Q1: How often does the Razer Wolverine V2 - Black - US restock in Razer Online Store? Q2. Am I choosing the right region during the Razer Silver redemption process & purchase process (via Razer online store)? Q3. Hi. Recently, I wrote about my bad experiences with the Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. It is a pity that it happened because I find them very comfortable and with not the worst sound quality (for games, music is a different story) but I'm afraid that if the complaint is accepted - I will be refunded and I will have to look for a new pair. Can you recommend something good apart from Kraken? I want them to be large (I am a great man and I have ears like Dumbo's elephant) and comfortable (sitting for many hours in front of the computer). I will be grateful for your help.

2nd pair now, 1st returned. Sound like I am moving away and closer to the mic always. On discord sounds like I am muffled. To semi resolve have to change setting to have more mic pickup, but then keyboard, breathing, next room talking comes through the mic. Is it faulty or someone give me advice. Audio is great, but honestly contemplating buying a Seiren and ditching the mic, which is dumb.

I had used the Razer Wolverine V2 so much, I do love it. But just like in the title, the color on the buttons are fading due to my oily hands. And I do frequently wash my hands. So, if Razer designers and engineers sees this post. Please just do what Xbox did with the buttons on their controllers. It helps a lot.

I currently use the Razer Viper Ultimate when gaming on my PC. I also have a 2019 Macbook Pro that I play games on and would like to use my same mouse, however, whenever I connect the mouse via dongle adapter (USB-C to USB) it does not have the same responsiveness that I get when using it on my PC. Is there a way I can enhance the connectivity to my Mac so the mouse feels the same on both platforms?

Purchased a small Razer Gold digital gift card through Amazon. It was sent within 5 minutes but my friend could nit activate the card. Does anyone know how I can help my friend get this card activated? Does it need a PIN? Can anyone help with a tutorial on how these digital cards work?

Every time I run GTAV for PC the game lags every 3 to 5 seconds. here's an example of what I mean: [not my video] If I disable the default sound device (razer kraken v3 x) than the game goes back to normal. If I enable it back then the lag comes back. Hi , I wish to get the viper v2 pro but im not sure if its compatible. Has someone tried it on the ps5 please?

I was really looking forward to this, and to test it out. I am afraid it was a major let down: It uses HRTF to down mix the 5.1 / 7,1 audio from games / or any audio source, Thus emulated surround sound, which is what I thought. HRTF is very good, I use HeSuVi, which has umpteen different HRTF pre-sets to choose from. and it is very good. 10.0.0.0.1 But I just tested this THX Spatial audio from razer: Its a stand alone app, runs out side of Synapse (major Let down) The demo with in the app, to test the surround sound, after adjusting it, doesn't seem to work. As it goes round your head, the positioning of sound in the headset does not relate at all.. Very poor, compared to HeSuVi, Dolby Atmos App, and DTX Sound Unbound, or even windows spatial audio. There seems to be no positioning at all.. And the demo THX film on the last page, its a mess, nothing sounds where it should be. But i watch the same vid, using HeSuVi, then it is correct... My thx spatial feature has stopped working, why? Why am I being asked to purchase a feature that came with my headset and has already been registered. If I don't log in or even if I do log in it is saying I don't have this and not activating or turning on, when pressing the thx button on the USB DAC. The Razer program has been completely uninstalled then reinstalled, the PC has been rebooted. Nothing helps, my windows is currently update and my other normal headset works with no issues. I have a question, will the controller withstand the EKWB D5 Kinetic connection?

I've had this machine for over 2 years, always been good to me never any issues. Lately after a massive windows update https://vlc.onl it started having horrible fan noise. Its always been loud but now it straight up shakes my desk a bit and sounds like it's running on diesel, anyone know of such an issue?

razer recently released a new product, the audio mixer. i was very excited because i’ve been thinking of getting a goxlr, and as a razer fan, i would love to buy a razer goxlr. however, the audio mixer was a little underwhelming, and i think it could be improved in many ways. in terms of software, i really do think synapse should be less buggy according to others’ experiences, but personally i haven’t had much issues. however, i think the software has a lot of potential. the voice changer most notably router login, it only gives you a few options,basically low pitch and high pitch. i think that if adding a full on voice customizer is too much, having note diverse voice effects could make it more appealing. examples are the goxlr effects, hard-tune, megaphone, schatt’s funny mic, etc. to my knowledge most of these should be possible by changing just software, so i don’t see why it can’t be done. this would make it more likely for me to get the razer, instead of shamefully using the goxl

So When I hop into valorant i have a profile preset that changes my polling rate from 1000hz to 4000hz, but the problem is that recently 10.0.0.0.1 I noticed that changing to 4000hz it lowers my sens even though i have the same dpi and same sens in game. Everything is the same except the polling rate and it somehow gets slower. whenever i change it back to 2000hz or 1000hz the sens feels normal.

Hello! Soon is the arrival for my HyperPolling Wireless Dongle for my Razer Viper V2 Pro. Now I‘m questioning myself which USB Port might be the best for plugging it in and if I should plug it in directly or with Cable? Currently I got the standard 2.4GHz Dongle directly in the USB Port of my Mainboard which is associated for Keyboard and Mouse. But I‘m wondering if it would be better to plug it into one of the USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10GBits) USB Ports or at least into a USB 3.2 Gen 1 or USB 2.0. Any suggestions which Port I should use and if I have to connect the Dongle with the USB A to C Cable?

I tried all recommendations on your site but apparently it didnt work, the black screen is still there but the keyboard and all other functions are still intact. At first it was just flickering until there was only black screen. I tried plugging it on an external monitor and it works just fine but the black screen from my laptop is still there. I tried repairing it and the technician said there is something wrong on the motherboard. Apparently a "chip set" is damaged or something. Why is razer so expensive yet so easy to break. Now i cant use my laptop for work. It sucks. I want a refund for a very expensive yet UNRELIABLE device. :(

my fans are on full when my systems is not running? I've turned off Synapse and I have the fan settings at Auto, but I've tried manually reducing them to the lowest setting as well. What can I do to address this?

What's the point of earning Razer Silver if you can't even use it in the games you play in PH region (i.e. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang)? Other regions enjoys this Perk with their Razer Silver but poor PH region, Razer doesn't care for their customers here. This is one of the reasons why I don't use Razer Gold anymore since there are better providers out there with bigger discounts. I don't see myself using Razer Gold & Silver again until this issue is fixed.

I feel like you guys should make someting like steel series sonar because some people cant afford headsets for good audio especially because of inflation so i think u guys should make something like steelseries sonar . Or instead of making a completely different app just revamp the thx spital audio app. Also add an option to record applications at decent performance

I got a razer viper ultimate from my friend but he lost the usb reciever and the razer hyperseed usb dongle isn't available in my country. Can I use any other usb reciever or does it have to be razers?

Hi Razer, FanBoy here, I miss only a tiny feature from synapse. When I press my hypershift button, I would love to have an alternative color scheme on the keyboard, so only the keys I have some special function would light up :) Just like it works with FN. Pretty please? Follow owners - please upvote so we can get some attention from the devs :)

Hey guys, So I got the OG Seiren X recently, and I was surprised as is doesn't show up in Razer Synapse 3. Is there anything I could do about it?
