The Razer Armory

I recently bought a Razer Blade 17 and need a laptop stand. I prefer a simple and sturdy design without RGB lighting. The Razer Laptop Stand seems appealing, but I can't find its dimensions on the website. I want to compare its size with the chroma version, which is supported for Blade 17, while the non-chroma version is stated to be compatible only with models up to Blade 15. Can you advise if this would be a wise purchase? Additionally, any recommendations for alternative laptop stands would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Razer Blade 15 (2019) with an RTX 2060. I wanted to know if i can connect to an external display using the usb-c at 144hz.

My earbuds are being weird, my right earbud is being normal but my left one is almost 100% muted being completely silent at full volume while my right earbud is blasting audio, they are not the pros and are the Hammerhead Total Wireless X version, I have been using these very often since I got them a few months ago, it's been around 6 months and there seems to be no other problems.

Guys, I have a Razer Arteris mouse that move by itself to the top left of the screen . When I tried to change its setting in Synapse, the icon keep flashes off when I tried to click on it resulted that I wasn’t able to change any configuration or setting in Synapse. Used it on window 10 p[ro edition. Tried oon several other PCs but still facing the same problem. Tried to trouble shoot like reinstall Synapse, clean the optical below the mouse, update mouse firmware to the latest version but the problems till persist. Suspect that it is a software problem, thus wish to know if anyone here face same problem and solved it before.

Hello Everyone, i’ve experienced a major GPU temp increase in balanced mode since the new firmeware update. Around 86c in diablo 4, was around 79-80c before. My TS Score decrease by 1000points in boost mode also.. was 18,5, now 17,3.. Can we rolling back to the previous version of the bios? and firmware? Thanks for your help 

Hi, I have a broken leg, does anyone know how to get the leg out of the unit and replace it?  I have a replacement to swap out, but I don’t know how to get the leg out of it?  Doesn’t seem to pull out like they do on a normal keyboard?  I have googled and looked for videos but can’t find a thing?

Heyo all!So I am noticing a issue anytime I am in any form of a call with my mic on, it doesn’t allow /any/ other sound despite those things making sound (i.e youtube or a game). I haven’t been able to figure anything out other than its obviously having issues allowing more than one input, which in this specific case its whatever call i’m in. Really not sure how to fix this. The second I am out of a call all audio comes back and sounds crystal clear. Thanks everyone :;D

I am currently trying to redeem my razer gold, but everytime i try it says transaction cancelled. I have no idea why, i have tried 2 different platforms as well.

Built a new computer where everything can be controlled by razer chroma. My other games can control all my leds. Terraria isn’t showing up in my chroma apps section and doesn’t seem to work with razer synapse. Tried uninstalling and re-installing both terraria and synapse but that didn’t fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hallo, ich habe mir die Tastatur Ryzer Ornata v3 zugelegt, jetzt habe ich das Problem das zwei Tasten belegt sind “T” und “U” und ich nun was schreiben will die alt Methode mit alt und Zahlenkombination schreiben muss.In World of Warcraft sind die Tasten auch belegt die nun nicht mehr funktionieren.Wie bekomme ich die Belegung dauerhaft gelöscht.

When I connect my Razer Blade 2021 to my charger it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.  I’ve bought a new official Razer charger and the problem still prosiest. I’ve checked the battery as well and it’s not swollen. I’ve also followed this from Razer: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/393 and nothing worked. Any possible solutions?

Hi. I have a razer raiju tournament edition. The controller creates fps drops fron about 130 to 80 fps everything I shoot on cod wz2. I havr installed the razer input driver and updated firmware. Any help would be appreciated 

today when i logged onto my pc something interesting happened one side of my headphones (Right Side) were louder than the outher (Left Side) this huge annoyance has led me looking through support chats and automated assist though windows and nothing seems to work (NOTE: i did try my headphones on a diffrent pc and they worked as expected) PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS im getting really annoyed about it

I currently own the Razer Nari Ultimate and I’ve had issues with them since forever. Just recently the charging port went out and I can no longer charge them. I’m not paying the price of these again just for more issues, so I was wondering what other headphones like these also come with haptic intensity for the bass boost? I want good gaming headphones but I also want them for music use, and I love bass. I don’t mind paying the same price as these as long as they don’t become faulty such as these ones.

Will razer finally make a TKL keyboard with the side macro keys on the left side? Been waiting for years for such a keyboard and only 1 brand so far has one (not of great quality though and only US layout, would like a PT-PT one). Other brands had the full keyboard with macro keys but removed them on the TKL version... My hope is that with the BlackWidow V4 PRO, Razer develops a TKL version keeping the macro keys. Does anyone know if Razer plans to release such a keyboard like the pic below?  

Hii have fashioned a Notepal U3 with 2 x 120mm fans from razer paired to powered Chroma RGB Adressable and a Razer Fan control. The 15’ still screams like a banshee with these active. Can anyone recommend a fan curve profile. I also do have a razer gen 1 laptop stand ( non usb C) but there was no way of hooking up fans to it to keep her cool.  I know this sems extreme, but this might be my last “ gaming laptop” ( 1 AW and 2 blade 15’s) and likley move towards a mini ITX desktop or a corsair one.

I wanted to make a recommendation that I think is very important for the keyboard range with analog switch (like tartarus for example) Would it be possible to add in razer synapse an option to change the depth to detect the release? Like the Wooting HE, it would be great to be able to detect the release of the key more quickly, like the rapid trigger function. Thanks a lot !

 As a long time Razer fan, I am conflicted with their recent announcement of SoftMiner. SoftMiner is obviously mining something for Razer at the expense of your electricity and GPU life, which is what zSilver is paying for.I would rather they go back to the Paid to Play model and refine it to Razer's advantage. The old model only made Razer bleed money. They could have collaborated with game developers by only allowing certain games to earn zSilver and sell advertising space and adaptively adjusting zSilver rates. Collaborate with new games and make gamers download these games and try them for x hours to get zSilver. Collaborate with games for their games to be streamed by gamers in exchange for zSilver, viewers could also get zSilver for viewing these streams.Our passion for gaming - in terms of gameplay hours, stream views, and game advertisement, is what should be capitalized on as we actually enjoy these processes, not at the expense of wearing our GPU out and raking in electricity

I have the Razer Huntsman Mini. Instead of  F+J for the left arrow, I want to change it to Ctrl+J. In Synapse, I recorded the F+J macro. But, in the Key Binds, I can bind Ctrl and J separately. But, I can’t bind Ctrl+J. Please advise what to do. Thanks.  

I made my profile with the DPI and light settings and added to the mouse memory but after turning off the razer synapse returns to the basic settings. I've seen similar topics with this problem but there is no answer anywhere, does anyone know how to do this?
