PRO simple version with an easy layout with right clickable options like save and load for professional use with stuff like Photoshop and video editing software.

As i get used to Synapse v4 i began to hate it with my Tantarus v2.Programming macros is quite complicated due the very inefficient interface, with far too much distraction towards other stuff un-needed for me.Besides v4 seems quite buggy.I tested a Blackwidow v4 (pro?) keyboard but sent it back since it had no right WIN key, but it's macro-ing software interface was easier.So is Synapse v3 any better for the Tantarus v2?

As the titles states, after going windows 11 a year or so back I started experiencing this issue intermittently and finally after switch to synapse 4, this issue has been constant. Every other software I have, is able to pull and read these temperatures with no issue or fail from NZXT cam, Asus Armory. HWiNFO, etc. This is obviously a driver issues regarding windows security and synapse’s latest updates. Please gather whatever data you need from your community and customers and please fix! Razer, you’re starting to get a bad reputation, I’ve stood up for your hardware and company for so long, please don’t make me hop off the bandwagon because this is a ongoing and well-known issue amongst the Hanbo community going on well over a year now.

How can i Change the mouse scroll to fast (silent mode and fast running) - no clicking.

hello i bought razer black shark v2 pro xbox edition but it doesnt appears on synapse and i cannot use other features that synapse supports is there any way to use razer synapse on this device or im gonna refund it

Hello, im a bit curious about Synapse and the Onboard Memory of the Viper V3 Pro.Will anything like Polling Rate, DPI, LOD and Battery Settings get deleted if i uninstall Synapse or is everything save on the Onboard Memory? Thanks in Advance!

Hi, just got a Tartarus Pro. Setup some macros for DCS, but how do you save the whole made Setup i made to my PC for backup? I have Synapse 4 running.

On the Ornata V3 keyboard (firmware 2.2.0.0), when pressing the mute button, the sound is muted, but the button does not light up red as in Razer Synapse 3

If my Razer Blackshark V2 X USB headset is not compatible with Synapse, will Razer fix it and add this device to Synapse or not?

I sometimes get stutters on my Razer Blade 16.They happen around twice a minute or so. Usually my laptop is fine most of the time. But once the stuttering starts, it usually does not stop until I have restarted the laptop. I noticed that the stutters only really happen when my game is in fullscreen exclusive mode. On fullscreen windowed they don’t usually happen, don’t want the increased latency that comes with that though…I tried so much, all kinds of driver upgrades and downgrades, bios updates etc. etc.Eventually I kind of gave up on it until I had an idea - what if I close Razer Synapse? Turns out that when I exit razer synapse during those stuttering episodes - the stutters go away…I tried both Razer Synapse 3 and 4 reinstalls and both of them have this issue. Is there an alternative? anything I can do? The fact that the software that is there to manage everything about my laptop causes it to stutter is just unbelievably stupid.  Please tell me there is a fix? 

So a few days ago I switched to synapse 4 mainly to use snap tap on my keyboard, but after playing couple hours in overwatch 2 both my mouse (DeathAdder v2 Pro) and keyboard (BlackWidow v3 mini HS) get stuck on the input, mainly the keyboard tho. What I mean is that whenever I am spamming AD, the A or D input gets stuck, not the switch itself but just the input and it results into walking in the direction until I press the A or D key and it also gets mixed up with me being unable to spam my mouse button (it happens mainly during group fights, dont know if it is related somehow). Even after disabling snap tap the issue still persists, the only way how to get rid of this issue is by turning off synapse completely, but that means I wont be able to use snap tap but mainly my custom profiles, any suggestions on how to fix it?
