Hey there, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate RC30-030501 that has served me well for the last couple of years. Yesterday night, out of absolutely nowhere, the USB Dongle started malfunctioning tremendously and constantly acting as though it was being plugged in and removed repeatedly. The same issue occurred on another port, after uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and now is happening on another device entirely. Is it possible to source a replacement USB Dongle? The mouse seems to be just fine as it still works adequately if it’s plugged in; having said that, this does defeat the point of having a wireless mouse. There was no trauma/damage to the Dongle, it was plugged in and working fine just prior and wasn’t subject to any stress or force whatsoever. Would love to hear if anyone has any solutions - thanks!

Hello everyone.I have a Razer Blackwidow 4X green switch keyboard.After a couple of months of light use, the keyboard started double-clicking and missing keys, a feeling I had on all the keys. I updated the keyboard firmware, but it didn't help. What could be the problem? Is it the switches, the board, or the software? I was thinking of replacing the keyboard switches with Akko Custom Switch V3 Silver Pro 5-pin, but I'm not sure if they will fit the board. If I were to replace the switches in the keyboard, which ones would work?

I see that the Basilisk v3 35k is the only comparable model that is currently on the Mac compatibility list. I tried my Basilisk v3, but it isn’t recognized at all. It’s the most popular and most affordable mouse from Razer at the moment, so I don’t understand why it isn’t supported yet? The only reason I ask is I have a family member that wants to switch from Logitec due to being unable to program the mouse buttons how she wants, and the Logi software suddenly started failing on startup.

Hello Razer Team,I am left-handed and would like to suggest creating a true left-handed keyboard.Even though key layouts can be customized with software, this cannot fully replace a keyboard that is physically designed for left-handed users.Key placement, ergonomics, and the overall layout are still mainly optimized for right-handed use.Razer has already shown with its left-handed mouse that designing products specifically for left-handed users is possible and appreciated by the community.A dedicated left-handed keyboard would be a great next step and would significantly improve comfort and usability for left-handed gamers and users.I believe there would be strong interest in the community for such a product.Thank you for your time and consideration!

I’ve noticed that some keys don’t always register after using the keyboard for a long time.This usually happens during longer gaming or typing sessions.Restarting the PC sometimes helps, but the issue comes back later.Is this a known behaviour, or are there basic checks I should try first?

Got a new and my first wireless gaming mouse.Bluetooth and wifi dont appear to be all that smooth when looking around in games.Even watching for shutters or frame drops, theres nothing. Its like the mouse is registering intermittently, just at a super fast rate, which results in what looks like stuttering, but isnt actually GPU stutter. Does that make sense?Is this normal, or do I have a bad mouse?

Which controller will fit (clamp around) BOTH my iPhone AND my 11 inch iPad? usb c connector preferred but open to Bluetooth connection at this point

Hey EveryoneIv tried out multiple MMO Mouses recently trying to find the best one for me and unfortunately I cant just seem to get it feeling just right and I wanted to discuss the only thing that caused me to return a Naga Pro… Twice because I even went back for round 2 to try again.Its the the ring finger rest o.O - I work construction and nothing is better than sometimes just degenning hard after work sometimes but that damn finger rest causes my last 2 fingers to ache as i usually claw them around the mouse side. Spoken to a few others Ive played with who have tried mmo mice in the past and they had similar annoyances leading them away to other options or having 20 shift/ctrl/alt modifiers and delving out of the MMO realm im finding alot of games dont even allow shift modifier keybinds so an MMO mouse would really fill that void.I’m not sure if this will ever get to the right people but the nagas pro buttons felt the best and the changeable sides were great for customisation for th

Fixed issue with synapse 4 not recognizing keybinds with peripherals.   Tech for some reason hasn’t added the fix to their tech step by step guides book.  I have the easy fix that I figured out.  

Recently as the nothing phones are coming out, they've reminded me of razer and the first phone I bought back then, never really knew why they stopped at the razer phone 2, but does anyone know if theyre considering making a 3rd razer phone?

I've made of transactions recently with razer. two of them said failed but still deducted the money from my bank account. they make it beyond difficult to get this money back. they are in no hurry and think it takes a team to come to any conclusion. you essentially stole from you. either credit my account or refund the money. its how business works. will not use their "service" again. 

Can’t find it in stock on any online vendor! Some have the information “removed from catalogue”. Is there a V3 incoming soon?

My previous Logitech mouse (G604) allowed continual scrolling by ‘whizzing’ the wheel and scrolling would continue until the wheel rotational speed spun down. I don’t see a way to do that with the Naga Pro. Best I can find is using the Custom setting with steps set to 96.Is there an option I’m not seeing to enable this ability?

So i bought a razer ornata v3 x in a store called public in greece. Can i receive any rewards for leaving any good reviews and genuenly showing out the keyboard ?

Hey, I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with the W key on my keyboard. Sometimes the key registers normally, and other times it doesn’t respond at all, even though it’s being pressed.Razer blackwidow v4 low-profile keyboard.

hello I don't have both my usb cord to connect the hub and the hub itself anymore and I was looking where I could get a replacement or if I could perchance buy one but there isn't any on sale in the replacement part tab nor in any other 3rd party store so I have no idea what I should do 

I play on a andriod computer I cant afford a PC and I only see  Mac, and PC. can you please let andriod use the macros on the Huntsman mini special edition.

My Razer Opus X which I recently bought isn’t connecting to the Razer Audio app (iOS). It connects to my devices fine, but the app doesn’t register it.

I’ve tried connecting it using the dongle connected to my Xbox and Xbox controller and I’ve also tried connecting it using the console connect button but no method has worked

I use Razer Viper V3 Pro. Great mouse, but recently I’ve noticed that some of my favorite pros(ropz, senzu etc.) are using the DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed. So I tried it from my local tech store and I loved the shape. Since then I’ve been hoping for razer to release(or a leak at least) the DeathAdder V4 hyperspeed. Hoping for it to include the Hyperpolling dongle etc.. So please Razer. Work on it. 

My razer viper ultimate is only usable via cable now and I’m in the market for a new mouse.I love the look and all the buttons on the basilisk v3 pro but the weight is what’s holding me back. Since I’ve used the viper ultimate so much and I am kinda used to the weight and grip I’m afraid it would be a bad choice. So I’m also considering the viper V3 or the cobra.What is the best choice coming from a viper ultimate mouse?
