I have tried several headsets from several companies over the years. I am currently using a Razer headset but it still gives me a headache in about an hour of use. I wear a 7 ¾ fitted hat size and was wondering if Razer has a headset for those of us with fat heads?

Hi everyone I’m using my Razer leviathan v2 speaker use Bluetooth mode connect to device listen music but suddenly the speaker auto disconnected after I can’t switch to Bluetooth pairing mode again press the source button also can’t turn to blue light pairing mode always keep on the green light how can I do pls help me guys !

Tittled headset has constant buzzing in the left earWhen I go to sound settings and disable the Microphone, it all goes away. Enable it and picks up again. And just staying on the “recording” tab in sounds makes the buzzing even worse! This is both on my pc and laptop. Even when the microphone is removed from the aux the problem persists. I’ve been a razer fan for a long time, but this is rather ridiculous. Especially seeing how many others have the same issue and we have been given no explanation

I've had my razor blackshark v2 pro for a couple of years and it's been working perfect. Now all of the sudden when using the wireless mode it sounds very distorted and muffled. Almost like the audio is far away. Everything is also just quiet now and sounds terrible. If I plug in it into my pc then the audio goes back to normal, I would just use it like this but the cable isn't long enough to reach. Is there any way that this distortion problem can be fixed, or it it can't, would it be able to be replaced?

I can connect it to phone and pc, but doesnt connect to app. Plus the fact the left and right is inverted. Need help.

I recently bought a new Blackshark V2 X which seems to be authentic and works but I can’t register my product with the serial number due to it being already registered before. I want to be able to use the features such as the 7.1 surround sound. Thank you.

I believe I have found the solution to this problem that seems to affect a lot of us. Go into system setting>Select Sound>Select Microphone Razer kraken V3 ProUnder Input Settings go to audio enhancements then click the drop down menu to the right and select OFF Your microphone should now sound much better. I really hope this actually solves it once and for all 

i charged my blackshark v2 pro over night and sounds become so low,  i don’t know how to solve this. anyone got same problem and solved it?

My brand new headset works perfectly fine when paired with my phone but the audio and microphone input are glitchy on my pc. Also, it wont show up on razor synapse. All drivers are updated to the most recent version. I cannot watch youtube or do a discord call on my pc. I've tried reinstalling synapse and disconnecting and reconnecting the headset to no avail. I have read over the manual and it didnt help very much. 

I bought the Razer Nommo V2 Xcool speaker overall, ngl, quality stuff, and I like the size. But I keep having to stand up and push power on to use them every some 10minutes or smth sound is not coming out of my computerThe nommos power off at a certain point. I must stand up and get my hand behind my second monitor to press the power buttonIs there another way around?

My headphones keeps beeping on and off like it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting right away, I figured maybe a firmware update will fix any issues with it. I downloaded the Nari Firmware update tool but it’s not detecting my USB Dongle as inserted for some reason. It’s really frustrating, this has been my worse headphone I’ve ever gotten and I can’t really get a new one right now. 

hii have only 1 type с port and now it is connected to monitor. Later I used type с dongle without problemnow i have problems with connection via cable that goes in box. it connects for 5 sec and disconnect again. 

I bought thx spacial audio app with activation code on my computer and now i want to use it on my laptop cause i dont need it anymore on my computer cause i bought kraken kitty which has built in thx spacial audio already. I want to use my thx app for my other headset on my laptop but my activation code is not working anymore

Hello everyone! I just want to know if there is any way to use Razer microphones with any sound mixer? I have a Razer Siren X, and it connects via USB. Maybe there is an adapter or something? 

What is the way to stop the  Razor Black shark V2 hype speed headset  from shutting off and Bluetooth shuts off after i turn it on and pair it. Please advise?

So i bought the headphones yesterday and when i tried them it didn't work the ps5 didn't recognized i plugged in headphones, it's not like they were connected and didn't made a sound, it was like i didn't connect headphones to the ps5. Tried on my pc and it worked fine but not on my ps5. Today i figured out that if i plug it in fully to the dualsense audio jack it will not recognize the headphones, it will only work if they are not fully plugged in into the audio jack. And it annoying to play like that because the audio cable get loose and fall all the time. Anyone knows why the ps5 doesn't recognize them if i fully plugged the audio cable in?

I bought a new BLACKSHARK  V2 X USB, and I put the USB line into my desk top, but it doesn't appear in my setting at all ,what should I do..?

Basically, they told me I needed to replace my usb dongle (I don’t have access to the old one), ordered a new dongle from eBay, won’t pair, called and they said that the old dongle is the only one paired to my headset and won’t ever pair to any other dongle ever. Make it make sense please. They also don’t keep a supply of the dongles.

Hi- I have $200 in RazerGold in my account-- I thought I could send funds to a friend from my account like you can with Paypal. Razer tells me I cant get my money back.  It was a mistake for me to do this(I am not even a Gamer) ! Does anyone know any way of withdrawing my money and closing my account. I am not ever going to buy anything from Razer!I can’t afford to lose the $200-- can anyone help?  

Hello, I can't activate the activation code, it says that the code is incorrect

I'm trying to find a workaround because my default output device is set to the Razer Black Shark Pro, but I never had this issue before. I had it connected through my setup, and I could still adjust the options, but now I can't do anything. Does anyone know how I can work around this and get the output working fine through Voicemeeter? I also want to be able to use the options in Razer Synaps  

Hey essentially with my old krakens, I used to be able to change where the sound came from to personalize it. It says you can do it when I open synapse 4 but the button called “configure” isn’t showing up.
