HiI have an issue with a deathadder v3 pro… actually 2 of them.Yesterday i received a DA v3 pro bought from amazon and i noticed that when i move the mouse really fast you can feel like a component inside rattling and bouncing all around inside the mouse. you need to move it reeeally fast to make it happen, in fact there are practically no issues in regular use and gaming, and the mouse actually feels great. Anyway, i decided to return the product, and today amazon sent me the new one… and it has EXACTLY the same issue.so the question is: is this actually an issue or is it normal?is it possible that i got unlucky two times, and received two bugged product? maybe they came from a bad batch?should i return again the product for the second time?i am asking because it's something i have never experienced on any other mouse, both cheap and premium ones (i had also a razer namba and a deathadder v2).i can also provide a videothanks in advance

I am having some rage inducing issues with my razer naga classic mouse. This stupid thing will randomly decide that the scroll wheel is scrolling up and the only way to stop it is to exit Syanpse. But that’s not the worst part, it keeps happening even without Synapse running and when I start Synapse again, it stops. What is wrong with this mouse or the software that makes this happen? I have updated everything, uninstalled drivers, reinstalled drivers, cleaned my mouse, I’ve done everything. I’m at the point now where I’d like to just go buy a cheap no name brand mouse and destroy this expensive hunk of garbage with a hammer and then throw the remains in a fire. While typing this, it has happened 3 TIMES!! I’ve always been a fan of razer products but, now I’m questioning why I would ever spend money on this trash.

I had purchased a Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed mouse from Flipkart on 7th August 2023. Not there are random cursor movements and clicks so i want to claim warranty as i heard it has a 2 year warranty. But i am not able to register the product as it keeps saying wrong serial number.Please help.

Can anyone recommend some low profile keycaps that will definitely work with the black widow V4 Pro full size

A few days ago, my Blackwidow V3 keyboard suddenly had the shift, z, x, v, b, and m keys all become dead keys at the same time. I figured that it may have just been age as I have had it for a few years now, but after restarting my PC several days since the keys went dead, while logging in, the keys were working again which had not happened on previous log ins. As soon as i logged in, the keys were dead again.Between the keys initially dying and briefly working at log in, I have factory reset my computer. The keys were still dead after my PC was reset and before installing any software from razer. It was only sometime after installing software that the keys briefly worked.I have reinstalled the drivers which have not fixed the issue. Not sure what to do from here

Hi, if I reload my Razer account in the Philippines, can I use the pins to recharge for a game account with a Singapore server?I'm currently having trouble topping-up for my game due to payment changes on recharge sites so I want to ask if cross-region is available in Razer before reloading.

Cleaned it, updated firmware, deleted and reinstalled razor synapse 4, tried multiple usb ports, nothing seems to fix it. never done this til synapse 4 thoThe input is delayed and keys don't register sometimes

I like to keep my desk clean and move everything to clean the dust at least once a week. But I do it more often when the weather is nice and I open the window to enjoy some fresh air as this brings in some extra dust. But I'm not sure how to clean my mouspad now that I've had it for a few years and I'm seeing some dirt accumulate on the bottom of my mouse. Pretty sure that I've got some dead skin cells in the surface texture. Should I rinse the surface with water and let it dry? Should I use a soft hand soap or just water? Or is there a better way to get my mouse pad back to mint condition?

HiI recently bought a used Razer Blade 15 Advanced model 2019 and it has a German Keyboard, i would like to swap the Y and Z key caps between them,  however i never tried to pull a key cap out, it’s something that can be done easily? I don’t want to break those tiny claws that keep the key cap in place.Thank you

Hello,I bought a Huntsman V2 keyboard (along with mouse and keyboard) about a year ago. I loved how everything felt and looked but something felt off - My typing really came out slow and if I backspaced or held down a key, there was a long delay and the characters came out slowly.Just to make sure I wasn’t crazy, I plugged in my old Corsair keyboard and everything was nice and fast. I plugged the Razer back in and sure enough, it was slow and delayed.I double checked the Windows Keyboard properties and it showed that the repeat delay was set to short while the repeat rate is set to fast. Despite this, the Razer keyboard felt like the settings were default or slower.I decided to force close Synapse and sure enough, the repeat rate and delay were fixed and the Razer keyboard typed like the Corsair as per the Windows keyboard settings.Unfortunately, that was a complete deal breaker. I type a lot and I just can’t bring myself to have a slow repeat rate and delay. I ended up selling my Raze

Please continue selling the Razer Naga X! It’s the only lightweight MMO mouse available. The V2 is too heavy for me.

i’ve had this black widow mini v3 hyper speed for a while now and i haven't been able to use it because it won't even turn on i got curious to try and turn it on after some years and it stayed on for like 2 mins max and it cut right back off and ive tried everything, the hard reset, and all i tried charging it last night by plugging the cable into the lil port behind the frame of the keyboard and the little light next to it didn't light up so i thought maybe that was normal well i just got home and tried to turn it on and nothing works!! it won't even turn on for 3 sec not even a light or response from the keyboard. so this is my last resort if u know anything please help 

Hi everyone I’m using my Razer leviathan v2 speaker use Bluetooth mode connect to device listen music but suddenly the speaker auto disconnected after I can’t switch to Bluetooth pairing mode again press the source button also can’t turn to blue light pairing mode always keep on the green light how can I do pls help me guys !

How can we check the basilisk v3 pro mouse battery life level without going thru the razer synapse app?Like any physical led to show the battery life lvl and charging status?

So I was a dumbass, and deleted THX spatial audio from my softwares. Now my speakers don’t make any sound. They are connected, my computer and Synapse also sees them, but they don’t seem to do anything. Any tips are appreciated! 

Tittled headset has constant buzzing in the left earWhen I go to sound settings and disable the Microphone, it all goes away. Enable it and picks up again. And just staying on the “recording” tab in sounds makes the buzzing even worse! This is both on my pc and laptop. Even when the microphone is removed from the aux the problem persists. I’ve been a razer fan for a long time, but this is rather ridiculous. Especially seeing how many others have the same issue and we have been given no explanation

Hello, Razor users.My younger brother decided to play some games while I when to the shop. When I returned from the store, he said he heard a spark from the charging port and the laptop died.  Problems that I know exist:old battery (drains so quickly) overheating problems  I get small electrical shock from the surface of the laptop when charging I have always have it plugged in whenever I am using it because I usually have Adobe softwares and games running most of the time when I am not doing school work (which I do not use the charger). Can anyone help me diagnose the real issue? Is it the charger, battery, charging port, wiring? I live in Fiji and the technician I visit had no compatible parts for the repair. Your help will be much appreciated. 

Hey Razer Community,I'm facing an issue with my mouse's middle wheel button. It works perfectly fine when Razer Synapse is open, but the moment I close Synapse, it stops working. This happens consistently, and I’m not sure what’s causing it.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix to make the middle mouse button work even when Synapse is closed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Why am i not receiving code even though my number is correct?
