So I was calibrating my mouse’s dpi to my brother laptop then suddenly my mouse was blinking white and the cursor wasn’t moving so check the battery it’s was at 45% but it the .the dongle ( I tried my brother’s mice’s dongle with receiver it was was working  with his mice(dongle) but not with mine(dongle)I also read some where that people’s dongles dying,  might’ve it  died on me can’t,  have use a wireless mouse wired now and what is the point  of buying a wireless mouse if it’s dongle dies suddenly,  and I’m out of warranty so can’t go back for a refund or exchange I used this mouse for a year and 4 months now if it could can get a replacement 

Hello,Since some time can't tell how long (around month maybe less) (possibly with some razer firmware update or windows update related) got issue.When keyboard is connected thru hyperspeed dongle (death adder v2 pro is connected to same dongle) keyboard is jamming when pressed 3 keys or more = one of keys suddenly stop responding has to be unpressed to activate back.When I connect keyboard thru USB cable (doesn't matter USB C to C or A to C) and set to middle (turn off 2,4) it works properly with no jamming issues.Any ideas how to repair this?

When my laptop turn off the screen, I try to turn on the screen by moving my mouse(Viper Ultimate), but nothing happened, I cannot weak-up the screen, and the mouse will stop working for 1 minutes. This happened only when the screen just turn off and I move the mouse (be more precise: when screen turn off, wait about 3 seconds, and move the mouse). The mouse will wait about 1 minutes and then start working. Also if I re-plug in the USB dongle, the mouse will start working immediatly.But if the computer has turn off the screen for a longer time, the mouse can work if I move it.When this bug happened, I check the Synapse about the status of the mouse. The Synapse can detect the mouse, but shows 0% battery, where I have just fully charge it.

I’ve been unable to get my Valve Index to connect to my main GPU despite several work arounds: Setting BIOS to ‘Discrete GPU’ Disabling Internal graphics cards in device manager.  Disabling Synapse Trying both USB-C ports Changing my adapter with a new one. Reinstalling/Updating various drivers. Trying to set graphics setting in Nvidia Control panel per monitor.  My index would only connect to my internal GPU no matter what I do, this causes the main issue of it rendering in a low resolution of which you can’t change manually, therefore not being recognized by SeamVR.Are there any other known fixes for this issue? Otherwise I just have a very expensive paper weight.

I’m just wondering if I’m alone in wanting modestly-spec’d 18-inch laptop. I just want to code, I don’t want any games. I just want to split bunch of windows on my 18-inch laptop to see any many lines of code as possible, and I want my battery to last the longest. So, spec-wise I need undervolted i3 or ultra low power APU of some kind, 16GB or so of DDR5, definitely no discreet GPU, 99.5Wh battery, and 18-inch monitor and full sized keyboard in highest quality build so it won’t crap out on me and looks decent in professional settings.  All the 18-inch choices are too gamey and too expensive per device. Would RAZER be up to making something like that? Or at least offer a more sensible baseline model in Razor 18 minus the GPU? I do have budget, $4500 or so but I want to be able to equip team of 3. At current pricing it would buy only 1. Surely something could be done for $1500/device?

I have an Orochi v2 mouse. But the dongle has not been working for a couple of weeks now. I have been looking for a replacement dongle, but I couldn’t find any. I would like to buy the same dongle for a white Orochi v2 if available.

It has now been a month. I order the razer kitsune on march 11th and the day it was suppose to come it didn't because Fedex got the zip code wrong after I entered it correctly. After the package didn't come it was suppose to be sent back and replaced. It has now been a month and when i contact razer via email i get the same bot responses saying its still in transit to the warehouse but it hasn't moved in weeks. i am at wits end I don't know that to do and I'm tired of waiting it seems like I'm never going to get what i paid for at this point. Razer has the worst customer service I've ever experienced on god

Hello!I recently bought a Kaira Pro X in February. I am impressed with the quality of the headset but I'm encountering issues basically every time I go on my xboxIt keeps disconnecting intermittently and will take forever to reconnect, it's only ever been paired to my xbox and my xbox was bought a week before I bought the kaira.I only play an hour or two on week days and maybe 3 or 4 on weekends intermittently so it's on charge alot, I have tried to reach out to razer but can not, anyone got any ideas?Also I have no items on bluetooth around it

Hi all, I have a Razer Blade 14, model from 2015. I’m looking to upgrade my SSD, current one is 256 GBs. I am struggling to understand whether the 2015 version motherboard supports nvme SSDs or only the original SATA III. I wanted to buy a Samsung SSD, but they only come in NVME versions and I’m not sure if it would be compatible.The motherboard’s slot is M key type and the original SSD from Samsung is key B + M. So would it work if I order, let’s say Samsung 980 PRO, or should I stick with WD Blue Sata III?

I’ve had this mouse for over a year and it hasn’t stopped working, until I unplugged it from charging one day and now whenever the dongle is plugged in it just connects and disconnects non stop every 2 seconds. It makes the windows disconnect/connect sound every time. I tried it on another computer without synapse or anything and it still does the same thing. I can’t update the firmware because it requires the dongle to be in but it won’t stay connected long enough to update. Anyone have ideas? Thanks

Hey, folks!I've encountered an unpleasant issue while gaming with my Razer Kaira Pro headphones connected to my computer via Xbox Wireless Adapter. Here's the gist of the problem: sound cuts out every 10 to 30 seconds during games. Interestingly, when I watch YouTube videos, everything works fine, but in games, there are issues.I've tried to solve the problem myself, but so far, without success. I’m thinking of switching the OS because of the possible discontinued support for Windows 10. Sucks that Windows 11 does support the chipset for this model. I would be using it mainly for college cybersecurity projects and occasional video watching (shows, movies). I mainly use my PC for gaming now. The performance on this Razer laptop has just been unbearable and it’s starting to show its age. I was wondering whether these performance issues might carry on if I were to switch to Linux?
