At first it was working when I plugged in the dongle/etc. Then one day I “disconnected” my headphones so I could hear the audio out the TV and then after that it wouldn’t let me reconnect my headphones at all. I keep getting the error: CE-109526-3”The passkey might not be correct, or your Bluetooth accessory might have canceled the connection.” My headphones S/N is: HN2305D28900117
Hi, Few days ago my headset stopped pairing to my ps5. I don’t have a PC to do a firmware update I only have a Mac. My headset is under warranty as well. Any helps help! Really would love a resolve by today
My Razer BlackShark v2 Pro Keeps randomly beeping and the audio keeping going in and out, when there is audio it's really weak and faded. I've tried using it with the different usb ports and all of them are like this for one of my PCs. My other PC is the same issues with the same headset. I've had this headset for some time now, and all of theses issues seem to of just started for no reason.

I’ve tried the new beta Synapse twice now, and both times I’ve uninstalled and gone back to Synapse 3 within an hour. I waited until the Tartarus Pro was supported and took the plunge to try the beta, but I wish I hadn’t.I can’t understand why the beta spins up 10-20 sub-threads which take 20%+ of my CPU whilst starting, why I have to unplug and reconnect my devices (BlackWidow Elite and Basilisk v3) for Synapse can see them, why it crashes repeatedly, why it doesn’t see a linked application has been started, or how Razer has the temerity to say that the beta is faster, more stable, and has a new improved UI (which looks exactly the same as the Synapse 3). The only improvement over Synapse 3 is the speed with which the “Linked applications” system works; dragging and dropping an app is much much simpler, and the page doesn’t refresh its list of found apps every time you click out of it - caching is so much fun!I’ll hold out with Synapse 3 for as long as I can. I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio
Hey guys!I just spent 20 minutes in vain looking for sales support, seems it’s exclusively for existing customers. Hmm. I’m trying to get my hands on a Blade 14 2022 with upgradable ram (and the 3080 Ti). The sales pages lists 5 different RAM options in the specs but only lets me chose one, without details but I’m worried it’s the soldered 4800 Mhz. I’m starting to worry that there’s no model with upgradable RAM left on the Razer site. Can you recommend any place to buy it instead? Or may they be back in stock later?Also, there really isn’t any sales (pre-sales) support by Razer, right? So weird, I want to give them my money but they’re not available to answer basic questions. All options I see require and existing order or purchase.Any leads on getting my hands on a ‘22 14” 3080 Ti with upgradable RAM, highly welcome. Thanks!! <3 <3 <3Flo

it was working fine until recently when it just powered off and now it blinks twice and Dosent seem to power back on. Any solutions??
Hi Razer, thanks a lot for helping me in this situation : i'm desperate I bought this mouse in 2022. I had some difficulties, but I managed to use it. I started noticing the mouse disconnecting ; so I entered Synape, I clicked on Profile , and then mi Naga disconnected and stop working ….. It doesn't recognize it... The lights come on, but the mouse doesn't work. I researched on many official razer pages, I checked my device manager. I made the following recommendations from a similar article with my case:Check the USB connection: Ensure that the Razer Naga X is properly connected to your computer via the USB cable. Try using a different USB port to rule out any port-related issues. If you're using a USB hub, try connecting the mouse directly to the computer.Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connection issues. Restart your computer and see if the Razer Naga X connects properly afterward.Update Razer Synapse: Make sure you have the latest version of Razer S
Good afternoon, I purchased RAZER kraken x lite headphones yesterday, there is no activation code for the application in the box, how can I get it or restore it?
All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.
