Hi, I need help verifying the authenticity of my razer productSo i bought this Razer hammerhead v2 pro online for 600 pesos in my place,( around 12 dollars tops in the US) I don’t remember what store it was, but to my relief the product was able to register using product’s  SNthe problem is i’ve seen and heard people saying that counterfeits can be made and passed through product registration(Also the box has chinese characters)A reply would be much appreciated 

I am unable to change the color or lighting effect on the turret mouse or keyboard. I have uninstalled and re-installed synapse (several times), updated the firmware for the dongle, the keyboard, and the mouse. Made sure synapse was up to date, ran a system file checker via command terminal (because why not?). Tried wireless mode, and wired mode, NOTHING works. Sometimes the mouse and keyboard cycle through their default rainbow setting, sometimes they’re a solid color, sometimes they wont turn on at all. All keys seem to be working on both, heck I can even adjust the brightness on the LEDs, just can’t adjust them in any other way. Synapse does detect both the mouse and keyboard and allows me to change key bindings and everything else, just no lights. Very annoying when I actually want/need a backlight keyboard in a dark room. Any insight would be greatly appreciated as I am at wits end with this. 

I have the blackshark V2 (2020 version) usb model and it was working pretty well with my thx(bought 20$ version software) and synapses 3.0. Suddenly last week synapse didn’t recognize my headset as a sound device anymore, but THX does! My sound quality playing Apex legend was drastically compromised since then.I would like a feedback of your support team  Thanks

bought and activated the card on the 28th of October as seen in the receipt image with the damaged card.  Now you are claiming it was already redeemed on the 26th prior to purchase activation of the card.  You are cheating me.   All your agents are scammers  

I have a problem after the windows update. I plugged in and out my keyboard while changing my setup position. now my keyboard just wont light up at all. It’s treated as an USB where i can right click to eject “razer bootloader” its recognized in device manager as razer bootloader. I tried reinstalling the driver. updating it using the updater from Razer website. i tried reinstalling the razer synapse but none of it actually worked. I even reset my pc to a restore point i had from earlier time where the keyboard was working but it didnt work either. its been 2 weeks for me trying to find a fix for this and im frustrated about my keyboard. I’ve had my Blackwidow V4 Pro for a little over a month now, and recently it’s been bugging out with the fn + pause key to put my laptop to sleep.What’s curious is that if I quit Synapse, the fn + pause key does put my laptop to sleep correctly, and it’s only when Synapse is running that it doesn’t work. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse to no avail. Recently one of the side buttons started to “jiggle” and being quite loose, and sometimes it gets stuck when pressed.My warranty just expired so it’s not covered anymore, so I was wondering if there’s something I could do to either fix it, or get some sort of assistance from RAZER.Thanks in advance!

For the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, what's the difference between Bluetooth, USB dongle connection, and the Mouse Dock Pro in terms of latency and battery life? Razer seems to suggest the mouse can reach around 90 hours at optimal battery usage before needing a recharge, but I can barely get above a day or two (~20 hours on average). I recently had to replace my daily driver through customer support due to connection issues, but the new mouse appears to also have the same battery life, which begs me to believe maybe I just have it configured wrong or this is expected behaviour?

Hi, I'm experiencing screen-stuttering while my mouse (Razer Naga Pro V1) is connected via Bluetooth. I'm positve that bluetooth connection is the problem because when I connected mouse via USB dongle (wirelessly ofc) problem goes away. You can see this problem in a youtube video I made (1min long). I read that such behaviour can be caused by bluetooth interference or poor bluetooth connection, but I don't know how this can be possible since my mouse is the only bluetooth periferial connected to my PC and there is around 20-30cm distance between my mouse and bluetooth antennas. My dad has went out recently and i was trying to find one to replace or even better, and everything i need, but it boots into bios so i can’t use a ssd copier when i get a new one since my other laptop is only a hp stream, any one know something that i could do, thanks 

All my drivers are updated, including the most recent update for the headset. What's weird is that when I turn the volume up, the sound will even out again until I mute my mic again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yesterday my Razer devices updated and my Basilisk Hyperspeed X is not working properly now. I cannot click and drag correctly. When I try to click and drag to scroll, it doesn’t follow the mouse and only scrolls a tiny bit. I tried using a regular mouse and it works just fine, but my Razer mouse isn’t working properly on any device I plug it into. The update occurred after booting up from a shut down and I tried restarting my laptop again to fix it but it didn’t work. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

So the headset itself is working. the usb soundcard might be dead tho. I spilled some coke on the usb soundcard (like the usb part, not the soundcard mini box thingy idk what its called)

So i just got this keyboard and every time i turn on my PC and come to the login screen WASD does not give input (like it’s in analog mode) Using the Ctrl Fn Esc command does nothing. This makes it impossible to use the keyboard to logon.  As soon as i’m logged in i’m able to use it as normal.

I bought Cobra pro with the dock pro bundle. I received few days ago and found that the cobra pro isn't charging with the dock pro.Sent the case to the Razer and received answer from Razer that Razer Mouse dock pro only can charge Basilisk v3 pro. Did anyone knew that? Or is there a way to charge the cobra pro? If it true that Razer Mouse dock pro only can charge Basilisk v3 pro, why did they mentioned Cobra Pro is one of compatible mouse?
