Hi. I have a Razer BlackShark V2 X and when I try to register it, it says the device is already registered! I found a few older links that are supposed to get me to a page to request a new Activation Code but all of them keep getting me back to pages where I’m forced to go through the registration process again, just to get told that it’s already activated, or tell me to contact support regarding Surround Sound, but then I can’t even make a support ticket. This has been a really tiresome loop with no result!

So I was going through the razer software today and I found a feature on my razer huntsman tournament edition called “snap tap” and when I went into some games to try it it didnt work, any fixes?

I have the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro and like some others the Xbox app is forcing us to update the firmware on a PC, it won’t let us into the app. I finally found a way to force through it.When the box pops up saying Exit. Press Option + A face button to change your controller profile. This will let you manage the app under the message.Press Y, then navigate to firmware update. This will let you update the firmware. It just worked for me.

would be very helpfull if the sentitivity clutch was added to the macro inputs.I’m playing a lots of fps games and I would like to do the following : when ‘hold breath’ in ADS also apply ‘sensitivity cluch’. which is basically ‘sensitibity cluch + a button’.I believe that it should be quite a common request and not too hard to add to synapse as all the ingredients are already in.Well, thans for your attention (and the eventual synapse update ?) cheers

The Razor Huntsman mini still works in demo mode but is unresponsive outside of it. I do not currently have a backup keyboard. I can’t access my computer because of this, tried looking it up but only found how to get out of demo and not how to make it responsive.

I’m honestly at the end of my patience with Razer products.This is the second Razer Kiyo I’ve purchased, and once again, in less than a year of very light use (about twice a week for meetings (1hours meeting long)), it has completely failed and in the middle of a very important meeting with customers!The camera suddenly started making short-circuit noises and then stopped working. This exact same issue happened with my first Kiyo.To be clear: the camera has been installed in one position since day one. I’ve done proper cable management, avoided any stress on the wires, and treated it carefully. Anyone using the Kishi V3 Pro with a phone case on? The manual in the box says that no rubber cushions are required for devices with a case. And as expected none of the ones included fit when I have my case on. But I don't really trust it. There is A LOT of vertical wiggle on the left side. That can't be good for the USB C on the right side. And on the right side, the phone is entirely suspended by the USB C port. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm also thinking of taking the rubber cushions and grinding them down on my belt sander so that I can support my phone while it's in the case.

Here are two products I'm pondering.Asus Zephyrus g14: 5070ti, 64ram, 1tb ssd, around 2000 dollars.Razer blade 16: 5070ti, 32ram, 1tb ssd. around 2350 dollars.I have a secondary monitor, and I usually use it in one place, but I take it with me at least twice a week. I love working out so much that I actually don't care about the weight.What I'm focused on is to see what devices can last longer from a long-term perspective, and can be used efficiently in different environments. Hi; my English isn't very good, I apologize in advance. I have a problem: my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headphones keep disconnecting. Sometimes it happens suddenly, and then hours can go by without it happening. I don't know if there's a solution. I've tried everything, even not using Razer Synapse, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Hello! I’ve had this mouse since 2023 and the battery life has pretty much gone to a couple hours before needing recharging, I’d like to order a replacement so I can swap it out. Is there a process I can go through for this?

I have a problem with my Razer blackshark v2 x usb headphones when the microphone is working, there is a squeak on the left side where the microphone starts how do I fix this problem? I do not have a serial number in order to use razer synapse

Greetings to glorious Razer Support and all fans of Razer laptops! My laptop config: Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 / 4K OLED 60Hz / i7-9750H / 32GB 2666MHz / RTX 2080 Max-Q / RZ09-0301Windows 11 25H2 is installed. The power mode is Balanced.Razer Synapse 4.0.86 runs in the background. In its performance settings, Custom mode is selected and all sliders are turned to maximum.All firmware updates from the product support page have been installed. I noticed that after waking from sleep mode, the processor power is limited to 35W until I manually switch between operating modes in Synapse. Could you advise me on how to remove this limitation?It's very frustrating that after waking up from sleep mode, performance drops and the processor doesn't reach turbo boost frequencies.It's possible this is a Synapse bug, or Windows requires some settings to be changed, but this situation is extremely inconvenient.  I checked that my laptop's BIOS shows the SpeedStep option enabled, but there's no SpeedS

Hi folks,Just got a blackwidow v4 pro and firefly v2 pro to go along with an existing basilisk v3 mouse. I have the keyboard plugged into my PC, the mousepad is plugged into the KB, and my mouse into the mousepad.In synapse, my mouse and mousepad sync perfectly and respond to my changes immediately. My keyboard just seems stuck in spectrum and does not sync with the other two devices. Any clues? 

My Basilisk X hyper speed will not connect via Bluetooth nor hyper speed have even found the old utility is no longer on the website but still live through razor and still nothing. It seems like there’s a problem with the handshake. My computer recognizes the dongle and even shows up my mouse in Bluetooth devices. 

I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard. I just discovered that the charge is at 0% in the Synapse 4 program on my Windows PC. I've tried switching the USB to different ports and plugging it into a power outlet. I've found a solution! I have the old Synapse installed on my MacBook. As soon as I connected the keyboard to it, the charge immediately reached 100%. I believe this issue can be resolved by connecting to a device with the old Synapse program. Greetings, I am looking for support to determine what I should do from here with my Razer Blade 14.  I’ve gone through as many of the steps as I am able to recover this laptop.  I’ve done the following to help resolve this issue, but believe I am at a point where assistance is needed. 1) Replaced CMOS battery with one from Rome Tech -- no change.2) Pulled M.2 from the machine and was able to access from another PC.3) Formatted the M.2, reinstalled in Razer Blade 14, and created a UEFI USB to boot the factory reset image from. 4) Followed all instructions, pressed F12 on boot to select UEFI. Will immediately ask again what drive to boot from when hitting enter, then continues into a boot loop. 5) Tried F9 to enter recovery, met with the following error, “The preloaded image is not suitable to current system. Error code: PI480.” As mentioned, I formatted the main drive to install a fresh OS, but did not pull any logs or data other than personal stuff from the OneDrive folder.  Please adv

Hi All, just wondering if anyone in the communuity can figure out why this gif cuts out halfway through the KIrby animation and loops back to the start with mario on the Razer Control Hub for the Kraken v4 Pro. its a really cool gif and its not cutting any other gifs out for some reason. The file size is within the perameters and it lets me actually upload the gif itself.
