My razer blackwidow  elite is typing random letters when I press any of the top row of letters. The rest of the letters work but not the top row. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hola, como se puede reducir el sonido saliente?  Me pongo la música, súper floja, xq a la rueda del volumen le queda mucho todavía y mis compañeros del trabajo se quejan de que oyen mi musica. Es que el auricular no està bien?  No puede ser que yo les oiga hablar entre ellos y me digan que escuchan mi musica.  Hay alguna manera de reducir el sonido saliente? y que no sea bajar el volumen?

Hi all - my Mamba has been working flawlessly for 10 years until now. Battery started to have difficulty holding a charge for long so I bought a generic replacement. After replacing the battery, I placed on the charging dock and the green lights were blinking sequentially indicating charging is occurring. 20 hours later… still doing this. I take it off the dock, place it back on and now the mouse is showing three green light blinking, approx. once per second. Not sequential blinking as is shown when charging, but all three coming on at once and then off. Razer’s manual don’t make any reference to what three simultaneous blinking green lights means. I have attempted charging directly to the mouse (i.e. not using the dock) but exactly the same symptoms are shown. I’ve reverted back to the original battery and also no improvement. All contact terminals are clean. I have changed USB ports. The mouse continues to operate ok in WIRED mode but does not work at all in WIRELESS mode. In wireles

Hi so I have a razer Kiara Pro for xbox and whenever i turn the headset on it’s fine but after a while it starts to become really loud and distorted. Everything becomes 10 times louder (kinda like the bass of everything) and it is so awful that I have to switch headsets. I’ve tried so many things yet nothing is working out for me, Any tips on how to stop it? I spend $100 on this headset and really don’t wanna get rid of it lol. thanku

Hello, I have the Razer Kraken Kitty Quartz - USB of my partner currently the error that it is supplied with too little voltage.The headset repeatedly turns off at increased volume combined with an activated lighting level. The following troubleshooting steps have already been tried.Tested the headset on different USB ports Tested the headset on different computers Updated/reinstalled all drivers Checked for possible firmware updates Disabled the backlight (The only way to use the device without failures) As I could gather from some social media, this bug of the Razer Kraken Kitty series does not seem to be an isolated case.Does anyone have a solution to fix the error?Is Razer planning a quality program or a future software solution? RegardsLukas

I recently misplaced the 2.4GHz viper ultimate dongle, so my friend gave me his spare dongle for the basilisk (2.4GHz). Is there any way I could pair the viper mouse with the basilisk dongle?ty :) 

Will this work together or is the base station made for other headsets than the Blackshark V2 Pro?

Ich habe ein Razer Nari Ultimate Headset und habe jetzt seit paar tagen das problem, das wenn ich destiny öffne zumindestens hab ichs bei dem spiel nur bisher versucht, die verbindung über dem usb zu meinem headset sich trennt und wieder verbindet dies passiert immer und immer wieder direkt nacheinander dabei habe ich aber dann keinen sound. Kann dies irgendwie daran liegen das der usb zu warm wird oder so? dies passiert interesannter weise hauptsächlich wenn ich während dessen noch firefox bzw. nen browser geöffnet habe.

Hey allFor the Tartarus ProSimply curious if there is a way to adjust/if there is a part I can replace under the keys that would allow the weight of my finger alone to keep a key pressed down.  Fingers are going day by day and holding a pressed down key is taking its toll...sadly.  So, to all you lovely people, help a bruddah out with any suggestions you have (other than adding a weight to my finger 😉) Thank you!

Hi! Recently got my hands on the Hammerhead true wireless x. Followed the instructions for charging. But whenever I open the audio app, battery levels of each piece keeps on changing. Battery levels are inconsistent even when fresh from charging. I'm using a Google pixel 7 phone with the earbuds. Thanks in advance!

Hello, im on 3rd pair of this headset due broken hinges but i decided to keep them as i really love them and find them superios to others headsets i try before.I have couple bugs which really bother me if anyone was able to solve.No discord sound - fixed by uninstalling THXMic not working after using mechanical mute/unmute button on headset - dont know fix, but need to restart PC basically to get it working again sadge.Anyone know? thanks

my razer black shark v2 pro headset usb dongle is lost is there any way i can purchase a new usb dongle that will work on it ? 

When i play on fortnite my mic quality and sound are very good but when i launch league of legend, the sound goes incredibly high on sound wired. I don’t know if it’s a synapse bug or headseat bug but i think it’s a problem when we use a improvement settings on synapse

I’ve been quite intrigued with the optical and the rapid trigger firmware update, especially for the Tartarus Pro. I was thinking of getting one as I have the old Tartarus V2 with mecha-membrane.However it would be great to have the Gen 2 optical switches, it appears the current Gen 1 still only has 1.5 initial actuation despite the rapid triggers 0.1 up or down sensitivity after that in synapse.What are peoples thoughts on this, and does anyone know if its likely Razer would ever release a Tartarus with the Gen 2 switches that allow for 0.1 initial actuation?It would be nice to have more options from the 0.1 to the extended 4.0 maximum actuation threshold, it gives more flexibility across a variety of games.

I am using a Viper V2 Pro. However, the USB required for wireless connection does not respond when I plug it into my PC, and it may not be linked to the mouse itself. Also, how should I connect it wirelessly? I also purchased a dongle to make it 8000Hz, but I cannot update the mouse, so I cannot link it to the dongle.

 The reactivity/ripple on my Basilisk V1 keyboard has stopped working and nothing is resolving this issue. I am using Synapse/Chroma Studio beta.
