I have 15-20 Razer Gold Pending Transactions, but I don’t have any card’s connected to my account. How do I fix this issue? I don’t want to add a card to my account incase I get charged for all of the transactions. Each time I would try doing a transaction it would show as “Purchased Failed” but then I looked at my transactions and it shows it’s pending.

Hi, I recently purchased my Viper Mini from a local store and attempted to register it with my Razer ID, but the registration process failed. Moreover, Razer Synapse is unable to detect my Viper Mini. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by seeking solutions on Reddit and various forums, but unfortunately, none of them worked for me. I believe I have an addiction to Razer Product, because I purchased my first ever Razer Product less than two months ago, and now, I have well over 50% of or at least 50% of all their advertised and marketed products today, and I must say the buying will continue, the story must go on, EXCEPTIONAL AND A SATISFIED forever loyal, and avide user, customer, and entrepreneur!!!

I was trying to listen to Travis Scott's new album but then I started noticing a concerning amount of reverb, I paused to see if it was part of the songs but it wasn't. I then unplugged and re plugged my headphones but when a sound is played, it constantly echoes seemingly forever. I did it again and a really uncomfortable low pitched sound started playing whenever I plugged the headphones in with occasional little cracks in the middle. Please help I'm scared

I updated my Razer Deathadder v2 Pro but i accidently disconnected the mouse, while i updated. Is that bad?

I bought a deathadder v2 pro mouse about 2 months ago, but the wireless does not work as of 28/07/2023, no matter what I did, the wireless does not work, I am disappointed, I will definitely not buy the razer brand again, I will not buy it, it was really disappointing, I did not expect such a bad model

Recently (as of yesterday) my Razer Nari Ultimate has been having a bit of a strange problem. It is fully capable of remaining connected via wireless dongle as long as audio doesn’t attempt to play through it. However, if audio does try to play through the headset it will cause the headset to disconnect momentarily from the computer, during which time the playback device also disappears in the sound settings. It will then almost immediately reconnect, followed by disconnecting again. This loops until the audio stops, during which time no audio ever comes from the headsets aside from the “boop” sound twice per loop. I have updated synapse, tried to use the headphones without synapse (still happens), and used both the dongle recovery and repairing tools. None of these have managed to resolve the issue. I have checked that the usb ports are not faulty, as the ports work with any other device plugged into them. Does anyone have any ideas for further things I could try?

Eu nunca mais compro produtos da Razer, comprei um Razer Naga , os botões não funcionavam, comprei um teclado blackwindow Chroma v2 , várias teclas deixaram de funcionar em menos de 9 meses, não ativei a garantia porque moro muito longe de onde comprei o produto. Earlier this morning I got a razer black widow ultimate the first gen version so no buttons or dials. I got it for only 15 dollars and it was in pretty decent condition, the only problem I'm finding with this 100% keyboard is the rgb, the razer software I have to use is named razer configurator and I can only change the the brightness and whether or not I want the rgb pulsating. when I go inro razer synapse it wont recognize the keyboard and says legacy devices and when I hover over it it says “this device needs Synapse 2.0: Razer BlackWidow Ultimate”. Does anyone know if this is the only rgb I can get because its such an old keyboard or if I can use a different software and change it?

I was looking into all the variations of the blackshark headsets, and I’m still a little confused on whether they're all multi platform or not. Im wanting to play on Xbox as my main platform but i’m also wanting to still play and use them on PC. I was keen on the 2023 pro version but I didn't want to waste time and money, and accidentally get a pair that wont even work or connect to xbox for me. Could the pro version connect through cable or could it be connected wirelessly to the xbox, or would I just have to settle with the standard V2 version so I can connect to both?

My Kraken Kitty headset (USB wired) is repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting.  I have tried all the steps listed on the website and none of the other threads in the forum I could find have had solutions, either.This happens more frequently when doing things like joining a discord voice chat, but can happen on its own at random as well.  It happens with with and without Synapse activated.It’s disappointing that such an expensive product would have such a short lifespan.  Is there anything that can be done to fix or improve this issue?

The fact is that if, for example, I put the Stereo Mode in Discord, and the Game Mode is in the game, then when I enter the game, the sound from discord is transmitted not in Stereo Mode, but in Game Mode

This just happened when I first came back from my 1 week vacation, It was sealed tight and was on its box it didn’t fell or that there was no damage occurred, it was just sitting on a safe spot where I last left it The Buzzing sound was called off by a friend of mine when we were playing and when I turned on the Mic Monitoring setting on Synapse 3, I hear the buzzing sound whenever I touch the microphone and it is very loudI tried to uninstall device on device manager, uninstalling synapse 3 and all razer software then reinstall, and updating my OS but alas the problem is still the same VIDEO OF BUZZING SOUND

I have such a problem with razer nari ultimate that recently when my headphones were discharged I connected them normally to charge I used them on the cable for about 2 hours I turned off the computer and the next day after about 15-17 hours spent on charging the headphones do not turn on and have been working since then only when the cable is connected and when I disconnect it, they turn off immediately, has anyone had such a problem and knows how to solve it?

So ive had my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition RZ04-02980 for a while now and since i reinstalled windows 10 it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Its causing a ton of issues! How do i fix this? There is even static now.

 It seems to be there on the 17-inch backpack, but it doesn't seem to be visible on the 15-inch, so I posted this. Do you know anyone?

I got my Kiyo Pro yesterday and after setting it up I realized that the webcam is super laggy to the point you can’t use it. You get a stationary picture every 3-5 seconds and that’s it. I tried messing with the settings on Synapse with no luck. It’s plugged in a usb 3.0 port. Today, I used it on a friend’s pc and it’s working perfectly fine. My pc is like 10 years old. So, my question is, does pc hardware affect webcam lagging/stuttering? If so, which particular hardware part is responsible for that? CPU or GPU? Thanks in advance!
