Since the mods here keep closing threads as resolved with 0 resolution posted I had to reopen another one…My $300 mouse cant complete a simple function without Razer synapse open. I think the issue is obvious here as there are other threads, help?  

I got a Razer gold e card and I think someone used it. Is it possible to know the usage time?

i've had this mouse for 5 months, it was working fine until suddenly the left click wasn't working (only if i press on top of the left click, sorry if my explaining is bad, english is not my first language) i binded the left click to mb5 and it started working normally but it isn't working anymore again. if left click only has one bind it's greyed out and says "to configure this button, assign the left click function first to another button"if i switch to left handed the problem switches to the right clickdoes someone know how to fix this?

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz Edition, and recently I've been having an issue with charging. When the battery runs out and I place the mouse on the charging dock (dongle), the charging indicator lights up like it’s charging, but the battery percentage doesn’t increase at all — it just stays the same or turns off after a while.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any fix for this, or should I contact Razer Support directly?I’ve tried cleaning the charging contacts and resetting the mouse, but the problem still persists.Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I am hitting a little over the 1 year mark with this headset and prior to this i had the V2 that lasted me so long and it was great. But the V4 has been a real let down. The pervious model allowed us to retract the mic and this one doesn’t even let us rotate it incase we want to eat. Just today I took it off its stand and the connecting over head part is broken not all the way through but enough that it wont connect to my ear and I didn’t do anything to it other than place it on my head. This one was a real let down, I am still using the Naga X for mmo’s but don’t know if i’ll be re purchasing a headset since the downgrade in quality.

Hello,im a mac user, and i recently discovered razer 2.0. Creating macros has not been a problem until now, i wanna create a macro using my scroll wheel however when i scroll razer 2 does not record that action. I have a deathadder elite wired mouse and the scroll wheel works fine for the most part apart from that. Can razer 2 record wheel scrolls? I would appreciate the help. thanks!

Hi, I've just bought Orochi V2 and got issue with cursor not moving at all, while buttons are working. I tried to troubleshoot it in a lot of ways: reinstalling, updating drivers, changing batteries, surface, reinstalling razer synapse, cleaning glass below sensor. Any idea can i do with this? EDIT: tried both usb receiver and bluetooth mode.

I am in Canada and I want to buy this mouse, it’s out of stock on amazon and razer, how long do they take? I’m thinking of just ordering it on the American amazon?

In April 2024, I bought and used BlackChark V2 X headphones. Today I wanted to register these headphones to use the Razor app, but when registering I received a notification that these headphones are already registered... I have confirmation of the purchase in the official store, no one used headphones except me. How to solve this problem?

Hey guys!So i was cleaning my keybaord and noticed that my right arrow -> key didnt work. The switch is lit up, nothing seems broke.. and I noticed it now ONLY works when I hold down the function button and use it??Anyone know how to make it "work" like normal again?

I DON’T HAVE the backup codes and your website does not have an option of mobile verification! You don’t make it hard topping up through your website taking people’s money. My razer gift card pin is invalid 

I bought this mic around 4 years ago. From then nothing had happened, no falls no anything its still in spotless condition like new. Just a few days ago it started not beign recognised by my whole PC as a mic (even in sound control panel and everything related to it) but after a couple times of plugging and unplugging it (around 2-3) it worked normally. Now its been 3 days that my PC does not recognise it at all no matter what i do. I cant check the drivers since my mic is not showing up anywhere on my PC even tho i have it plugged in and the light switches on so im at a dead end here. Can someone help? 

I want to clean my keycaps and the inside of the keyboard but I am not sure if that won't break my keyboard

I hate razer synapse so much but I want to be able to use the features on my m&k, is there a software that allows me to change stuff like hotkeys ect without needed to use synapse?

I have hearing issues on the left side, can I set the audio balance to put 60% of the sound out on the left and 40% out on the right when using it wirelessly with a PC?

 Incident Reference # 240305-001266 - I purchased a Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard in December 2023. My keyboard is just over 90 days old presently. I do not game with the keyboard. My PC is used for photoshop / lightroom primarily. The keys A, E, S, D, T, R. F. C, Shift are all suffering from paint / coating loss on the keys, some of them quite severely. The quality is truly disgusting in fact i have had many keyboards over the years and never had this happen before. Razer support admitted in the first interaction with them that the item was faulty and need replacing, and they admitted I should. expect better. Since then, they have done everything possible to avoid replacing the keyboard including having a different representative respond to my complaint each time. Now before they consider sending a replacement they want me to remove all serial numbers from this device, then cut the USB cable and send them pictures of the destruction. My dongle was damaged (Barracuda X Quartz Edition) and my partner gave me his dongle as they had Barracuda X black. However, my dongle was RC-03801 and his is RC-0380. I tried to link through the Razer application and it doesn’t detect my headphones. Is it because the dongle needed for my headphones is RC-03801? How can I get a replacement? I searched everywhere T_T

Hi Everyone,I need a fix for my Razer Viper Mini which I bought an year ago which was working all good but suddenly 2/3 days ago started connecting and disconnecting by itself and now It is not working at all nor showing up in device manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling device driver, Razer Synapse. Also unplugging and re-plugging it in PC and restarting and stuff. Nothing is working for me.Please let me know on anything useful on this issueThanks!
