Good morning Team Razer. I am having issues with my Blackwidow v4 Pro keyboard at startup and with the Chroma RGB. Right now from a cold start I can tap the keys and the computer will wake from sleep but the keyboard itself will not start and I am unable to type unless I remove the wrist rest and reconnect it. The keyboard lights up after this and I am able to start typing, however the Chroma lights will shut off after a few seconds of being logged into the computer, but the typing still works. I reviewed a previous post (Answer ID: 538) and followed all the instructions listed there and that seemed to work for a moment, and then with the latest Razer update that no longer seems the case. Reviewing a few other threads, I found a solution of turning off the dynamic lighting setting on Windows 11 fixed the issue, but as I am currently running Windows 10 and cannot upgrade due to a processor incompatibility I do not seem to have this setting and therefore cannot fix the issue. Hi I purchased a x hyperspeed mouse a while ago and was using it with my laptop. I was using the bluetooth mode as it consumes less battery power and I dont need the lower latency of the wifi. However, I recently bought a desktop pc. The problem is when I try to pair my mouse with my new desktop I get a prompt to click connect to pair my mouse with my pc, but I cant click connect without a mouse ! So I have been using it on wifi which drains battery so fast. I tried clicking with a second (wired) mouse but it wont work. Also I have tried switching to wifi to click and move back to bluetooth right after, again no luck :( Please help !!

Hello,  I have a razer deathstalker chroma (model number RZ03-0150) which after some time gives me finger strain for programming/office. Sometimes I’m going till the bottom when pressing a key (sometimes with some force), but I’m not sure if this is the problem of my strain. I guess it’s either the bottoming or the high actuating force causes my finger strain. On my laptop, the strain is largely reduced. I know it’s probably not the keyboard for this  (programming/office) use, but I got it for free, so I took it.I’m considering buying a new one, but would like to avoid the finger strain. So would like co compare the actuating force curves for the switches (should I take care of more things such as tactile vs linear or how the bottoming is for the keyboard?). Would you know where to find the force curves for razer products?Also on this keyboard next to the serial is written membrane gaming keyboard, however in the product spec it’s written chiclet. So my girlfriend got me a new keyboard yesterday as an early holiday gift. Yesterday evening, the volume slider stopped working. Is there anything that could possibly accidentally disable the volume slider in Synapse? I hear a lot about dirt and other particles getting inside the volume wheel, but it happening less than 24 hours after I receive it doesn't sound like a likely outcome.

so i bought Razer Viper 8khz today and after installing everything the software cant detect it.Is it a hardware issue or what i have to do? I have installed the newest driver on the mouse,i had reinstalled the software,unplugged and plugged the god damn mouse and no hope.Any help? 

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a BW v3 mini keyboard and a viper ultimate mouse to game on my couch and noticed that when I have both dongles plugged in the keyboard cant connect. When I only have just the keyboard dongle plugged in, the mouse cant connect to it using the ‘multi device pairing’ feature which sold me on getting these devices in the first place. The keyboard also lags and doesn’t input about 1 in every 10 keystrokes or duplicates the input liiiiike tthiss which is pretty obonxxxxxxxxxxxioous. When I use just the mouse dongle, it works well enough but there is no option for multi device pairing in synapse 3. I’ve tried using the pairing utility app and disconnecting/reconnecting both devices multiple times as well as reinstalling synapse a few times and nothing seems to help. Has anyone had a similar issue and knows of any solutions to it? I’ve searched this forum and found a few people having similar issues, but razer’s response seems to always be to make sure its

Just bought The V2 pro and immediately felt something wrong when moving it around. Used an online polling rate checker and it is stuck at 100 hz, My pulsar X2 works fine at 1000 hz. I've updated the firmware and the synapse settings omegle won't change the polling rate. Any one else with this issue have a fix?

Did anyone get the mouse dock pro charge iphone?From the mouse dock spec it is a qi charger of 5V/1.5A so rather standard 7.5WFrom the iphohe 12 spec it can take 7.5W slow QI or 15W fast mac charger, I can charge it fine with most cheap QI charger I have at home. And it picks up with the mouse dock pro but stops after some 4sec (can't be due to sliding because there is a magnets on both iphone and charger holding them in same spot at where I place it).Anyone has any insight? already did dock firmware update.

My partner has been using Kraken Kitty headphones for almost the last two years that I gave them as a Christmas present. Last week they randomly just stopped working, and won’t work with any of our computers anymore. Contacted Razer support and they told me that since I bought it slightly more than 2 years before (late November 2021), they wouldn’t do anything to me and told me I could get a $10 discount by signing up for their newsletter.
