My viper v2 pro dongle just completely died and there doesn't seem to be any replacements available for it. Has anyone else encountered it and what did you do for it?

I got the razer huntsman tournament edition, and I was wondering is there any upgradability to it. Like lubing, or custom keycaps, and braided coil wire. Maybe even things like foam or any other upgrades..

Hello,So I've been having this recurring issue with my Razer Seiren V2 Pro. When I'm using the Microphone in OBS while livestreaming, it suddenly stops being detected by OBS. The only fix I've found is to unplug the mic and plug it back. The issue happens randomly, so I can have a whole day without the issue, and a whole day with the issue happening every 10minutes or so. Please help.

For the past couple of months, my headset has been working perfectly fine by directly plugging it into the controller. However, recently it has stopped working, or at least partially. I can hear my own voice through mic monitoring, but I am unable to hear any music or other sounds. The audio settings only show options for Headset Mic on/off, Headset Volume, and Mic Monitoring, which is not the usual set of options. It's clear that the headset is not completely broken. Unfortunately, Razer has not been able to provide me with any assistance. Can you please help me with this issue?

Hello, I bought a headset (nari Ultimate Edition) from your dealer in June, and I sent it for repair last month because of a problem with the headset, and it is still under warranty, but I was told that this headset has been discontinued , and provide two earphones for me to choose, but these two earphones are different from my original earphones in terms of price and function. I am experiencing a strange problem where my CPU throttles to 389 MHz whenever I connect any type of USB-c device to my computer. Restarting the system resolves the issue, but only if I remove the USB-c device. I am looking for any suggestions on workarounds or potential causes for this problem. I have already submitted a support ticket to Razer, but I need to find a solution sooner rather than later as I need to continue working.

when i’m playing sound through the thx spatial, the windows volume slider has no effect on volume, or muting playback.

So I just bought a Kaira headset and love the feel. The issue is there is a huge connection issue and it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.
