Hi! Today for the first time I have this issue, once I join a discord voice channel my headset start to disconnecting and reconnecting costantly, if I open my list where I can see all my output  audio device connected to me pc, on my screen I can see my headset  will disconnect and reconnect costantly, this issue stop once I leave the voice chat, I don’t have any other headset to test if it is an issue that only occurs with my Razer Headset, but this thing is driving me crazy xDI hope you guys can help me

Since the day i bought my headset, i could not find a stable equalizer setting that i can use in games. do you have any settings that can help me with the equalizer?

I bought a razer brand mouse 3 weeks ago, the mouse works with bt, but I can't connect it with a usb dongle. The lights on my mouse are blinking but there is no connection and it shuts down while playing games. Even though I put a new battery, I encountered such a problem and it made me very sad. I have a question about the Razer Kitsune. Why doesn't it support the Xbox Series X, and will there be support for it in the future?

Good day. Some time ago I wrote about my problems with the Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. It was about disconnecting the sound. I reported the matter to the seller (Media Ex) and after exactly 2 weeks (because that was the store to answer) I was informed about replacing the headphones with new ones. Unfortunately, the headphones returned to me with the same problem I sent them back with. When some material is being played (eg movie on yt) the headphones work normally. When the song / movie ends and the next one starts loading, or the page is simply closed and a new one opens - the headphones go silent, you cannot hear anything, you have to turn them on and off. Laptop recently started having issues where system intermittently doesn’t see charger connected even though it is always plugged in. A quick Google search shows that this issue is somewhat commonplace. Is this a manufacturing defect? I spent over $2000 on this laptop less than 2 years ago. Here is a link to a video of my issue:  

I trie to create a macro , that automatically opens the chat ingame , and send a predefined text . i tried out, and it don´t work. The chat box open´s and then nothing .  Hope someone can help me . thx

When connecting it via USB 2.4 to the computer, it does not connect, it makes a sound like it is connecting, but immediately it disconnects and so it connects and disconnects, I have already tried with different computers and it does the same on all of them, I tried the pairing software and the problem does not continue, will there be a solution?

Hello, I'm looking at buying a razer laptop to run starfield when in comes out. What would be the best option? 

HiSo several years ago I bought a Mamba Wireless Mouse for my gaming laptop, used it for a year or so before the dongle suddenly wouldn’t work and got extremally hot when plugged into the USB on my laptop. I had sent in a request for a new dongle and it was provided and send, but our neighbors stole our mail and I assume it, since I never received it. I had meant to contact Razor about it but life came up and I completely forgot until recently as I’m buying a desktop now and am in need of a gaming mouse. I would like to be able to use it again, but as stated I need a new dongle and now a new charging cord as I have moved and my original cord has been lost. Is there anyway to get replacements for these now? I’ve looked on Razors site and hadn’t seen anything so was hoping to find answers here. I really don’t want to have to buy a new mouse.
