Hello,  i have a problem with 7.1 surround sound system and the activation code that its needed.  i bought yestarday a razer blackshark V2 X headset and it hasnt the activation code included so i cant continue with the drtivers.  How can i find this code and what you need from me to find out which product is it exactly?

I reset my pc yesterday because of Performance lack and when i installed the synapse again my audio was nothing like the old and i now have this constant surround sound where its like 3d from every side and i dont know how to turn it off it ruins the whole gaming expirience pls help 

Hi, as title, can I know that, the dongle only have 1 version?how about the 4k and 8k? Configurable from the software?

I’ve had this headset for several months and had never had an issue with it until yesterday. When in a Discord call, I am incredibly difficult to hear and it looks like my voice is barely even registering. There hasn’t been any damage to the headset or PC/ports and the sound itself continues to function correctly. I have tried several fixes including updating drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, restarting, and nothing will fix the problem. Has anyone else encouraged this? I thought it was a problem with a recent update to Synapse but even with the program gone the problem persists. Any suggestions would be most welcomed and I appreciate any feedback.Thank you in advance.

Hello, I just received the headset in the title today and I know it does not have Bluetooth because it does not have a smart switch button and when the USB transceiver is plugged into my Switch, I get audio out of the left side only. Does this indicate a problem with the headset? 

Hello All, I'm having an issue with my recently acquired Huntman V2 TKL keyboard. The keyboard refuses to be recognized/detected/power on etc. on my AMD Gigabyte Aorus Elite Wifi X570 5800X3D system. When I plug into my MSI Z690 Intel 13900k system everything functions as normal. I even plugged the keyboard into my 8th gen intel based work laptop and it's detected right away. I even tested another keyboard (Apex Pro) on my AMD system and it works perfectly so I don't believe it's issue with my AMD system. I've for now switched keyboards between my Intel and AMD system however it's quite aggrevating. I've had multiple emails back and forth with support team and they thought it was a software issue but nothing helped. Model: RZ03-0394 Any thoughts? Thanks

Hi! I’m looking at purchasing a Barracuda X headset. I need a lightweight, wireless headset due to muscle issues but I also wear hearing aids (over the ear) and I need to know if the headset will work with the hearing aids. I game (World of Warcraft) and I use both the Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse and the Razer Tartarus Pro keypad so I wanted to stay with Razer for the headset. Can someone answer this question for me? I need to purchase the headset soonest (need one). Thanks!

Hey guys.I use Razer Naga Epic ChromaI have 2 Razer Naga Epic Chroma and 1 with wire who changes the side with different keys.Anyway, I use the Razer Naga Epic Chroma for almost everything..........I have done profiles, for games, vlc, windows things etc.....So when i open any exe file automatically the profile changes........As you can see i added also the Netflix application.But Netflix is not exe to link  and add the program so i need to change it manually every time i run netflix.The question is..... Is there any trick to link and add Netflix same as others programs so its switch automatically?As you many know Netflix is not a exe but windows 10 app downloaded from microsoft store.Please help. hello, good afternoon. I know my mouse is not the newest one out there, but it works very well. I am experiencing a problem that after 4 or 5 hours that the PC is on, the macros on my mouse do not work and I must restart the PC if I want to play using the macros. I just bought the razer huntsman mini and have found that to press esc I have to hold down fn, can you make it in settings that I don't have to hold down fn to press esc but instead just press esc? 

I have a problem with the RAZER KRAKEN V3 HYPERSENSESince a few updates ago, I have been experiencing some sort of fade when I restart audio or when I start audio for the first time when I have the THX option turned on.This takes 2 seconds but is very disturbing, I don't know if there is a fix for this or if this problem is already known.I don't know the right terms for this, but I think it's the switch to the right equalizer that apparently then happens.Hopefully there is an option to fix this but I would like to keep the THX option.Thank you in advance.

Greetings, I’ve upgraded from Blackshark V2 to V2 Pro, noticed updates and changes. Had to download THX Spatial software separately, but  when I go to calibration, I only hear sound from 2 directions only. Is it headphones problem or software? And how it may be fixed? Thanks in advance!
