s it worth it? I have found a refurbished one on Razers website that comes with a one year warranty. I just want to know if it is worth it. I'll be using it for basic games like Minecraft, phas, rocket league and maybe I'll try Genshin. I also do art in my free time and would like to put the tablet I got to use. TYIA

Hi. I am considering buying a chair from the Iskur XL series. Unfortunately, I can't find a shop anywhere where I could watch it "live" and sit down (and since I'm a big man - I'm a bit afraid of blind buying)... However, I have no choice but to order online... but I can't decide whether to choose a fabric or a leather version. Which do you think is better? Which one is more comfortable to sit on? The leather version is probably more convenient to clean? If you have any opinions - I will be grateful for any entries.

I'm looking into purchasing a new laptop for heavy processing work but before I do that, I would definitely like to hear some advice from previous blade owners. I work in VFX where I do quite heavy simulations on local machine with batch rendering on cloud farms. I also do editing and color grading on the side as well. I do have a beefy desktop back in my country but with me moving from country to country per year, it's not that cheap to ship my desktop with me. Currently I'm thinking of this: configuration: Intel i9-12900H QHD 240Hz OLED GeForce RTX™ 3070 Ti I know the 16gb is slotted but would be best if I can upgrade it to 64gb. I know the previous older gens you can upgrade it to 64gb, not sure if the current gens are limited to 32gb? I'm not a heavy gamer, occasionally overwatch or some light gaming. I just bought a razer raptor monitor model RZ39-0350 but the lighting doesn't connect to the apps, even though this app recognizes the screen working on the app Is there any way to fix it because this monitor can't connect to the studio, it's really a waste of money to buy :frown_:

My keyboard (<6 months old) had issues within 1 month where I pressed “4” and 3 “4”s show up. I’m not having an issue with the “v” key where the same thing is happening and I see it occasionally with “g”. The app rarely automatically opens and even still when it does open its often times very slow. I’ve heard mixed 10.0.0.0.1 reviews about Razer support so I’m delaying reaching out to them until my keyboard issues become unbearable (I have an extra $10 keyboard that works fine). Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi there, i've had my huntsman elite a couple of years now and my number 6 key on top row has failed router login. Has anyone had this issue before? Tried replugging multiple times, checking the keycaps etc and nothing seems to work.

I recently got the Barracuda X (2021) for Christmas and had the problem connecting the headset to my mobile device (S20 Ultra 5G). The processes I perform are: Turn on bluetooth > insert dongle > turn on headset. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a technical issue or a problem with the way I connect it as I haven't found any information about it anywhere else. And I have another question, I used the headphones with a 3.5mm connection on the Pc and dongle connected to the Ps5 and tried to switch between dongle and 3.5mm didn't work, then wanted to try again with Bluetooth didn't work either.

I won Deathadder v3 Pro from ESGS 2022 and after 1 month i hear a small rattle inside the mouse I never drop or slam and i would like to take a warranty from it.

This may sound like a simple question but I just had to ask. A few months ago, I bought some Tecware keycaps and most of the keys fit except the space bar and some of the keys on the bottom row. Keep in mind that my keyboard is the Razer Huntsman Elite which has a standard layout and a standard bottom row. Ever since then, I've been paranoid to buy any set of keycaps since I don't know if they will actually fit or not. So I need to ask, what brands of keycaps work well with Razer keyboards? (aside from the keycaps that Razer makes themselves) For example, do HyperX, GMMK, Akko, etc Mobdro. work? What specific profile should I be looking out for? I'm just super paranoid since the Tecware ones were standard US English just like my board but just a few of the keys didn't fit. I'd especially like to know from those who actually use third-party keycap sets on their Razer keyboards too. What do you use? All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think this is something that every Deathadder V2 Pro owner can agree on, you plug your mouse in to charge on the cable and think to yourself: "Is it charged yet?". To find the answer to that question, you're forced to boot up your pc and plug your mouse into that just to see the percentage on Synapse. This shouldn't be a thing that needs to be requested, especially for the price we pay for these mice. I get some people will have bought a charging dock seperately but even then it needs to be connected to Razer Synapse 3 to display the lighting status. I only have a Deathadder V2 Pro and not the charging dock so charging this mouse is a pain, it would be much easier if the Razer logo lit up with a colour depending on its battery status, without the mouse being connected to a computer.

Hello everyone, I have the first version of the corded Viper (RZ01-0255) and the scroll, both up and down is bad, and I mean VERY bad. No I do not have Synapse installed, reason is on this post... /just-a-synapse-3-experience-and-end-result.87975/#post-819341 I was wondering, is there a way to update a driver or anything to help this issue. When I scroll down, it scrolls up 2-3 times, scroll up, same thing. All this skipping around is getting to the point of me throwing away the mouse itself. Anyways, any help would be appreciated. (side note-unfortunately no I will not reinstall Synapse)

A few days ago my laptop has been stuck at the lowest brightness after I turned it on. I tried updating, uninstalling drivers, resetting pc to factory default. Nothing worked for me. I assumed it may have to do with connecting to an external monitor. Since then my brightness has been stuck at the lowest and I can barely see anything on the screen. Also tried shaking the screen rapidly to see if it was a hardware issue, but it seems it isn't. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi all, I'm relatively new and I'm trying to collect some Razer Silver by playing the games in the campaign. There is Raid: Shadow Legends and Infinity Kingdom. I've made accounts in both those, downloaded and played a good bit of both. However, I don't see any silver coins added up in the account which is a bit odd. Is there something extra to be done for those to show up?

I'm planning to buy this mouse, because my previous mouse couldn't store some macros on the onboard memory. So, can this mouse save macros on the onboard memory? and can the saved macro be used on a different computer (those without Synapse)?

I couldnt upload an image since it was too large apparently but there are black bars on the screen and like a white circle. There are multiple of them they are very visible. I tried going to an official razer store in london and said they dont do services so i have a question i searched up razer service centers and i saw a office in many different locations would they do repairs?

Hello! My girlfriend bought me these lovely earbuds to game on my pc, since im kinda sick of big headsets, but I cant make the mic work. Also razer synapse doesnt recognise it even tho the audio is working and fully connected https://vlc.onl. Im forced to have the old headset connected to use the mic.. Any solution to this? Thanks!

I'm just curious as to whether Razer has a spare parts department, or at least some kind of way to get the part numbers so that I can order parts externally if required. What I'm really after is the part number or a source, for the thumb button mechanical switches on the original Razer Naga Hex.
