In the Synapse Customize tab for the Naga V2 Pro, there are 4 pictures, 3 represent the 3 different side button panels you can have installed. The one currently installed has a green check mark, however if you change the panel out on the mouse the check mark does not move to the newly installed side panel, it stays on the one that was installed when Synapse started. You have to restart Synapse for it to recognize what side panel is installed. …. didn‘t support the Razer Naga Left Hand Edition? There are so many left-handed people! Many would surely love to use RNLH on their Macs. Please take this into account in the next update! Thank you in advance from a left-handed person who no longer wants to feel disadvantaged.
After 6 months of the preview, I have uninstalled the application on macOS. Below is a list of continued issues (that have been reported numerous times on this forum) with no resolution. Application does not run in the system tray. While there is a system tray icon for Synapse, if you “Quit” (CMD+Q) Synapse, to get rid of the window, the system tray icon (and thus background process) quits. If the window is closed, then it should disappear from the “ALT-TAB” window listing and run like every other macOS app that has a system tray icon. Razer Naga V2 Support The only way my custom keybinds work is to close the synapse app compltelty. When open, my side buttons do not execute the action assigned in the profile. So in order to modify and test it I need to open syanpse, modify the profile, quit Synapse, test the key bind. Keys sticking Of you alt tab out of your current application while also pressing a customized key, (such as on my mouse I have NUM1 assigned to repeat), synapse will co
So I can’t get my Razer naga V2 pro to show up on my synapse for MAC despite being on the supported items list. is this a common issue, or is there something commonly missed in dealing with synapse for macos?
It just doesnt pop out after i upgraded my mac to Tahoe. Is there anyone else who having the same issue?
Hi Support Team,I am a MAC user, and the system runs MacOS 26.1My Hutsman v3 TKL is a German version. When I connect the keyboard to my MAC Mini M4, it can only be used as a “normal” US keyboard. In the MAC OS system setting, the keyboard is not recognized as “Razer Hutman v3 Pro TKL”. In Synapse app, the keyboard is not recognized either.Product SN: PM2433F95600153Thank you in advance. I look forward to your feedback.
Hello,I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing while trying to install and run Razer Synapse 4 on my Mac running macOS 26.Problem Description: The installation appears to complete, but the application seems unable to recognize the necessary System Notification permission I have granted. This prevents Synapse 4 from functioning or displaying correctly.Steps Taken (Troubleshooting): I have already attempted the following without success: Reinstalled Razer Synapse 4. Closed and reopened the application. Restarted my Mac. Additional Information: I am including a screenshot that illustrates the issue (specifically showing the area where the system notification prompt/status is not being recognized by the app).I would appreciate any guidance or confirmation if this is a known issue being addressed for macOS 26.Thank you for your time and assistance.
Hey guys. Just received my Viper V3 Hyperspeed. I completely love the mouse. Only thing missing is Synapse for Mac support. Are you guys bringing support for it or will it never be enabled for Synapse on Mac? Kind regards
Please, ad support to ornata v3 and basilisk v3 pro x hyperspeed 😍
Hi, is the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Phantom Green Edition still not supported? https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14809The Razer Synapse for Mac compatibility list shows support for Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K | RZ01-0524, but my Phantom Green version (Model No: RZ01-0524) is not recognized when plugged in.All system permissions are granted, and the mouse works for basic input, but I can’t configure any settings.
Razer Basilisk V3 PRO is listed as supported by the Mac Preview software. Most functionality works correctly for customizing mouse buttons. However, remapping Mouse Button 5 to a Modifier key has no effect.Specifically, I am trying to remap Mouse Button 5 → Shift, which shows as remapped in the Razer Synapse for Mac Preview but has no effect, i.e. keys typed while holding down the remapped Mouse Button 5 are not uppercased. Also tried remapping Mouse Button 5 → Ctrl and that had no effect either.
Many gamers are switching over to music production like myself, but still want to use a Razer keyboard. Ideally, for music production, you want a low-profile keyboard. Ironically enough, Razer’s newest keyboard release is low-profile, and yet, it’s not supported for Mac! Massively missed opportunity. If you make these keyboards compatible, I will buy one on the spot. I need space on my desk for my MIDI keyboard, and I need to customize my key bindings for my Mac. PLEASE!
In the preview, I have disabled all notifications from Synapse (don’t need or want them) and the red warning indicator is now always on. This should NOT be an error; it’s a choice. At worst, flag it yellow saying “you asked for notifications but we can’t give them to you”, but even then I’d like a way to say “I don’t care”. It’s a (minor) pita to hunt down all the places that you can ask for a notification and turn them all off and annoying to have Synapse continue to tell me it’s a problem
I recently bought a firefly v2 (I know should have bought the pro but was not in stock) and tried to connect it to synapse for Mac but didn’t work so now I am using OpenRGB to change lighting. But my point is the Firefly v2 should be supported with synapse for mac. Like the pro model is on there why not just the normal model. Now I cant sync it to my gameplay. Please Razer if you see this add Firefly v2 support

Anyone encountered similar issues where you already turned on the settings yet it’s still not allowing you to proceed?
Having several issues with Razer Naga V2 Pro, Firmware Version 1.3.0.0 (latest) on the Mac Synapse 4 Preview Version 4.0.86.2504290730, on MacOs 15.5.Synapse sees the mouse and I can program the buttons and load the profiles into the mouse. However, if Synapse is open the side buttons only work as a number pad, but if I close Synapse the programmed functions will work. However, the only way the lighting profile works is with Synapse open. So I can either have synapse open and have the lighting work properly, or have Synpase closed and have the buttons work properly. I have figured out that these issues are mitigated by cycling the power on the mouse after I have mapped the buttons in Synapse. So I can get the profile setup and saved into the mouse, cycle the mouse power, and then the buttons and lighting will work with Synapse open. However, that doesn’t fix the next issue. With Synapse open I also cant change the scroll wheel settings without clicking on the scroll wheel setting I want
Would love to see the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro added to the list of supported devices on Mac Synapse 4. I know it's just a preview app at the moment but it's a little odd to see mainly keyboards and mice in the supported list with no headsets. But yeah, looking forward to further updates to the app & supported devices. Thanks to Synapse 4 i’ve been able to map my Naga V2 Pro instead of using 3rd party software :)Is there an ETA or are you guys able to let us know if you’re adding headsets to the supported devices list? Cheers :)
when will tartarus pro be support by synapse???
when will razer add MacOS synapse support for Deathadder V2X hyperspeed mouse. Can we expect it soon?hope it gets added soon!
I'm using the Razer Viper V4 Pro, but I can't assign macOS function keys (forward/backward) to its side buttons. Mice from Logitech and SteelSeries support this feature just fine. This is a basic yet critical function, and I really hope it gets added in the official release soon.
I bought this mouse for the soul purpose of using it’s programmable buttons just to be met with disappointment when I find out my mouse isn’t being detected by the app and I can’t find it in the current supported devices list.
Hey can you PLEASE add support for the Deathadder essential in Synapse for Mac? Thank you! Any workarounds since then for using the Synapse functionality? Will it have onboard memory so I can do it in Windows and then use it on the Mac? Or something else?

I have Razer Mouse Dock Pro installed and it shows in the SynapseAnd with several failed pairing with my Basilisk 35K Pro Phantom Green, it finally paired with the dock pro.But the mouse is not useable, not responsive at all, and its own tab is not showIng actually even it says “paired”.I have also tried with the receiver along with the mouse, it is useable, but only left and right buttons are working, all side buttons are unresponsive. And through the receiver, the mouse is not showing in the synapse neither. What else should I provide to help to solve this issue? Thanks.
