I’ve had the Barracuda Pro for a few days now and have been liking what I’ve been seeing. I hear that currently there are some issues with Synapse, but I hope that those will be resolved soon. Anyway, I was quite impressed with the ability to select the level of noise cancellation when the headphones are in the ON mode. However, I was sad to see that nothing had yet been implemented on the Ambient setting. I want to be able to use these headphones in many different situations, like tuning out background noise on planes and while commuting, listening to my favorite music, watching movies, playing games using the Spatial Audio features, and while working in the office. That last situation is why I am a little disappointed at the moment; each of the other settings have been holding up to standards, except for the Ambient ANC mode. When idle, the lights on the kb should turn off but that doesn`t really work as it is supposed to.Idle kb is meant to be idle for kb only, if I move my mouse (Corsair M65 ULTRA), the idle timer countdown on DS V2 PRO  will not begin until I stop using the mouse. This leads me to believe that the meaning of idle according to SYNAPSE means, every other device connected to the same PC needs to be idle also for the same period of time.If I stop moving the mouse and the kb lights turn off. The lights reactivate with mouse movement even though I am not using the kb , this is a waste of battery life and is unnecessary until I am ready to use the kb.Also with 15min being the lowest time period for power inactivity, this means that any movement from any other device connected to PC, whether that is 2.4 mouse or BT mouse or BT kb, will cause the DS V2 PRO to reactivate the RGB, resetting the 15min inactivity timer to start its countdown all over againIf it were possible to allow the user to choo

Just bought an Ornata V3 keyboard and I’m having quite a specific issue was wondering if someone could test on their own one. Problem is consistent in or out of game but it’s only a problem for me specifically in counter strike where I use caps lock to slow walk, details below. If I’m holding both caps lock and W down at the same time then all adjacent keys to W don’t register, so Q,E,A,S,D,1,2 and 3 all won’t register an input.The inverse is also the same so if I hold caps lock and Q,E,A,S,D,1,2 or 3 then W is the only key that fails to register.  You can test quite easily by typing in browser and holding both caps lock and W, then pressing Q,E,A,S,D,1,2 or 3. These keys will fail to interrupt the stream of Ws and same will go for the inverse if you hold caps lock and Q down together, only W will fail to stop the stream of Qs. If it's not clear what I mean when I say 'stream of Ws' above, what I mean is if I hold down caps lock and W in a search bar for instance it will input WWWWWWWW

In Razer Huntsman Mini, can I change the arrow functions from Fn+j, Fn+k, etc. to Ctrl+j, Ctrl+k, etc.? Thanks.

Hi, would it be possible to introduce an API (to be able to implement this myself) or a feature inside Synapsewhich would show you the current keybindings overlayed on top of the keypad/keyboard?It would be very helpful when trying to memorize a new layout and not having to mash multiple buttons to find out which one it was or alt-tabbing from the gameA mockup of how this feature could look like:

I recently bought a BlackSark V2, and I constantly hear sound disruption. Tried changing places of connection, upgrading firmware, closing Synapse. Is there anything else I can do, or just return it? 

Hi, New here. Category might be wrong.I’m looking to purchase an external monitor for both gaming and productivity. Would my mid 2021 Blade 15 with an rtx 3070 be enough just with the HDMI port? If not, what would be needed? What would you recommend? 

Hey everyone I have been using wireless Razer products for a long time but somethink kept annoying me with the lithium İon batterys as u all know charging a battery to %100 everytime isnt great for long therm battery life so why cant we just set a  max charge limit ?  and also why cant I select to not charge my mouse when I plug the cable in so I can save from battery when I do somethink that doesnt require me to go wireless for crazy uninterrupted flicks etc… Come on Razer tech team this features has been in phones for a decade why cant we have it in our wireless Razer devices ?

So, when the GPU is also loaded on Razer 18” laptop, the CPU gets limited to a paltry 40 watts.The thing is, this is not a thermal limitation, but an arbitrary one. As Jarrod’s Tech review shows, the cpu is only in the 70’s when 100% loaded at 40w whilst the GPU is also 100% loaded at ~170W.Right now I have an MSI GT77 and I hate the lack of G-Sync and am thinking of returning it.But the CPU does 185W on a CPU only load and 75 watts when the GPU is also loaded.This is almost double the Razer.When you are gaming in the Razer, on a GPU intensive game, you will see the P cores of the 13950HX at 2ghz, which is really, really low. On the flipside, on the GT77, it’s around 4ghz stable.All Razer have to do is release a bios update and maybe allow around 65 W for the CPU which should still not put it into thermal throttle territory. Why won’t they do this? It’s the entire reason I did not buy this laptop. Secondly, I see Razer added a “max fan speed” option for boost/OC CPU mode.Better than no

I am looking for a bit of help, or at least direction on where to start.I am using a friends EGPU, so I can not install the card  directly into my desktop.I have a Dell Alienware aurora 11R11 with a Nvidia rtx 2070 super gpu. I have a thunderbolt port and cable. Can I connect my desktop to a epgu razoe core with a Nvidia rtx 3070 gpu in it? How do I do this ?I have installed Razor synapse 2 and as well as the Nivdia 3070 ti studio driver. But the Razor core does not even switch on ? And I definitally have connected it to power and do have the switch in the on position. 

why my wallet is disabled and i have it before 3month and i have 500$ in it and the support not answered

I just got the razer barracuda pros and when trying to set it up to my pc the firmware updater doesn’t want to continue after the “plug in wireless dongle to your pc” the 2nd step “power on your headset” doesn’t work even tho the headset connected to the dongle so I was testing everything and found that when I disconnect the wireless dongle and then launch the firmware updater it thinks the dongle is still plugged in so step 1 is forever done whether I have it plugged in or not and I’ve updated my drivers and any possible windows update still nothing I’m stuck in step 2

Hi everyone  i have just received my pro ultra, and have been setting it up anf playing about with it in OBS, but i have just noticed no matter that i do i cang get the white logo on my tshirt to be sharp, it always has a white bloom around it like its out of focus, but then i notice so do all the edges, am i doing something wrong?You can see what i mean around my tshirt logo, but also around the outline of my hand, and around my ear as well.I have played with every setting and changed the lighting in the room and cleaned the leanse nothing changes it.Jamie. 

I was looking at the hyperspeed technology on razer and is curious on how many devices it could connect. Can it connect to all 3 peripheral like a mouse, keyboard and headset combo?

When i accidently pressed the M3 button, the controller got disconnected and it keeps disconnecting upon pressing it. Installing drivers and resetting settings did not help. Does anyone know the solution?

I am trying to place an order for a custom mousepad or mat. When I click mat, I see so many custom designs but when I go into the selector, it limits you to 6 razer designs. Wondering how do you have Anime or your own designs. Thanks, Long

as in the title, my razer blackwidow essential digital "w wonda" every time i type the "o" key and also the "f12" key has the led totally out of sync with the others, whenever i have to type the "o" key " I have to press fn to exit correctly, you don't expect this from a product of this quality...

I connected my keyboard to my MSI laptop, knowing that I already had multiple Razer devices. Razer Synapse only performed an update for the keyboard and asked me to restart my PC after the update. When I restarted my PC, I couldn't use the keyboard, even though it is recognized everywhere and the RGB lighting works. It's worth noting that my PC is an AZERTY layout purchased in France, and the Ornata V2 keyboard is a QWERTY layout purchased in Sweden.

Alright so basically I bought a Razer edge and it said that it would transfer about 10,000 silver into my Razer account (forgot the exact number) and it said it would take two weeks. I ordered the stuff on the 6th of June and I still haven’t got the silver, unless it means two weeks after the product has been delivered it makes no sense. Can someone help?
