hi my mouse works fine on pc but the third button on the left hand side doesnt work when im on playstation when i have it binded to the letter p does anybody know why please help 

Hello, today I bought a razer basilisk v3 and everything works, I updated synapse but I have a problem with the scroll not working, for example, I can't scroll down and up on webside or discord… my old mouse is working but basilisk v3 not.Does anyone know what to do?

You may be wondering how I am typing this if my basilisk isn’t working, I had to use my mother’s wireless keyboard and mouse to. Last night it was working perfectly fine, sign out of windows, go to bed and wake up the next morning to my mouse looking normal, I didn’t realize anything wrong at the time, so I log into windows and I realize the cursor isn’t there. Unplug my mouse and plug it back in, nothing. Shutdown my computer and turn it on, nothing. Even checked Septic 3 and no detection, the RGB isn’t even working so I can’t even use it as fancy decor. What now?

Has anyone ever accidently scratched off the pin when trying to reveal the numbers? I bought a $200 Razer Gold gift card at Kroger and accidently scratched it too hard and I cannot read the 14 digit code to redeem. If you have had this happen to you, my next question is, has anyone had any luck with support to get a new pin sent to them via email? I have been reading a lot of horror stories about people being told their cards were already redeemed, and no luck with support, etc.

I recently opened a new razer blackshark v2 x and equiped the 7.1 surround sound. But at fortnite in voice chat it sounds pretty awful, loud and bad. Especially compared to my 4 year old hyper x pro. Can someone help.

I’ve been using my cobra mini for about 5 months and its starting to randomly disconnect when i’m using it and it reconnects after a second this might be a hardware issue but i’m not sure is there any way to fix that? Also the scroll wheel is bugging so when i scroll once it scrolls up twice then once down i don’t have something to blow condensed air in is there anything i can do?I do not have Synapse.

When i’m listening back through my headset,  i can hear the music or video i’m listening is coming through mic . The way i found this out by looking at the sound control panel i could see movement on my mic where it says “ Test your microphone” enabled or disabled with my headset mute button. Trying to figure out how to stop this from happening . I have tried to disable  the speaker but then no sound comes out . Both the THX speaker and your original speaker have to be on at the same time  in order to function . I’ve also tried the Realtek settings to split the connections. If anyone has any ideas or a solution would be greatly appreciated !

How to turn off open link with 7.1 surround sound software? When I open a link, its open in 7.1 and not with my internet explorer. Please help me, its so annoying… Tks so much

I am unable to charge up my STEAM wallet with my Razer Gold wallet... When accessing Razer Gold website, it gives me this error code: “Content is not available in this location” My question is, once the funds have been loaded onto my Razer Gold Account...Can they not be transferred into my Steam wallet?? I managed to use my phone instead of my PC and the transfer says it went through. However the funds are not showing up on my Steam and are still on my Razer Gold. I don’t even know what to do.

Hello, I have a Blackwindow V4, I have a problem. I would like to open the Windows sound settings with the "M1" key, for example, or even better change my audio output device directly. To explain, I have several speakers, and often have to change the output, so it is very annoying to have to make a lot of mouse clicks until the output is changed Is this even possible? I would be glad about feedback

I ordered a razer huntsman mini yesterday and received it today. I have a laptop if i need to change something on it. When im using it on ps5 with normal mode, it works fine. But when i use gaming mode. It sends no input at all. Please help.

I have a BlackWidow Lite Mercury keyboard. This keyboard has “instant trigger”. I don't know about this. Is this same thing as a rapid trigger?

I’ve had this viper ultimate for a couple of years now, and never has it ever stuttered or skipped until about a day ago.  It happens randomly and is extremely annoying when I’m trying to play shooters.  I play on an Xbox with kbm.  I’ve already cleaned the sensor glass with alcohol, updated the firmware of the mouse, and plugged the wireless dongle into other ports; however, none have worked.  Clip of problem here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/JxVyixrsTx

My Razer headset just arrived and when I tried it, the mic sensitivity is too low!. it's a 3.5mm and the sound quality is pretty good but the mic won't sense my voice unless I scream too loud while the mic is touching my lips. Any suggestions to help me with this ? And yes the mic is working well on other devices but not on my Xbox though I tried multiple controllers

"Hello everyone, I recently received a Razer Leviathan V2 X Soundbar for Christmas, and it's fantastic. However, I don't know if my PC has a USB-C port. So, I decided to connect it to my PC using one of the normal Razer USB cables that came with my keyboard. It was working fine until today (03/01/2020), but now it has very low sound or no sound at all. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my cable, as it charges my keyboard, mouse, and headset fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!"
