I just downloaded the Razer Audio app, only to find out that I can’t connect my headset. Is this a problem or a feature?

For the mouse Razer Naga X (or other similar mice): Can you only assign macros to the side buttons or can as well work as independent buttons from keyboard? This is, can I assign a button for example in a game without having a macro or binding with existent keyboard keys? Hope I explained well my question. Sorry for my english and thanks in advance.

I’m wondering if the number requirements for the Seasons could be lowered, it’s a bit disappointing to see us being unable to reach max season after season. Something that reflects reality a bit more. Thank you

Hello guys, what does it mean if the model number written on the back of the laptop doesnt match with the actual inbuilt keyboard.My razer blade 15 base 2021 N;RZ09-0369 but my inbuilt keyboard is without rectangular key ENTER, its like backward L ENTER i believe its called ISO layout

Hello there! I bought a Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed today, everything is great i love it, but one small thing is there i’m thinking about it a lot, I bought 2 recharge able Ni-Mh batteries for this mouse and works great with it, the battery in the box is 1.5v AA battery and mine Ni-Mh Orion batteries are 1.2v, is there any problem? does this effects performance and latency or not?

The right earbud is not working at all. This morning it was working perfectly fine and all of the sudden, it stoped working. I tried reseting them to factory and lettinig them charge. What should I do?

Razor Naga X Scrolls up occasionally while I am scrolling down.It makes the mouse extremely difficult to use. There is no known damage and nothing happened to cause the issue that I know of. It just started happening a few days ago with no change to the mouse settings. I looked and cant find a new firmware for the Naga X either.

When I plug things like external monitors, keyboards, mice, hubs, etc into the USB-C port directly on the Edge, everything works wonderfully. When I dock the edge into the controller, and try to attach the same peripherials into the USB-C on the bottom of the controller, none of them work. Does the Controller not pass USB-C to the tablet?  Or is there a config or something I need to enable?

So awhile ago I was messing around with my settings on my Xbox and my PC and while having OBS running I pulled the HDMI out of the capture card, while it was still streaming video, freezing the screen in OBS. And now anytime I try to add the capture device to streamlabs or OBS studio it's just a black screen. The audio still goes through and the video still shows up on my console monitor but it won't show in OBS. Is there anyway to fix this or did I just break my Ripsaw

Hi All, has anyone found a fix to the studdering audio while using the razor ripsaw within OBS? I want to switch to a white Razer setup, but all the keyboards they offer in white doesn't have a NO layout. I don't even have the option of buying Razer keycaps, since they aren't made with an NO layout either.As it is right now, I'd end up having to buy white SteelSeries keycaps, but one of their keys has a SteelSeries logo on it, which I'm not a fan of when I'm using Razer, or I completely switch away from Razer because they only cater to their US users.So how can I give this feedback/request directly to Razer, so it won't just disappear in this forum?
