Before i go and buy the audio mixer, is there a way to connect any of the seirens to it? i have the seiren X and couldnt figure out if there was or not. TIA

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2020) RZ09-033 that the battery has bloated so badly that the case has warped making it so the laptop won’t close.  It also has caused the trackpad to stop working.  I see that this is a issue that many others have experienced.  Is there anything that can be done to replace the battery?  The machine is unusable at this point.  

When I pay or recharge, I do not receive the security code on my phone, knowing that the number I have is the same. What is the solution? I do not have access to backup codes. Please help protection from protection on

Which are better out of these that im looking at Im looking at getting either the  Razer BlackShark V2  or the kraken x  

I'm interested in purchasing the Blade 16 laptop. My current laptop, which has HDMI 2.0, is limited to 60 FPS when connected to a TV that supports HDMI 2.1 and G-Sync. I understand that this is a common issue with older technology, and that laptops without HDMI 2.1 support can experience a 20% performance drop when connected to an external TV. Additionally, turning off the integrated graphics processor (IGP) is not possible, and the laptop's monitor cannot be disabled. I've heard that newer laptops with Nvidia technology have resolved these issues. I'm curious to know if the Blade 16 has HDMI 2.1, if it can support more than 60 FPS over HDMI, if Full RGB 4K 120hz is achievable over HDMI 2.1, if there is a direct link to the GPU without a loss of performance, and if G-Sync is supported.

Mouse finally died after years of using it (no more lights/only right click working), I have the Razer Trinity and Hex v2 as back up but I don’t like the shape/size/weight of them compared to the Naga Hex v1. Any recommendations closer to Naga Hex v1? Or any store that still selling them (preferably new)? Thank you

Hey everyone,So Razer hasn't been able to help me with this consistent problem I’ve had with this webcam. My webcam glitches/flickers in and out sometimes more than other times. I have looked up every possible fix online from watching videos to removing it off my USB Hub to buying a new USB 3.0 cord as it was recommended by Razer to stop the glitching. This problem has been persistent for about a year now. I love the way the video looks when its not glitching but its frustrating when streaming or recording and this glitching constantly happens to the point it gets really distracting and forces me to remove my webcam from the video/stream. Any help is more than appreciated.Thanks,-Bryan

Hey,The display on my Razer Book 13 has recently stopped Working, it had a loose contact between the display and the rest of the Laptop and thus would only work at certain angles. That worked for about 2 days, then It stopped working all together. Everything else works perfectly, i can plug it into another display with an HDMI cable and everything’s there.I have a general laptop repair station near me, but they were hesitant to take the laptop apart without a service manual, so I came here asking if anyone can give it to me, or knows what type of connection there is between the display and motherboard.Thanks in advance!

So I bought a blackshark v2x without the USB. I used it for a while, added it to my razer id and used the code to activate 7.1 (it came to my email). But as it turned out, I have problems with the mini-jacks on the motherboard and needed the USB version. I went to the store to return them. While the salesman checked the package, he asked about QR and 7.1, and I told him the truth. He ended up sending me home. What to do? ) Can I go to another distributor store and lie that I didn't do anything, or can the raiser cancel the activation and remove them from my id?

hi guys,I have the Razer Blade ‘Advanced’ mid 2019 with 4K OLED and RTX 2080 max q / 9750 Coffee Lake model:  RZ09-03018E52.After a Windows update, the sound stopped working (device manager showed the soundcard as not being present or connected).  I tried several things including rolling back the update, but Windows 11 told me I couldn't roll it back (don't know why exactly).  I tried finding the right driver, but nothing helped.  Finally, I was lucky to have a Restore Point and set it back.  The sound was working again.But after a week or two, again same problem, no sound. I thought 'this time, I'll keep searching to find the correct driver and/or install and config procedure’,  because I can't keep restoring to that same Restore Point forever.  But I couldn’t find it.  I then tried AVG Driver Updater which -before it installed drivers- always created a Restore Point.  Finally, I decided to give up and restore my Restore Point-with-working-sound again, but... my Restore Point was gone

Regarding death stalker v2 pro, the wired mode (off mode) is no longer turned on, does not light up, and is no longer recognized by windows 11 PC.In addition, BT mode and 2.4 GHz mode are powered on properly and shine.

Purchased this laptop back in 2018. I understand this model has heat circulation issues so I purchased and used external cooling system all the time. Did not use that much as I also have a desktop, and it’s been okay for these years. It’s not until my recent use, I saw smoke coming out from my key board and I seriously panicked. Quickly turned off the power and I opened the back cover. The Bloated battery. I use all kinds of Razer products for my gaming experience, from mouse, to matt, to keyboard, to headset etc. This is my first time feeling so upset… Just Imaging this thing blow up. Obviously this is a legacy model and it’s out of warranty, but given the actual time that I spent on this laptop and, I have to say it’s Huge disappointment.

My HTML, CSS, and JS website works perfectly on my computer, but when I try to access it on my Razer Phone with Chrome, I'm unable to scroll vertically. Although the website is in German, the text is irrelevant to the issue. If I zoom in, it scrolls until the next navigator and then stops. However, when I switch to the desktop site on mobile Chrome, it scrolls perfectly fine.
