I am extremely pissed off at your company and customer service . I have given you all the information needed for a refund , and yet nothing happens .  I spent $400 which is a lot to me . I have tried every solution for this problem where my razer viper isnt turning on after i was putting my laptop on sleep multiple times, the optical sensor is on but the RBG and everything other than that isnt working. The mouse works on my other laptop but not the one that i am using but before you say it can also be my laptops usb problem,  my razer huntsman mini that i connect works fine. I also have this error code 49 in my device manager…. i have tried uninstalling the drivers, updating it, EVERYTHING THAT IS POSSBLE but the error code wont go away.I REALLY NEED MY MOUSE TO WORK SO PLS HELP ME😢

Hello guys!Recently, Razer Synapse kept disconnecting my devices (keyboard, mouse, headphones, and headphones stand). I tried everything, from reinstalling Synapse, to updating drivers to resetting my PC but the issue persists. I have temporarily uninstalled Synapse until I find a solution. Can someone help me_

Hey, So, I have the following problem.I remapped my 12 side buttons to the numpad with Synapse 3. After that, I wanted to save them to the on-board memory. But how does that work? Synapse 3 does not show the save button next to the profile name.Or is that not possible with Naga V2 Hyperspeed? It says, the mouse has on-board storage for one profile.I just wanted to deinstall Synapse asap after I remapped my side buttons.  Thanks in advanceCheers!

I have seen another user (exariv) say this as well. My headset will start to beep and every couple of hours after listening to the beep every 10 minutes, adds another beep. It will start to beep and I will continue to suffer through the beeps. I have gotten a full 14 hours after the beeping has started a few times, but most of the time I get 10+ hours of listening time after the beeping begins.

I was always slow to react I decided it was a mouse problem and kept changing the mouse, and I found out that I have a habit of raising my finger when I was nervous when playing fps games I'm able to react a little faster than before by preventing my index finger from being lifted

I’ve had my Blackwidow V4 Pro for a little over a month now, and recently it’s been bugging out with the fn + pause key to put my laptop to sleep.What’s curious is that if I quit Synapse, the fn + pause key does put my laptop to sleep correctly, and it’s only when Synapse is running that it doesn’t work. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse to no avail. I just got the Razer Viper v3 Hyperspeed. I don’t really like the texture because it is too smooth. Does the razer precut viper grip tape work for the viper v3 Hyperspeed? Does it fit correctly? If it doesn’t does anyone know any grip tapes that would work for it.

Ok, so as normal I was playing on my computer when I noticed SHIFT key was not working. I started to research on Internet trying to find a solution, but I noticed that also Z, X, B, N, M, Coma, . , /, UP, and on the numpad 1, 2, 3 and enter were not working. I changed Z hey switch with C key switch (which was working right) and it did not work, then I put the switch again on its place and it worked right, so I discarded that the switch was broken. I opened the keyboard and everything seems to be fine, so I think that is maybe the PCB the problem, or the leds that pass through the switched to activate the key. I would really appreciate any help.

The problem is that I am using it connected to 2.4ghz. When I want to play any game, the keyboard disconnects and comes back instantly. When I turn off Synaps 3 running, this problem goes away. I haven't been able to use the keyboard I bought properly for 3 months. Because of this problem, I sent it to warranty, they sent me a new keyboard and the problem is the same. What a disgrace! Can authorized friends please help me understand this situation?
