Dear Razer Team,I'm writing to provide feedback and suggestions based on my experiences with the Synapse 3 software and my Razer Huntsman V2 keyboard. As a longtime user of Corsair keyboards before switching to Razer, I have noticed some areas in the Synapse software that could be improved to enhance the overall user experience. Default Profile Selection: I have encountered difficulties with setting a default profile in Synapse 3. At system startup, the software tends to load the last active profile, which can complicate the Windows login process, especially when the profile contains macros. It would be extremely beneficial if users could set a standard profile that loads by default. Profile Switching Delay: The latency in switching between profiles has been noticeable and is longer than what I've experienced with Corsair's software. This delay usually lasts between 1 to 2 seconds, which can disrupt workflow. Reducing this latency would significantly improve the user experience. As

Hello all and happy Thanksgiving!I am planning to upgrade my current case with the new Lian Li Vision soon, and, when it comes to aRGB, I am not controlling everything no problem with Armoury Crate. The effect are quite basics, and you can do a little more with Aura Sync, but I cannot control the components individually since they all go into a single hub.I am considering the Razer Chroma controlle to gain the ability to address the various aRGB capable fans and strips individually. Will the Razer software work alongside with Armoury Crate? I would keep using AR for driver updates and such, but control lighting effect via Razer controller. Or at least this is the idea in my head. 

I have a problem, the ordered product was detained by customs in Hong Kong.Why ? What happened ?

Enjoying the mouse, but I so want to either disable the Y axis or make it 0 DPI.Even 1dpi would be ok I guess. Is this ever possible? Any hacks?, alternative product that Razer or maybe others offer ?

Am I the only one thinking that Project Valerie is awesome ? Any news from Razer about it ? Is there an alternative (integrated 3 x17’’ screen laptop) ?

I dont know much about PCs but I want to buy him New Keys for His Huntesman V2 TKL but I dont know If there are any differences in shape or hight.So if anyone can teach me what to look for thx. 

Why does the first version of the analog version of the Huntsman mini seem so ignored?It isn’t added with the first round of devices for the new synapse betaand why is that?

Has anyone else experienced this?I just put all my rare/legendary weapons on the racks in the Razorleaf armory, then flew around, revisited the Empty Nest, was about to save/overwrite when I decided to check; everything was gone.Luckily the only thing I did today was running “errands” in the game but it sucks to not have those epic weapons on display lol. 

Razer blade 14 2022 automatically reboots after long reboots, stopped working, there is no backlight on the screen, nothing to fix it. I have the only computer, I do not know how and to whom to contact, since it was brought to me from America, I cannot apply for guarantees. The warranty expires in a month, but I don't have the option to ship this. Please tell me what I can do. " I wrote such a question, but unfortunately my location has not been solved. I had been using Msi for 5 years before, but I didn't have a current problem. You buy an expensive laptop and you have such problems. Hello, I have had the Razer Barracuda headphones for about a couple months now, but I cannot figure out how to use the wireless microphone. I have tried everything (including updating the headphones), and still cannot use the microphone. Whenever I try to configure the microphone, the only sound that is recognized is when I click the mute button, but not any audio from the microphone itself. It is almost as if the headset doesn’t recognize the microphone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Seiren X is not detected by Synapse and it is not detected as a mic but it showing up as speakers. Any help would be great.

I got my Razer Viper Ultimate two months ago, and in these days, for no reason it stops working and I can’t use it neither with the USB cable or wireless. However, if I don’t use it for 1 day it works again, and this happens all the time. Does someone know what the problem is? I try to charge it but it doesn’t work.

Can we pair the dongle of one mouse to other

Anyone have any settings they like and would enjoy sharing?I can't find any info on how to tweak settings and dropping in and out of games to test is getting cumbersome!Thanks for any help!

TL;DR Razer has a better(EU) version of this mouse previously available for US. Im going to return this mouse just because of scroll up noise issue. It’s loud as hell but caption this: The first viper 8k i bought in April 2023 has serial number RC-03050100-0000 and made in Thailand marked as UK/CA Europe version - it has no scroll issue at all. The second one i bought days ago from the same razer amazon store has serial number RC30-030501 made in China no region specified and has a scroll up loud as hell. I see there’s a lot of threads regarding this issue and razer support only states that “Not every product is 100% perfect.”. So what im going to do is to return this mouse and get a new one as long as it takes to get a version without this issue at all. I got two the same but completely different versions at the same time and i fill like razer is trying to make the production as cheap as possible. My product being purchased from amazon Au on Ordered on 11 October 2023  I would like to return this products due device is not being recognised via usb device from today  4 Feb 2024. Amazon doesn't seem to  have refund so it seems I have to contact to Razer I have tried everything including resetting I don't want to purchase razer products again , (to Razer) your products not quality and doesn't last. I have the same issue for my previous leviathan device as well please send me barcode to return this product at yours own cost I don't recommend razer  to people due they quality doesn't Mach their price tag,Razer would be same quality as a cheap (no branded) Chinese products.This is not the first time I'm returning razer product. 

Scenario:  Keyboard and Mouse r connected via Bluetooth to Blade 15. When computer goes to sleep, keyboard and mouse doesn’t seem to be able to ‘wake’ the computer up from sleep.  The device manager → Bluetooth → Power Management → Allow this device to wake the computer is greyed out.  CHecked Bios and nothing to toggle / chk that enable Bluetooth during sleep too.  If Keyboard / Mouse r connected via the USB dongle (Logitech) then waking up the laptop will have no issues.  But I don’t want to use the provided USB dongle from Logitech to connect my Logitech MX Keys and Mouse…  since they both are able to connect via bluetooth and the laptop comes w/ bluetooth.

The Mouse Dock Pro and the mouse pulsate when charging, shouldn't the color change?Is that the case with you too?I use a Cobra Pro.The color when charging only increases when the PC is switched off, but since I use the ErP function on my PC, my USB devices are switched off by default.

Does anyone know why these cards are alwyas sold out. Ive spent more time checking if they are in stock then actually playing anyting. When Ive tried to purchase (8 so far) them at diffrent prices throughout the day and all of my atempted purchases ended up as “Transaction Cancelled”. Im so fed up with this stupid company, I have been submiting a “submiting ticket” for each faild transaction.  I cant be the only one here. 

Hi there, i have had my DAV3 for a few weeks and already it has this springy response in the side button closest to the front of the mouse. also, i have noticed the side buttons are loose and because of that makes the mouse rattle. is anyone else having these problems. if so would you know how to fix this?

I’d like to know, if I have a second dongle, if my headphones can connect to either one or the other, or if once synced with one they stay that way and ignore the other. (my idea was to leave one dongle connected to the playstation for me and my roommate to use when needed, and have the other on my computer in my room.Thank you in advance for any reply!

Hello!  I just bought myself a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 pro 2023 and I have a Issue where I feel the audio is very low, much lower then my old ASTRO A50’s. Before I needed to lower volume in games and on friends in discord. I have raised my friends on discord from ~70% to 170%… Raised games from ish 10-20% to 100% and I want to raise it more in games still… Any1 got tips? I have Razer synapse 4 BETA?New drivers, reinstalled.All volume in windows 100%Volume Knob is turned up!
