I've been suffering with this problem for six months, all the time I was blocking this problem, but I can't stand it anymore. I use headphones via USB-adapter, and sometimes I lose sound, as if I am far away from the computer (in fact, the distance is 30-40 cm), I have to jerk my head to normalise the connection again. I checked the firmware - fresh, I also use a mat (goliathus extended chroma) and a wired mouse (viper mini). I'm really hoping for your help, I'm exhausted.

When I turn on music through THX spatian sliders run up and down, but no sound I will try to upload the video on YouTube

My razer kraken mic suddenly became very quiet. The quality still sounds great but its just very quiet. I’ve tried everything - mic level is 100 on Windows aswell as on Razer Synpapse. I’ve also tried it on a different PC - same issue. I dont think the mic itself is damaged because the quality is still great.Does anyone else have the same issue or know how to fix it?

HOW TO CONNECT V2 HYPERSPEED DONGLE THROUGH 3.5 MM CABLE TO PHONE

Hi all, anyone able to advise on this?For e.g if i want to connect a Blackshark V2 Pro to my iphone via Type C to Type C. is it possible? reason for doing so is just so, my battery is flat and i want to have an option to use it wired.

I just got my kraken v3 hypersense headphonrd but when ever I plug in my windows 11 the volume setting is not saving and going back down to 0 which I have to fix evey time. This is getting annoying for me. what is causing this to happen? I think this could be the THX spatial which is selected evey time I Plug my headphone, I still not understand why this happens.

So I bought the razer kraken x and installed the 7.1 surround sound, but my pair didn't come with a scratch off note, I even tried to register my device on razer id and got no activation code on my gmail.

Windows 11Using Blackshark V2, other than the popping sound I have that others have already reported, it worked fine including the THX Spatial Audio, until recently Razer Razer has been pushing out update after update, I see also where there is some mention of a “new” synapse, so maybe all these updates are linked to that. I accidentally deleted the 7.1 Surround Sound output device.Because of this, I couldn't hear the stereo sound and I couldn't use the microphone.What can I do to get it back? 

Hello there,Ever since I got my new BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), I've had an issue with their volume. They're too loud, and because of that, I hear a non-stop static (white noise). The newer 2023 version features a digital volume knob that adjusts the system volume, and unfortunately, that removes the ability to directly change the headset's volume.To summarize, I'm looking for a way to reduce the loudness of the headset's drivers in order to eliminate the static (white noise). Is there a method or workaround that can achive this?Thanks in advance.

I'm experiencing a peculiar problem with my Razer Nari headset. It suddenly stopped connecting to my PC, and I suspect that the dongle might be the culprit. I've checked all the connections and attempted re-pairing, but to no avail.Before I consider purchasing a replacement dongle, I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue and found a solution. Razer Kraken V3 Pro silent audio when idle for a short timeI solved the problem for this kind of bug. EXIT ALL APPS RAZER. Sound idle situation works now. but you will have 0.5seconds delay. But better then repluging your usb dongle or turning on and off your headset. Thnx razer for nothing. premium goods, zero support. Hoped it helped for y’all.  

The audio quality is so bad. Much worse than the levithan and nommo pro v1 I have previously owned. Not sure if this is the issue, I am trying to change the sound format (It’ currently at 16bit 48k HZ DVD Quaility) but it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me.  

Yesterday night was the 1st time it happened, before in windows 10, a reconnection of the dongle will fix the issue.During midgame in PUBG, suddenly the audio got cut and came back but within seconds, gone again. Until it completely keep switching in and out and no sound output. Joining a discord channel starts the problem too.How do you fix this? I even reinstalled my windows 11 .

Hey guys, first time posting, been a fan of razer for a long time and have several sets of thresher ultimates for ps4 and xbox1, i absolutely love them but there falling apart, is there anything in razers line up for ps5 that has the same amount of bass or better than the threshers? My PC doesn't have an input for type c, is there any way I can update the firmware for headphones by connecting the dong not directly?2. How to remove the passive beeping in the left earphone? If there is complete silence and the headphones are connected via 2.4, there is a beeping sound coming from the left earphone. If the headphones are connected via bluetooth to the phone, there is no beeping.3. Since there is noise in the headphones at a volume >80%, I have to reduce the sound below 80%, but for some reason the sound when reconnecting the headphones, which used to be 80% is now 60%, and the current 100%, it is already 80% before reconnection, that is, the sound with reconnection becomes quieter by 20%. Hello, I recently bought a Razer Barracuda. ​​The place I bought it from said that it had a THX feature, and in the booklet that came in the box, it told me to register my device and then activate the THX feature. My kraken v3 pro just died from nowhere, only the 3.5mm works but it doesnt seem to recognize at synapse, ive tried to update firmware and successfully update the dongle but no matter what i do i cant update the headset, it shows up that way:(I’m brazilian)The bar finishes but it doesnt update.

Hello! I have been trying to use this new headset on my ASUS TUF A17 Windows 11. When I launch a game or a VOIP app, the audio seems to switch to some kind of “nightmare tunnel” mode. It sounds absolutely atrocious and I cant figure out whats causing it.  Im looking at every running program and shutting off any audio enhancement settings but nothing has helped yet. Im getting exhausted at buying and returning stuff so I hope someone can help.
