So I play both xbox and pc. I have been eyeing these headphones up. What pair would work better for wireless streaming for both? If this isnt my best option then what would be?

hey there, this may be redundant... if it is, i'd appreciate being pointed towards a thread that i could upvote all requests for Synapse3 to be released for MacOS!! I have a Kraken TE headset that's not being utilized to it's full THX potential --> and cannot be until Synapse3 can be used on my hardware (apple) and OS (Mojave). I would love to be informed of an eta on this feature request :) Thanks!

Hi, I got the razer Kraken kitty USB gaming headset for my kid a few months ago, and she notices the audio reversed while playing the game randomly. Sometimes it comes back by itself and it just annoys it keeps change around, and hard to determine where the sound comes from. Any idea? I try to contact the tech support and nothing help. Also, I search online and seems some people also have the same issue, but not of them able to find a solution. Is this headset defective or this is the nature of the USB headset. Thanks, Sidney

Hello I have a friend with a Razer Kraken Kitty but there are strange issues happening which I cannot figure out. One of the weirdest is that when she streams via Discord, her mic does not work. She can listen to us but we cannot hear her. We have checked her Discord and Windows audio settings and all points that the input is being delected. Another thiing is constant cutoffs: She is talking and suddenly the audio cuts off in the middle of phrases. Its strange. There are a few USB ports on her PC but she has tried a few. We have also attempted to a USB 2.0 extension cable just to rule out USB 3.0 interferance. What else can she try?

Hello. I've been looking at ways to stream mobile games from Razer Phone 2, with no true success. The closest I got was through the Vysor app, but it loses audio mirroring quite often mid stream. So it came to me I could use my capture card, which would be much more consistent. To my tremendous disappointment, the uni HDMi adapter I bought seems to be incompatible with the Phone 2, causing it to freeze until I unplug the adapter, so now I'm back to square one. I've read there are a few HDMi adapters compatible with the Phone 2, yet it appears those items have mixed reviews, and Razer users reporting mixed experiences. I'd like to avoid wasting more money on stuff I won't end up using. So I'd like to ask, has anyone found a way to consistently stream screen and audio to a PC without notable issues? Are there any good adapters that work with Phone 2 in this current Android version so I can use a capture card?

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone happened to have any information on whether or not (and when) a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Special Edition will be coming out. Hi, I recieved Kraken X Tournament Edition and it is actually driving me crazy at the moment. It came with a 7.1 program, but as soon as I put in the Audio Controller USB it installed some drivers it self, a long story short I now have Synapse.. and this is where it drives me crazy. I want 7.1 and I also want THX Spatial Audio... This is why I own the headset. Right? Right. The Synapse program has its own Audio Mixer Menu, where I can change between default, surround and THX options for games which support it. Ok? Ok. At the bottom of Audio Mixer there is a calibration of THX. So... Synapse gives me 7.1 and THX without installing the named applications (7.1 & THX) or do I need to download 7.1 & THX seperately. Razer you guys need to specify a little better, because to me it seems shifty. That I might have these things already but I am urged to buy THX.

4 months ago i purchased a razer kraken x usb headset and have the receipt to prove it. The right ear cup snapped in half and I'm looking to get it fixed/replaced. I tried customer service but couldn't find anything useful.

Hey, Just bught Kaira Pro, playing around with it and do some testing on XBOX Series X. Firmware is 1.00.12. Notice rattle sound while watching YouTube, it looks like the headset is choking and cannot cope with the volume of sound. I check it on UHD YouTube videos (eg "Godzilla vs Kong 4K Trailer") or SD videos, does not matter. This effect can occur on any video. I play with headset EQ, changing it from custom to default, change XBOX setting for audio output from Windows sonic to uncompressed. Still no change to rattle sound. Also try Kaira Pro on Laptop via Microsoft PC Dongle, and did not notice such effect. Still, in games on XBOX, did not notice such effect yet. Have anyone notice similar effect?

Hey, so I just received my bluetooth headphones and all was well, until I paired them. The audio is not stable and sometimes I can't hear anything at all. Even moving my head a bit backwards can cause a cut in the audio. I installed new drivers from intel. Searched through my system, troubleshot everything. No solutions. Anyone figure out a solution, or do I have to return them.

Hi. I recently bought these headphones in my country, they worked fine. After 1 month, it stopped working properly. The problem is that they are connected via wireless and there are times when they disconnect and connect only being close to the PC. Also now the wireless does not reach more than 3-5 meters.

I’m on pc and downloaded all the software for the black shark. Now when I join an Xbox party chat on warzone I can’t hear them or speak to them, I can see that they are speaking just can’t hear them, not they aren’t muted and my sound is all the way up, can hear the game volume fine if they switch over to game chat

I'm an audio engineer and have to say after using pro studo heradphones with a flat EQ you guys nailed it with Kracken, sounds beautiful.

I recently purchased the Kraken Kitty Edition, much to my surprise (mostly from lack of research) there is no chat mixer! Can the chat mixer from the TE be used on the Kitty Edition headset? I use it quite frequently if I need to lower voices in chat to concentrate. Thanks!

I purchased this program a few years back. I used it for quite sometime, but then ended up buying an actual surround sound system for my PC, so I haven't used the software in a few years. I install it today, decided to see what may be new, or that I could use. When I log in, I get this prompt for a serial number. I don't ever remember using a serial number, but it may be possible. I just figured since I had purchased it online, I should still have it. Have the terms of the software changed? Do you have to purchase it on a yearly basis? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I’m sure this question has been asked before, but is there any way to connect the Kitty edition headset to an Xbox one? I’ve seen in other forums you can connect the headset to a laptop/pc and then to an Xbox, but is there any way to directly connect the headset to an Xbox controller with a usb/aux adapter?

Hi everyone, My headset cable got caught on my chair and it pulled at the USB connector and bent it. The headset still works but I'm worried that it won't last long. I read that the headset cable would have to be cut to repair it, but the thought of cutting it open hurts because the headset is pink and I would like to avoid ruining as much of the aesthetic as possible. Please let me know if it's possible to repair it without further damaging it. Thank you.

Hello all, I've been a Razer gear owner for many years but not very active in the community :big_grin_: I am currently (for a few months now) on a quest to find my next headset. I wanted it to be wireless (hi-fi preferably), not over-the head, with integrated mic. I was kind of disappointed when checking the market realized there were not many options. Then I remembered the Razer Ifrit, all wished specs checked, except that it is wired... I just wish there were a wireless version of this headset! Wouldn't you agree? I would definitely buy a set! (or two) Being a curious creature, I wonder if I am the only person looking for a piece of gear like this, so why not make a poll as well :rolleyes: Maybe if Razer sees that people are interested they will consider making it.. one can dream right?
