The Razer Armory

So I have just noticed this problem in the past few days and it is really annoying. Whenever I connect my mouse to my Mac, the mouse cursor just jumps a few inches to the left repeatedly, and whenever I try to move it back, I just keeps jumping. I have fully updated my Mac, replaced the batteries, restarted my computer, cleaned off the sensor, and turned my mouse off and on a few times. Despite all of these efforts, It still does not function correctly and keeps jumping to the right. If anyone has had this issue and has fixed it, how did you do so? If this is a new issue, any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi i have a new pro ultra type wirless and it is not charging. When i plugged in the usb cable it shows immediately 100% and no indication of charging.after a couple of hrs the battery is still low for both BT and wireless

Hi, This is actually pre-purchase question, im looking for a sound solution for my gaming room, i have my PC where i play and also Apple TV connected, i was wondering how the septial sound works with the sound bar, only with the USB connection cable? if i connect the sound bar to my Apple TV with Bluetooth will i be getting full ATMOS/Septial support?

So I have bought the mouse from a local retail company last year. I don’t play video games often, and I don’t use my computer every day so I am very confident that my mouse is in perfect condition. 2 days ago my sister borrowed my mouse to use her Mac Mini, and everything was fine until yesterday, when my cat went into the table, biting some wires. For some reason she managed to lfip the mouse over and some of her fur went into the lazer pointer, and the mouse stopped working. The single color chorma lighting of the mouse disappeared, and I thought at first that the fur blocking the lazer sensor was the problem, so I cleaned it up with cotton buds/swab (without putting any type of liquid in it) and removed the fur of my cat out of the lazer sensor. But the mouse is still not working, nor does the single color lightning. I already tried using the mouse on my own pc, but Windows said that the USB device is not recognized (see below)To make sure it is not a problem with my laptop or my si

does anyone know if i take it out every 2 minutes from the recharging base, if the mouse's battery would go bad or if there would be any problems?

Hi, today I destroyed my kraken x tournament edition, left side has no sound at all, and Im planning on getting Blackshark v2 X… Question is, can I use thx dongle that came with kraken with Blackshark v2 X? Or I can throw it out with headset itself since it will not be useful in any way?

My dad gave me the Razer Viper Ultimate for my birthday and I have been using it for a while now but I never thought to use the side buttons, so when I try to use the side buttons they don't work. the only button that works is mouse button 4 on the left side. mouse buttons 5 on the left, and mouse buttons 5 & 4 on the right side are unresponsive wired, and wireless. I have also done the firmware update for the Razer Viper Ultimate and that didn’t solve the issue.

I know little about keyboards, but just got a Huntsman V2 TKL with Linear Optical switches and just ordered a BlackWidow V4 75%. Noticed no BW option with Optical but since you can put in any switch on the BW are there any compatible ones for it? Thanks. 

I got this new Razer 15 about 2 months ago. I love it so far but when it comes to the PC Battletech game, it takes forever to start up. I run this game on a desktop with Windows 10 and 3060 TI  video card (laptop has a 3080 TI), same amount of RAM and the game start up time on my desktop puts this Razer 15 to shame. What is the deal? I’ve tried tweaking power settings, the video driver is up-to-date as of 12-04-2023 but my old desktop will beat this laptops ass to death on starting Battletech (an old game 6+ years old). I didn’t imagine I would spend all this money for a a laptop with better specs than my desktop and it can’t even start an old game faster than my slightly lower spec desktop. I haven’t tried other games yet (Armored Core 6 is in the list), is there some magic setting to really let loose with on the Razer? I have bought my new laptop from Razer and I'm new to this Brand. It is a Blade 14 2023. I have some questions about the charger as it is kinda confusing and I'm not sure if it's working correctly or not. I appreciate if you help me on this. First of all my charger always shows a green light weather it is connected to the laptop or not, or even when it's charging the laptop. It is always green so u don't know if it's charging or it stopped charging. Is that normal?Next question is, the charging light which is on the laptop itself doesn't show anything when the laptop is off so I don't know if it's charging or the charging process is finished. Is this also normal?

I want to activate the mic to hear myself from the synapse softwear and i can not find the audio setting I have a Baracuda X 2.4

Does anyone have a definite solution for the controllers “bricking” after the firmware update? I recently updated mine & immediately after the update was finished & said “Done” on screen my controller no longer turned on. I’ve power cycled my Xbox Series X & tried a different USB port & no luck.This would really suck if there’s nothing to be done about this & there wasn’t anything I could’ve done to prevent it. Thanks in advance. 

I’ve had this controller for a while and my left analog stick won’t work when I press it in. How would I go getting this fixed? Thank you in advance. 

It appears Razer isn’t recognizing the actual battery % after a full charge?  Is there a fix for this?

Ya registre el producto en mi cuenta y envié el correo de verificación pero aun no me mandan nada. -trato de utilizar los audífonos en PS4 pero me escucho a mi misma, ya intente bajar el volumen del micrófono pero aunque lo tenga al minimo me escucho, no importa si no estoy jugando con  nadie más. Incluso si mis amigos están muteados, siempre me escucho. ¿Cómo solucionarlo?

Hello, recently my naga pro wireless adapter is having problems when connecting to the computer. Every time I insert the wireless adapter into a USB port, my windows keeps making the device connected and then disconnected sound, constantly. I also tested it on the Mac Book Pro, a message box appears, reporting that a USB device was connected, but then it disappears and appears again. When I put it in Bluetooth mode or via cable, the mouse works perfectly, and when I change the switch to 2.4 mode, the mouse turns on and the LEDs light up, but the sound constantly appears on the computer when connected and disconnected. Neither the computer nor Synapse recognizes the mouse when it is connected in 2.4 mode. I had already updated the firmware in the past, but after the update it was working perfectly, after a while I came across this problem, I don't know if it is related to the update. Does anyone have a solution for this?
