Does the razer basilisk v3 have plastic on its out of the box mouse feet/skates ive tried to remove these “plastic” but they wont come out so now im wondering is there plastic on them? all my past mouses (Not from razer) has plastic on them.

I bought US pubg and an error occurred during the process. The amount was deducted and I did not receive anything

I’ve been looking to replace my Ornata V2 with an actual mechanical keyboard but I can’t find a single one in the new lineup with the IT layout. The only one i could find was a BlackWidow Elite which is quite and old model and out of productionSo does somebody know where i can find a true mechanical keyboard with the it layout? Yes I know I could buy another layout and then replace the caps but i wouldn’t want to waste more money

Can I swap the keys on here with others?  if so, what keys can I use?

HUNTSMAN V3 PROTKL is in use.I want to turn off the light because I'm constantly worried about the end P part. Is there any way? I don't know how to find it. How can I solve this problem? 

So the Razer Blade 15 2019 Base Edition, supposedly does not have per-key RGB lighting, and normally you cannot select each key but only the entire keyboard color. But now I have the New Razer Synapse and New Razer Chroma app, and after downloading a Razer Studio profile from the internet, I can now control every single key both in that profile and outside that profile. Granted, You can see it bleeding in to the surrounding keys, but on the wave thing it is PERFECT. So does this mean that razer just has a system glitch? I have also been able to control it from razer visualizer in the past, but now i can just control it from studio.

HelloMy 7.1 surround code says invalid when activating. I check if my headphone is eligible to but it says its not but i saw a post in reddit regarding with same issue and a mod reply and says i still can use 7.1 surround capabilities with my kraken pro v2 using the razer sound but i cant activate it with my code

I’ve got a Razer Ornata V3 keyboard, I got it to use with my work laptop but unfortunately due to the requirements of the app my works laptop automatically blocks all usage of synapse/cortex, i’ve set it up on my personal laptop so have my lighting settings sorted but when I unplug from my personal laptop and plug into my work laptop it restores default lighting settings, is there a way to keep the lights as i set them and prevent from reverting?

So water got in my basilisk v3 mouse and after 5 minutes scroll was glitching, it was not working very well and also i think right click was not working every time i clicked it. I unplugged it from pc, what should i do now, will it work properly when it dries??

I'm about to buy a Razer Kitsune and I'm wondering if you can get replacement switches in case they break. I can find normal switches, but not the ones that come with the fightbox.

Ever since I got my Razer Naga Pro, I have been getting PFN_LIST_CORRUPT error that crash my entire system. I have downloaded the latest drivers from here. I also run synapse. I have been running razer and synapse for like 10 years, this is the first time I have had this problem. It is def the mouse too, I have tried for days without it and no crash but as soon as I try to use the Naga Pro I get the PFN_LIST_CORRUPT blue screen crash. 

The subwoofer no longer turns on. It looks like there is no electricity connected while the plugs are properly connected. Who can help me. Razer doesn't give home.

Hi, I have a Nari Essential and I have the problem that the sound always starts with a delay. For example, when I start a video on YouTube, there is no sound for the first 1 to 2 seconds. Same with Spotify. However, the headset is already activated and is already playing other sound sources, such as in-game sound, during this time. It is only when a new audio source is activated that the start is slightly delayed.  

I thought my laptop wouldn't need the power cord when using the X chroma? I have to have my power cord connected to the laptop as well as my thunder bolt cord to use the EGPU. Otherwise it says not enough power… Wasn't the X chroma supposed to supply my laptop with power through the thunderbolt cable? I have a blade 16 with the 240 OLED 14900 and 4070. X chroma has a ASUS Tuff 3070 in it. Thanks, 

I just want to know what keyboard I want to get for my first ever upgrade for a keyboard and also I ply Fortnite so whichever one is more responsive and faster that is the one I need.

I recently received a pair of Razer Kraken V3 Pro as a gift because my 2012 Razer headphones were slowly falling apart.  However, to my great disappointment the sound quality of the new Kraken V3 Pro is absolutely horrendous. I have tried fiddling with different settings and using different USB ports in my PC. Unfortunately without any luck. I refuse to believe that the headset is straight up worse than the ones I bought in 2012 from the same brand, so I am guessing that there is a button somewhere that has to be clicked, although the fact that the headset doesn’t arrive to the customer in ready-to-use condition baffles me. (I am aware that sometimes you have to fine-tune certain things upon arrival, but not being able to hear what people say in a Youtube-video is absolutely unacceptable to me). The headphones sound muffled and lifeless and I can’t even activate the THX audio because I don’t have a code as they were gifted to me. I have no way of returning the headset so please can som

I was having scroll wheel issue with my first razer viper V2 pro and ask for a solution, then the support team provided RMA opition which I had to pay the Website MSRP price of, thats fine, but when I get the new RMA viper V2 pro, the mouse is competely not function on the wireless dongle. The dongle is not detected and can only be used wired, I ask for help again but the team kept onasking for recipt, order number and bunch of non sense, the support team took five days, replying one email a day to ask more stupid non exsiting question. The product that is defective is an RMA product and did not come with an order number. I am truly disappointed that the Razer can have 2 defective produts in a row, (I already been through all the troubleshooting). I highly doubt razer's quality control and its consumer support efficiency and effectiveness and I am considering whether should I have more purchase any product from razer in the future.

Hi I just visited Razer shop at Funan Singapore to look for a pair of Razer Anzu smart glasses. The retail staff mentioned Razer has already stopped production of this smart glasses. Is that true?  Cheers

When I select the output device 7.1 from the sound settings, there is no sound. I tried deleting and reinstalling the driver, I set it as the default device, I made the HZ values the same, I turned off the excluvise modes, but still no sound. 

After the underwhealming release of a viper mini at 300 euro, i was wondering if that is their last version or will release soon a normal "pro" version of the mini wich many can afford with better sensor,wireless and so on…I tried the V2 pro but it's too big for my hand, the mini is just perfect for me but the scroolwheel and sensor are trash

Does the keyboard allow two different inputs on one switch depending on how hard you press?for example a light press is W and hard press is S. Also will profiles and macros Huntsman mini automatically transfer to the V3

I then see the Razer Blackshark V2X and Kraken V3X, both being similarly priced in my place.So, therefore, I would like to ask which headset is better ?What I am searching for is a combination of:-Sound Quality-Hardware Quality and Reliability-Build Quality-Mic QualityHow might USB differs from an Audio Jack ? Which would you recommend me to have ? Which will last longer and break less ?Which headset has a better sound ? A sound output that allows me to immerse myself in the game ? Huntsman V3 with 8khz polling rate has to happen otherwise  wooting will be the better keyboard  .
