Hi all,So I got the Razer Blackshark v2 X and so far great headphones! So I tried to upgrade to THX Spatial Audio, the moment I buy it and get the order through, I get a confirmation email saying that my order was cancelled and my money gets refunded. Could someone please help out as I’m stuck here and can’t seem to purchase it at all. Thanks!  

So my Naga Chroma was starting to act funky so I bought a Naga X.  My keyboard is the BlackWidow Ultimate 2017.  In the game I play I had certain commands linked to Alt+Num 1 ( which was the 1 button on my thumb pad).  Everytime I tried to change it on the new synapse it just “dinged” me and wouldn’t change anything. The Razer Synapse on my toolbar (green cloud) is not showing my new mouse, and the new version it had me download is not showing my keyboard.. I’m stuck. for now gonna plug back in my old Naga Chroma and deal with its glitches. Any help would be great..

Hello,I am having issues with my Razer Seiren X constantly cracking and popping as if I’m getting major feedback. My friends say they can’t hear it in discord and when I play back my VODs on twitch, I dont hear it but I can hear it while using the mic through voicemeeter. I tested to see if it was voicemeeter but it doesnt do it with the mic on my razer kraken or my blue snowball mic. It seems to be an issue with my Seiren. My router is on the complete opposite end of the house so I know its not that (like many other forums have suggested).  Any help is appreciated! 

How long is the cable on the DeathAdder V3? That information is not posted anywhere and is vital to me. I recently replaced my DeathAdder 2013 edition with a DeathAdder Essential, and the cable on the new mouse is at least a foot shorter. It does not reach my computer anymore, so I want to find out if the new V3 has a longer cable before buying.

I already know the two first led ( caps lock and num pad)but I don't find any way to turn on the S one (since I don't know what it does)For the M one I think it s the one who active macro.The G one can be turn On but I don't understand what is it doing. If somebody know where I can find an explanation about all that, I would be thanksful

Looking for input from others who have the new V3 basilisk x hyperspeed.Got mine, plugged in the receiver then Synapse did its usual update. Problem is, while the mouse does show in Synapse I can’t access any of the settings tabs (performance, lighting, power, etc). Clicking on them does nothing at all. The mouse works but I cannot make any customizations. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the Deathadder V3 and got the 4000hz dongle not long ago and was wondering if I should be using a higher dpi to utilize the most out of this dongle or if my dpi didn’t have an effect on anything.

Hello, my razer kraken headset that I have had for about 3 years or so suddenly had its left earphone just completely cut out last night. Since then I have researched everything there is to look up on how to fix this and still only one side works. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

My dongle and pod is plugged into the back of PS5 .  The type c Bluetooth connector is plugged into the front of my PS5. Everything sounds great to me.  My PS5 friends say everything is great no echo...My friends that are on PC or Xbox hear an echo of my voice.    How do I eliminate this echo?

So I’ve been looking all over the internet for some help, so last night my mic worked fine, and my pc told me there was a windows 10 update. so decided to go to bed at let my pc update, when I got back on it this morning my mic no longer worked, I’ve tried unplugging it, and put it into another USBI’ve tried removing it from systemman, did not work either, even tried to rollback my pc -  But windows did not allow me to do that xD

Anyone here who has expirience lag while playing  osu with the viper 8khz? I’ve tried updating the mice, updated racer synapse and doing a full reinstall. Osu is not the problem since it’s working with any other mice. Any advice? 

I’ve tried to look everywhere if the Razer Kraken Kitty BT edition is water resistant and if I can wear it in the rain now that the rain season is starting here in Norway until it starts snowing again, but I can’t find any information. Does anyone know?

Before i formatted my laptop, i used to have the THX Spatial Audio working, but now it asks for the activation code, and the THX button does not work for some reason. How do i fix this?

I had a mamba elite prior to this mouse and I always kept it on 1800 DPI, but I got this mouse and when i put it on 1800 dpi it feels insanely fast, I play lots of competitive shooters and deranked twice in the past 2 days, help!

My deathstalker V2 Pro every time i type w it types the previous letters, and I cant type d without FN.

"I don't have the RazerHX Ersatz Xbox Controller, but why does Razer Synapse automatically install the driver every time I install it, and it affects the use of my other controllers? Even after uninstalling it, it automatically installs on startup, and I am unable to delete the driver." how can i fix that???
