Hello everyone, I just want to thank the manufacturer for the quality of the products. I bought a computer mouse back in 2013. Model: Razer Deathadder 3500 dpi Lazer BlackEdition. The mouse has served for 9 years and is still working, only the shaft of the mouse wheel has broken. And I want to say thank you for the quality of trouble-free operation of your products! 10/10. Now I'm using an updated version of this mouse because the mouse wheel is apparently nowhere to get it separately. 

In the ‘old’ razer insider, there was a reward system for razer silver, much like a video game. however, in this new insider, I can’t find it. can someone plz point me in the right direction?

As the title asks, what keys are actually analog? I am one of “those” people who use the keyboard in their right hand and I tend to favour the arrows+numpad options. I am interested in the analog features and recently purchased a SteelSeries Apex with a similar feature only to discover the keys I use are not supported by actuation and now I am interested in the Huntsman V2 but before i buy I would love to know what keys are using the Analog Switches?  Just QWERTY (standard keys) or the full board including arrows and numpad?

What are some important features and considerations to keep in mind when choosing a wireless gaming mouse, specifically the Razer Viper V2 Pro? How does the Viper V2 Pro compare to other wireless gaming mice on the market in terms of performance, battery life, and overall value? Additionally, what are some common concerns and drawbacks associated with wireless mice, and how can these be mitigated?

I have been using Windows 10 on my device for some time now and it runs smoothly, except for two issues. Firstly, the volume rocker does not respond when pressed up or down. Secondly, the Windows button does not work. Does anyone have the appropriate drivers for Windows 10 to recognize these two buttons? They worked correctly in Windows 8 and 8.1, but stopped working after upgrading to Windows 10. Thank you in advance.

As of right now, I’d ordered the Viper V2 Pro 2 days ago (28. February). It arrived today and as far as it seems is that the mouse is working well with the cable.The problem I’m facing is when trying to connect it wirelessly, my PC just doesn’t want to detect the dongle. I’ve also tried it on my NoteBook to make sure it wasn’t the port of my PC causing any issue, though that failed as well.It’s not possible for me to update the firmware or use the dongle utillity software seen as they both require you to insert the dongle, which mine obviously doesn’t get detected. 

My Basilisk X Hyperspeed stopped working randomly.  I’ve tried just about everything I could think of, and found online.updated firmware swapped out batteries attempted to use it on another computer (via bluetooth) connected usb dongle to different ports attempted the pairing utility updated windows restarted multiple timesThere are no other devices emitting a wireless signal around my computer, nor have I made any changes to my network. 

What is the nature of the update that has been recently applied to the mobile Razer Audio app, and more specifically, what new functionality has been incorporated to provide support for the Hammerhead Hyperspeed Xbox edition?

My headset is no longer being recognized in Synapse 3. I’ve tried updates/reinstallations to drivers, software, OS as well as closing all tasks and various other possible fixes. After directly downloading the latest firmware for the headset and installing it manually, Synapse still can’t recognize the headset which means my mic is stuck on default settings with no sidetone (very annoying). I’ve seen other posts on here saying that there’s been issues with Synapse since the latest update, but I didn’t see any that listed this specific issue. It’s possible this started with the recent update as I just installed it today, but I hadn’t tried to access the headset in Synapse for quite some time before that, so I cannot confirm the change is recent.

I am dying to buy one, I’d pay double what it’s worth, my whole setup is white and i’m sure there are other girls (or guys!) out there that would love a white version to match their setup like me! thanks in advance!

How can i activate my surround 7.1 ?

So I have the Govee rbgic gaming lights and can’t get them to sync through synapse so wanted to see if anyone had insight.  Setup is Xbox x with steelseries wireless gac headset running synapse off windows ten laptop.  I can get the lights to pair with the synapse app so it’s not a connectivity issue.  I have the govee controller plugged in to the gac by 3.5mm in the line out.  Line out on gac is set to speakers although doesn’t make a difference if I switch it to streaming sound.  I’ve even tried the line in.  Only other thing I can think of trying is optical sound off tv but I don’t even know if they make an adapter to convert that to 3.5mm.  Pretty much have wasted a bunch of time trying to get it to work and sound is not my forte at all 

Hello, a while ago I took a Razer Atheros mouse that works on Bluetooth, but after a while it became unpaired with the computer, what is the reason, knowing that it was paired

I was just wondering if there were any updates relating to synapse 3 support for macs? 

So I received a Viper V2 Pro as a gift and for some reason my dongle was dead on arrival. I have tried multiple computers and multiple ports but just seems to not work. I ruled out the mouse being that when wired, everything works fine. Is it possible to use another Razer dongle for another mouse or will I have to buy a brand new dongle specific to the Viper V2 Pro?

I have used my Razer Viper 8KHz mouse on multiple PCs with varying motherboards and chipsets, and checked USB root hub power saving settings, but the issue I am about to describe persists regardless of the environment. It appears to be a product/platform issue with this model of mouse. The problem is that I need to unplug and replug the USB cable every time I "cold" start my computer in order to use the mouse. This can be impractical or impossible for others, as the rear USB ports may be inaccessible. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I did not encounter this problem with my previous SteelSeries Rival 3 mouse and suspect it may be specific to the Razer Viper 8KHz.

I am trying to use this keyboard at work which doesn’t allow any outside software to be installed on my desktop. The function keys available on the mini aren’t compatible with the Cyntos Chroma. Does anyone know if there are function keys available for the keyboard or a workaround to change the lighting without synapse software downloaded?

Is it possible to use the internal components of a Razer DeathAdder Chroma mouse in a Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse? Specifically, can the internal workings of the Chroma mouse be transferred to the Essential mouse, and will they function properly once installed?

FPS Keyboard alternative2 years ago I injured my hand playing on an analog controller. Excessive, repetitive pressure resulted in trigger-finger. No jokes. I ended up building this but need the minds and skills of experts to get it working properly. I know it has potential for a lot of gamers. Check it out! With this and a decent Razer mouse you’d be killing it!

Was just playing a game and got into a boss battle, controller started disconnecting because of the vibration. Tried it on another Steam game, works up until there is vibration then its disconnects then reconnects but with more vibration its gone again. Turning off vibration obviously is a work around but I would prefer if there was another fix. Thanks.

I don’t really need it for gaming like I said, not sure if it makes much of a difference. I am a broke @$$ student so price factor is relevant, but I prefer quality over cheap pricing, I want the best I can get to maximize the length of time my blade will remain effective for my schooling and work. I am just looking to put in another 16g or even better two new 16gs if they’re better than the stock one, or even better than that a new 32 or 2x32s if the price isn’t so bad.I would really appreciate the advice/help on what my options are, yo

Will Viper 8khz get a white version?

I have a RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE. My mouse scroller doesn't seem to be fine.Problem I am facing is when I scroll up or down it scrolls in opposite direction in-between while scrolling.I cleaned the dust with thin line brush so it fixed a little bit but how can I completely fix the problem as the mouse doesn't seem to open fully nor do I have the knowledge to do so and nor do I want to break any inner part.Can I clean the dirt with a small air blower or how can I just fix the scrolling thing as I don't want to purchase a new product.
