Everything seems to be working ok except that the key containing the appostrophe and quotation mark is unresponsive. This keyboard was just purchased to replace the Blackwidow Keyboard because it was spamming/duplicating some character (notably the W key, but occasisional others).I am now assuming that Razor keyboards are not quite up to par quality wise?????

I just received my huntsman mini today to replace my ducky one 2 mini and once I got into game I immediately noticed input delay. I looked on many different forums and posts to try to figure out what the problem is and many others were having the same problem. I went on the keyboard scan rate tool app and tested the huntsman mini and my ducky. The ducky was coming back with 2ms response times and 500hz polling rate. The huntsman mini is supposed to be 1 ms response time and 1000hz polling rate but is only showing 22ms response times and 50hz polling rate. Please help, thank you. 

Hello everyone,I have a question concerning the RGB lighting and the haptics on the Razer Kraken v3 lineup (Kraken v3 Pro, Kraken v3 HyperSense and Kraken v3). I would like to know if the RGB lighting and the haptics settings reset to default when Synapse is closed. More precisely, I'm planning on buying a Kraken v3 Pro and I'm not a fan of RGB lightning and haptics.Therefore, I plan to disable them using Synapse. The thing is, I don't like having Synapse running on my computer, so it will always be closed.If I close Synapse, will the RGB lighting and haptics settings reset to default? What if I were to uninstall Synapse on my computer, would the RGB lighting and haptics come back to the default settings, or would they still be disabled? Also, what would happen if I were to connect my Kraken v3 Pro to my phone (with the 1/8 trrs cable), would the RGB lighting and haptics settings stay disabled or would they reset to default?When searching, I didn't find the answers online, hence these

Hi Guys, need your advice. I changed PC recently and tried to connect my Razer Leviathan (V1) to my new PC (Win11 Home) using Bluetooth but my PC couldn't detect it. I was able to find my speaker through my mobile phone Bluetooth but not my PC. My PC can detect other Bluetooth devices too, just not Razer Leviathan.  I already did the following:1) Windows Update to the latest2) Updated all Audio and Bluetooth drivers to the latest via Device Manager. I even tried to uninstall the driver to reinstall again.3) I factory reset my speaker by pressing the mute button for 10 seconds. Thereafter, I pressed >3 seconds on the Bluetooth to make sure it was blinking (pairing mode), which the speaker was detectable by my phone but not PC.4) I could connect my speaker using AUX cable to my PC. I also updated the audio driver for it (latest) when connected. For convenience, I wish to use Bluetooth instead. It worked perfectly for my old PC (also went through win10 to 11 and had no issue). Apprecia

as stated in the title.is this product reached EOL status ?is it being replaced by a new one ?i was trying to find one to buy in the last few months (an additional one) and almost every one is out of stock i did find a few refurbished ones and some old stock way overpriced.can we have any definitive news from razer concerning the fate of this product ?

Can you switch the keycaps out on the v3 pro mini? I know the customization is limited; just curious as to how limited. Switchin out the keycaps still an option?

Hi! My razer mouse is messing up my fortnite double edits. When i try with another mouse everything is OK. Pls help!!! 

I like my scroll wheel to be tight with a decent amount of tension to it, I made a profile for it with really high scroll tension. However it is almost never what it should be, sometimes it loosens so much that it practically has no steps at all. Sometimes it's okish but almost never what I have it actually set to. Switching profiles does nothing, plugging it in does nothing, turning it off and back on sometimes fixes it for a very short bit. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I'm probably not the only one with this problem...The headset constantly turns off and resets when switching from different applications (Discord, games, browser, etc.). After a long search, I found out that I need to update the drivers of the headphones themselves, that is, the firmware. But I can't update these drivers in any way. I follow the instructions strictly, the dongle has been updated, everything is ok, but in the next step, when I need to connect the headset via USB to the computer, nothing happens. No matter what I do, the computer and the program do not recognize that I have connected the headset via USB (the headphones are just charging), and the next button in the update application does not light up, preventing further action accordingly. I have windows11pro with all the latest updates. I tried updating the driver on another computer with windows10pro, the same problem. I also use The New Razer Synapse, but this does not play a role here since synaps closes when updati

Hi guys. I have bought Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL today. However, i had 2 problems.First one: I can not use the keyboard while charging if i do not plug the dongle. Is that normal?Secondly: I was trying to update the firmware of it via Razer Firmware Updater. I have completely updated the dongle first. However at the second stage, i connected my keyboard via type c to the PC. It finished the update but it did not say update finished succesfully. I waited for 5 minutes and nothing. It was stuck. Afterwards i closed it and relaunch the updater. It started to charging. However the updater did not recognize the device as if it is plugged via type c. The switch was on 2.4 ghz at that time. After many trials, i switched it to off. As soon as i did it updater perceived the usb cable. Afterwards it said no need for update. Will it create any conflict?

I was about to purchase the Razer Blackshrk V2 X when I came across a post claiming that Windows 11 does not support 7.1 surround audio. If this is the truth, I will not purchase the headphones because my computer has really important data.

Hi, Have tried everything i could find on this issue including the help from the other post on this forum but to no avail. Story goes like this, got the keyboard from my GF (it was working fine), wanted to update it to the newest firmware (which shows 1.03.03 for RZ03-01700100-R3M1 model). Halfway through firmware update, keyboard gets update fail and continues to be stuck in what i presume to be bootleg mode as windows recognises the keyboard only as Razor Bootloader. Tried the following,FN key reset Esc/Caps/Space reset uninstalling all razor apps and restarting computer using firmware update v1.08 trying to get synapse 2.0 to recognise keyboard but cannot be detected by synapse plugging into different ports plugging into different computerAll above has not helped. T_T please advise

I recently purchased a leviathan v2 x and it was DoA. So I contacted support and RMA’d it and just received the replacement speaker. I connected it via the provided USB-C to my computer and after pressing the power button it began to turn on but almost immediately went dead. Now no matter what I try it still will not power on. I’ve tried different USB-C ports and a known working USB-C cable. I was wondering if anyone here had any other suggestions. (I have also updated my open RMA for the original one so I’ll be waiting to hear what support has to say as well.) Thanks

I like playing games ranging from COD to Farming Simulator going through things like Witcher, Baldurs Gate, etc. I like gaming while wireless (bluetooth connection, i don’t like dongles) btu also need my headset to be able to work connected (whether 3.5mm jack or USB, with slight preference for USB).I also need the headset to have a microphone.The reason for the cable need is work: i do work from home using my personal computer, and i do need to attend meetings and calls using software from my company. This software does not allow for wireless headsets to be used, basically soudn does not go through. Because of this i am interesed in a headset which i could plug in and use as if wired while i am working, but wireless for all my down-time and gaming.For reference i already have a RAZER BARRACUDA X, the old version which had no Bluetooth but rather only dongle. I am looking ot upgrade since the dongle itself stopped working and it now works exclusively as wired…thus the need for a blueto

Will OFF functions such as the "R3" button be added to the PS5 button settings for the Razer wolvarine V2 pro?The question remains as the title.The PS5 genuine controller "DualSense Edge" has a button OFF function. I can’t imagine shouldn’t be implementation it to third-party controllers.As a future prospect, would it be possible to add an OFF function to prevent button malfunction?

Hello. i get update Sync 3 today and have not use Kraken v3 pro over year ago. now something is off. i remember back there when i play on Call of duty MW2 ingame, i can feel headset on right haptic when someone shot from right side of me, just like 360 spatial haptic from left or right. was used to all the time.. because i am hard of hearing, my right hear dead. but haptic help me lot! until NOW! all the sound turn Mono Haptic or more like Subwoofer only. in game MW2 or 3 when someone shot from right, i got both haptic for out of blue. i am pretty upstate.
