Good day , I just want to inform that I have already used the DeathAdder2013 mouse for 10 years straight , if you have the info from my account you can analayze it carefully , DeathAdder2013 is the best mice I have ever gotten - it really made its mark on its duty , I am a pro player from the past , at least 5000+ hours of play and other works I have done with it , bring it's remarkable pattern back if it haven't lasted for after 10 years , it is an amazing mice .The thing that ruined it was the button broke from the inside because the plastic was too loose to be seem .. Thank you for your amazing mise !!!Keep it up Razer Corp. Hi, so i am very new to using razer equipment and recently bought a head set and noticed i have been given a code for the surround sound program so i decided that it would be a good idea to check out the program. Upon using the installer however i have found that i keep getting the same issue of server access unavailable, after hours of searching around i am yet to find a solution. I have tried allowing it through my firewall and restarting my pc to no avail, i then decided to check if it was just this program but i also found that the synaps program also doesn't want to download and comes back with the same message. Is there something i am missing? any advice is appreciated 

Sometimes the touchpad stops scrolling smoothly, and I have to disable and enable the driver to temporarily fix it. Despite reinstalling Windows 11 and trying two different touchpad drivers, the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their touchpad? By not scrolling smoothly, I mean that it stops abruptly instead of continuing for a few more scrolls.

This is my first new hard disk drive (HDD) in the past 10 years. I have been using a Western Digital 1TB for nearly a decade. After installing this new 10TB HDD, I noticed a clicking sound, especially when running SeaTools.exe. When I shut down the PC, I can hear a slight grinding noise from the HDD immediately after the PC powers off.

Basically when I press the mouse button 5 it works fine, and when I press mouse button 4 it works fine too, however when I hold shift on my keyboard (huntsman elite if it matters) the mouse button 4 acts as mouse button 5, with mouse 5 being unchanged when holding shift. Sorry for odd explanation but the mouse is also quite old so it might just be time to retire it. Thanks. also this is somehow tagged with basilisk ultimate, i just have the basilisk

Currently, I'm attempting to configure my Razer keyboard on my MacBook. Thus far, everything appears to be functioning well, except I desire to remap the "Menu" Windows key to the "Command" key on my Mac. Could someone assist me with this?I've downloaded Karabiner-Elements, but thus far, I haven't discovered a viable key combination.

Everytime I plug my Huntsman Mini into my computer it goes to “HID” and not Keyboards, not allowing me to type or do anything. Any fixes? (Currently using a second keyboard to type)

It turned off with ared lights so I thought it was a battery problem, SoIwent to the mart to buy batteries and tried again.Even if I connect it via Bluetooth and connect it to aUSB reader. Is it possible to pair multiple mice to the same usb hyperspeed dongle?I want to pair 2 mice (deathadder v3 pro & viper v2 pro) to one of the included hyperspeed usb dongle, so it connects to whatever mouse is turned on at the time. is this possible, and if not, would the 4k hyperpolling dongle allow this?the description for multi device hyperspeed dongle says it only supports 1 mouse and 1 keyboard, so im guessing the multi device dongle is not suitable for this purpose.
