I have seen lots of people missing the THX spatial audio mode, so am I. I have a Blackshark V2 and  was wondering if anyone is has had the problem with mics as I was trynna play with some people and my discord just wouldn’t recognise my mic even tho it’s plugged in correctly using the usb sound card and it was all working great until this latest update. Sound is fine just my mic won’t work at all.  Would be very interested to know if other people are having the same issue with the mics or if it’s just me...

Few Days Ago New Synapse Update Broke THX Spatial Audio And Razer Told Us They Release Fixes On 16/11/23. But After Today Update Still Not Fix THX Spatial Audio. Im Using Kreken V3 Hypersense, Still 7.1 Audio Issues, Here Screenshots.After Updated Of 16/11/23 Update Still Not Showing 7.1 Audio.  And When Few Weeks Ago THX Works Normal , That Time It Will Show 7.1 Option    Please Razer Fix This Or If You Can’t Then Roll Back Update To Last THX Working Update. Or Give Promocode Of THX Spatial Audio 7.1 Devices.

Hello, as in tittle, i got Razer H v1 . After some days some keys light in the other color than other ones i choose in razer synapse. And one key ( in my case key “y”) doesnt work correctly. Sometimes it doesnt work at all, sometimes it works 8 time when i press it about 10 times, sometimes it type double or triple“y” with one press, only this button works like that, everything is okey with other ones. I couldt find this topic in any forums so i came here. 

Hello,I have lost an earbud from my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro - Earbuds pair and razer does not cover it anymore. I have found another earbud on eBay and before purchasing I am wondering is the earbud from another set would connect to mine?If someone could answer that question please that would be much appreciated.Kind regards

Hello. I recently bought the Razer Nommo V2 pro speakers. When I want to watch a movie through VLC, choosing THX audio, when I move the slider bar to choose a specific scene, a scratching sound appears and the rgb lights blink for seconds. I haven’t updated to the newest Synapse version yet. This happens when I move the bar at a specific point in the film; pressing “play” and then immediately moving the slider bar to a specific point. Not when I watch the movie from the beginning. I’m referring to the speakers. Not the headset. Please help.

I have a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. Up until a few days ago, 7.1 surround was working just fine. Then there was an update for Synapse that deleted the drivers from my computer and I cannot get them back. When trying to get a new activation code to download the drivers again, it says my product is not supported. Clearly it was supported until a few days ago. What is the deal, Razer? I paid for a product that supports 7.1 surround, it supported 7.1 surround, and now your website is telling me it doesn’t. I want the 7.1 surround feature restored.

I’ve had this camera for about a year and a half. I use it for streaming and it’s worked perfectly well until yesterday when I turned on the ring light. It was fine for all of 5 minutes and then the light started flickering and the image was frozen. After that I tried looking everywhere for what the issue might be. Tried swapping the USB slot it was in, I checked the device manager to make sure the drivers were up to date, I tested it out on another pc for a moment. Thought it was working so I tried to stream with it again. It worked for about an hour before it stopped responding. This time, however, there was a whirling sound to go along with the malfunction of the camera. 

I did find a few of these threads already, but additional color options for the Naga line would be amazing! I’m not sure why the pink and or white options haven’t been extended to the Naga line, but it feels overdue. Looking at the store page, it seems like every other mouse variant has a white or other color option. I’m sure there’s probably production or other corporate reasoning, but I wanted to add to the other voices asking for these options.

The mouse works perfectle but when i tried to connect it via bluetooh it doesnt show up.  When i turn the switch to bluetooh it automaticlly does the thing, when you hold does 4 buttons. The status indicator blink twice and i didnt hold does buttons. I tried all 3 windows bluetooth things and nothing works. Normally my pc doesnt have bluetooh but i bougt a stick to upgrade it. Could that be the problem but i dont thing so because everrything else works beside the mouse.

My scroll wheel click on my viper v2 pro has stopped working but it still scrolls up and down. It was working minutes before updating to the firmware update FW v2.00.03_r1. I never damaged the scroll wheel in any way before updating so it has to be a fault on razers end with the firmware. Any one else experiencing this issue?

Hey,Few weeks ago I bought a Blackwidow V3 pro but with US switches. I just wanna know if I can buy the french keys to replace the ones I have rn. I don’t care which type of keys it is while it’s french.Thanks for your aswers.

I suppose it’s useful to many but as a gamer I find that my screen going nuts because I bump the command dial in the middle of a fight is completely unacceptable. I just want it off.

HiFrom the get go if you search for gaming mice 2023, you’ll get multiple hits from Razer, but is that the only metric now. Seriously, what is the idea with a mouse that can only (in my case) last about a year.I have Viper Ultimate. Actually I’ve had a few.And what I’m getting tired of is the constant breaking. All my wireless mice I’ve had over the years, the cradle if you will start to fail in recharging the mouse after a short while (A few months). Ok I have somewhat lived with that.Now my Vipes buttons are starting to fail. It’s battery stopped recharging, side buttons not working, moving the cable from the cradle to the mouse just to recharge it because the cradle does not work.Luckily I had so many of them that I could take them apart and use there spare parts to make one that works. That poor quality couple with that insane amount of software you need to just be able to set a static led color on your mouse and keyboard is ridiculous.  But I cannot be the only one experiencing th

I have Razer Blade Stealth 13 (2019). I have used the recovery that wiped everything from the laptop and made new fresh windows 10. The problem is that the version is 1903 and windows is refusing to update to newer version probably because the version is too old for update to 2H22. I´ve searched a lot of forums but couldnt find the fix. Is there any other way? The next question is: Can I format everything and do fresh install from USB? Then just download drivers for everything from website.

So this is the headset I’ve used for about 2 years now and I haven’t had a single issue. I was using it this morning like usual, then came back this afternoon/evening and my audio now isn’t as clear almost like I’m in a tunnel. I’ve played around with the audio equalizer but have had no luck in getting it back to how it sounded previously (crystal clear). If anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Hi, I have aquired a defective Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 laptop with a DA550-MB MP V4.0 motherboard, which has two missing MOSFET's (I have attached an image, missing MOSFET's are marked with a red square). The problem is that I cannot find high-res images for this board, and I cannot figure out what the marking is on the missing MOSFETs. I would be eternally grateful if somebody could send me either a close-up image of the area, or send me the markings on the MOSFET's. Thank you very much in advance for your help.
