Recently, I discovered the Razer Turret Living Room Gaming Mouse & Lapboard, and found one available for purchase.Can you advise if this keyboard and mouse are high-quality and if there are any issues with it? While I know the new Turret is superior, it appears to be too large for my needs.

Despite watching many YouTube videos, my laptop cannot detect my headset at all. The 7.1 surround sound and audio output function properly, but the microphone that is always active is the laptop's built-in microphone, rather than the headset's. The headset does not appear in my laptop's image or Razer Synapse 3. Can anyone assist me?

Hi, I wonder what the purpose is of the “on-device profiles”. My expectation is that I’m able to store the configuration (key mappings / lighting configuration) on my keyboard so that I can plugin my keyboard in another computer and be able to use and make changes to these stored profiles.Instead what happens is that I only see the labels of the profiles on another computer but all configuration (in Synapse) is gone. When I connect my keyboard to the previous computer the configuration is back.Does this possibly only work with Cloud Storage? Are the “on-device profiles” only a fancy label?Or am I doing something wrong?

Hello,I am still using a razer blackwidow stealth from 2013 and in the market for a new keyboard.A thing I had no idea existed was the existence of clicky/tactile/linear keys.I am trying to figure out what the key type is for my keyboard as I would like to retain the same feel when I buy a new one.The manual for the blackwidow states “A full mechanical key infrastructure delivers distinctive tactile feedback” but I’m not sure if it’s just wording or is the keyboard actually tactile

So I just got my hands in a Mouse Dock Pro for my basilisk V3, and I'm curious about a couple things I didn't know before buying it. Hoping others can confirm. When the mouse is charging, The mouse and dock pulsate with a color that is different from what I have set in Synapse. I don't seem to be able to turn this off or change this setting. Is this true? The dock works as a 4k polling transceiver, but it only seems to connect to my mouse. It doesn't seem that it can work as a hub for all my wireless devices. If I have a keyboard or other 2.5Ghz device, they need their own, separate dongle, right? Thanks.

I used my 7.1 surround sound activation code when I first bought my headset, literally 3 weeks ago. Today I had to reinstall windows and now I have to reactivate the software but it won’t let me use my activation code. Is there any way I can ask for a new code due to the circumstances or is my only option to pay for it?Edit: Turns out I’m an idiot and downloaded thx spatial audio instead of 7.1 surround sound, learn from my mistakes I guess.

Hi everyone, I just bought my first razer blade 16, and I got some questions about this laptop…….I have been using this laptop for like 3 days, here are some issues I met so farIssue 1:Is that normal that I can hear a sound like a engine is starting when fan speed changes? I am so irritated at the barracuda x headset. The mic pics up the sound from the headset. No matter how much I move the mic or mess around with my audio settings (mic sensitivity, volume etc…) my friends say that the echo is terrible. I spent $100 on a product that I really wanted but in the end I was very disappointed and stuck with. I thought that a gaming products company would be the best for gaming equipment but it looks like I gotta buy something else. Anyone else have this problem? 

My audio went off ( I can’t hear the other side, but they can hear me ) when microphone is enabled during Discord call, however if I switch microphone to another device, Barracuda’s audio will be normal again. This only happened when Barracuda’s mic and audio are turned on at the same time.Anyone knows the solution? Thanks! 

I was wondering if I can use the Razer synapse software to configure a button on my keyboards, where if I press and hold this button, a keyboard profile is activated until I release that button, and I can configure this "secondary" profile.The reason I am looking into this is that I am looking for a 60% keyboard and I was to bring all the buttons closer to my hand, so I will probably need a secondary profile near my hand. I couldn't find anything online other than simple hey rebinds.

Hey, I'm looking to ditch my big PC set up and downscale to running from just my laptop with an egpu. My laptop only has one thunderbolt port, so I was wondering if connecting my laptop to the dock, which is connected to the egpu (as well as all my peripherals), will have the results I'm looking for? I'm not super savvy with this stuff so just wanted to confirm before I spent the money. Thanks.

By default, it is of course impossible, but if I were to use an usb converter, which converts "normal" usb to the one my phone can use (usb c), could I use this headset on my phone?

Just bought the new blackwidow v4 pro but the cable is not long enough to reach my pc.  So I use a USB extension cable.  The keyboard is not recognized in razer synapse with the usb extension.  Is there a longer cable razer sells or a specific brand I can get that will work?   Dont really want to find a new spot for the pc and this worked fine with my older razer keyboard.
