Hello I just have a quick question and I appreciate anybody who can help me. I got recently a pair of the V2 pro 2023 additions because I was listening to videos and reading on Reddit that you can save custom EQ presets and microphone settings onto the headset to be used on PlayStation five when I’m using synapse, I can’t seem to find a way to save any of my custom presets. Can anybody tell me how please

My mouse it was good one day but now it’s just goes crazy and just stays in a corner and I try to move it and then it just goes back n just goes up and down can anybody help?

Hello, I have an xbox one wireless Controller with a razer charging dock. The current rechargeable battery is now dying and I need to find one compatible with this charging doc but I can't seem to find one. any ideas? Thanks in advance ☺️ 

Iv seen someone selling this laptop on eBay explaining how they have hardly use it and to be fair it looks in good condition and in original box no sign of any damage too.  im wondering if this laptop is worth buying as I am no expert when it comes to gaming laptops. Unsure how old this laptop is but should you buy a used gaming laptop?Ideally I’d like a laptop that can easily run Minecraft Java, planet zoo, the sims, other games that might require mods etc. is this laptop over kill or would this be a decent laptop to start with?   

Hi there,In my search for a wireless headset with a good microphone I of course came across the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. One of the features that I am looking for is simultaneous use of 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth, so that I can use it on my PC while being on a call via my phone.I understand that both headsets are not advertised to have this feature, rather they can switch between sources. However, I stumbled over this reddit thread on the Razer sub-reddit in which someone claims simultaneous 2.4Ghz+Bluetooth started working after installing the newest version of Synapse - albeit it’s a bit finicky they say.Can someone (maybe a Razer rep?) confirm that this is indeed the case? Is this intentional? Did a feature that is planned but not ready for release maybe slip into the new Synapse build? Are there any plans for this feature to be implemented officially?This would be a huge selling point for me, so if I can get any insight or experience from someone that’d

You may know that the Blackwidow v4 is not wireless, and this has cause some not to buy it. I have an idea that Razer makes a adapter for the Blackwidow V4 to make it wireless. I do not know how they would do this BUT it would make them more money.

I have Razer BlackShark V2 (wired) headphones, on Windows 10 Pro.I’ve been using them for about a year now.I’ve been looking for headphones which would distinguish sounds which were on different levels than I (in buildings, dungeons, etc).  I was playing another game when I got them, and it *seemed* like they were distinguishing direction on sounds that were above or below me… sort of…Well, recently I’ve been playing Cyberpunk 2077, and I am often in buildings where it would *really* help if I could clearly determine if people that I’m hearing, are on the level where I am, or are above or below me… but if these headphones are doing that, it’s definitely subtle…[ Note: CP2077 has an audio setting for ‘3D Headphones’ for sound device, and I have that selected ]So this morning I upgraded the firmware on the headphones to V0011, via the Razer updater.  I then installed the current version of Razer Synapse.  It created a THX Spatial Audio device, which I have selected for the headphones… bu

Hello, after connecting to my computer, I try to activate the gaming mode by clicking three times and holding the last click for two seconds, but the AirPods keep saying gaming mode, normal mode! And the gaming mode does not turn on. For emphasis, the device says gaming mode once and quickly after that it says normal mode, does anyone have such an experience and can anyone easily control their AirPods with the touch control?

Hi.After last update like week ago i have started getting problems with d essential,i was playing cs and i sensed that the moves was weird slow… i pulg it out and in couple of times and it was back to normal, 2days later…. i have jump bind on scroll, it started to jump by it self, now from yesterday  i have problems with double click while jump problem disappeard the day before yesterdayis it broken just after 3-4 moths of using or its problem with the drivers ?

I have a custom mousepad from 2018~2019 that I want a replacement for. I’ve had this mousepad for years and I’ve loved it the whole time, however it has been worn down and dirtied over time and I want to get a new one of the same design. I think it’s a Gigantus V2 Large, although I’m not sure since it’s been so long and I don’t have anything that would tell me on hand.The thing is, it has a StarCraft design with a Zerg Hydralisk as the main focus, but the customized mousepad section in the store does not have it anymore. I remember going through the customization process when I first got my mousepad and I remember it being very different to how it is now.I’m wondering why things changed so much (my opinion is that the way that I remember it being was superior), why some customization options were removed (such as my current pad’s design), and if I can at least get a replacement for my current mousepad.

I have a Kishi V2 and I want to play it with an s23 Ultra. The controller is not recognized when connecting via USB C. I also noticed that my S23 Ultra does not charge via the external USB C connection from the Kishi. But I see many videos on Youtube how people play with an S23 Ultra. Do you know if there is a workaround? This is the second Kishi v2 that doesn't work.

I can’t proceed with my purchase since I haven’t received any OTP via SMS. I was able to receive an OTP via SMS for reloading my Razer Gold account, yet in purchasing I don’t. Now, a hCaptcha window would always appear and still no OTP. Also, I can’t access my backup codes because a hCaptcha window will appear as well.

I have a Deathadder essential mouse, and since 2 weeks i can’t change my dpi no matter what i do, i uninstalled it, deleted mouse drivers, tried everything related to this problem, i don’t know if this problem only in windows 11 or not

As some of you may know, Logitech G has come out with a mouse and mouse pad that when paired together the mouse will get a charge from the mouse pad. As a die hard Razer person I think that it would be awesome of we could get something similar but bigger, cooler, and better. My idea is that the mouse pad is the size of the Goliathus Extended and not only charges your mouse, probably the Ballistic V3, but it charges your keyboard too, probably the BlackWidow V4. It also would need to be RGB because everything should be. Please Razer we would love to have this as an item that we can buy on the website.  Truly,Granny03

Hello! I purchases the Razer Nommo pro left and right speakers about a year ago (just the speakers not the subwoofer). I am now interested in adding the subwoofer to my collection but I have only seen the subwoofer sold with the speakers. I don’t need to buy the speakers again, I just want the subwoofer. Is there any way to just purchase the subwoofer alone? Thank you!
