The Razer Armory

I am having this issue where the key is stuck inside the switch.Not the keycap, but the actual key.I don’t want to take this to a retailer, how can I get it fixed myself?Done everything to fix it, including brute force.

Hey, so I purchased this mouse directly from Amazon UK warehouse brand new at around £70 and when it arrived the sticker was in place normally. However, you could easily open the box and put the sticker back without evidence of it being opened.In the box were two of the same warranty cards, is that normal?The mouses cable wrapping, made of woven nylon cloth, was bagging/crumpling up at the end. I could pinch it and roll it down as if it was cut too long, is this normal also? The cable was wrapped and held together by a rubber tie but did not look neat, is that normal?Thanks, I just wanted to verify if I got a used or defective one.

Can one Mouse key be set to a different DPI setting than the others (Razer Naga Pro)?

Hi! Just bought Razer Huntsman Elite ! Very happy! <3However I can’t find in Synapse software how to control Volume Wheel lighting? The Problem:Whenever I roll the wheel, or press ‘mute’ it starts to shine!!And even when I don’t press ‘mute’, but do mute audio from other source (e.g. from mouse keypress), - the wheel stil shows glow light until the mute is off!!!Please help this is huge issue for me!I primarily buy this keyboard because of the wheel and media buttons and I use mute all the time :OI can’t use it like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello guys today ı bought Barracuda Pro. Headset have thx mode in synapse, ı tried my old settings on thx app but they didnt work. for example valorant have compatetive mod for thx and when ı used in synapse thx, sounds like a bathroom sound mode, discord voice too. ı cant understand how can ı use synapse and ı download thx app again but ı think synapse better than thx app. how can ı solve this issue or which one ı should use? thx for answer, have a nice day!and what is the different thx spatial audio and thx spatial sound options

i have a razer orochi v2. i have replaced the batteries and uninstalled the drivers for the mouse and restarted my pc but i still have the same problem. my mouse works fine when i open “device manager” on windows and when i restart it works for a few seconds then it begins to bug again. the cursor moves itself to the top left of my screen and. no matter what i do it continues to do the same.

Come on Razer. We have to go through this again? Still? I didn’t return the V2 Chroma and was pleasantly surprised when you guys actually put out a firmware/software update to adjust/remove the baked-in deadzone. I switched back to an Elite Series 2 while I waited for a the better part of a year but it was eventually resolved. I figured since it was such a big point of contention for users (big enough that you actually fixed it) that surely this would be a thing of the past going forward. And yet, here we are…on a $250 controller. I know the price is steep but I really do prefer your controller designs. I like the extra shoulder buttons, I appreciate the center placement of the back paddles, and the new triggers are wonderful.
