Just a suggestion, in order to see how much battery life i have left, I have to go all the way into Synapse; however, there are 2 places it would be more helpful or faster to see battery life. When I hover over Razer Central it just says "Razer Central". I wish it could say my connected devices and battery levels, assuming i have more than 1 razer wireless product. If the above is not possible, clicking once on the Razer Central icon brings up a quick menu. There is literally no useful information here. This would be another place to put battery level for all razer devices.

Hello , I have a question . I’m about to get razer blackshark v2 for Xbox series x . My concern is it would be any issue about in party chat ? Like echo sound or something . I heard some people said echo problem in part chat . Anyone tried yet or encounter any problem ? And also would audio dongle work on xsx?

I recently purchased a Blackshark v2 headset, with the USB sound card, and the first day I plugged it in it worked fine. The next day, I plug the headset in and the USB sound card will not even come on, no green light or anything. I have not changed anything on my sound settings. The headset will work if I use the audio jack by removing the headphones from the soundcard, but the sound quality is not as good. Has anyone else had this problem, or did I get sent a USB sound card that was soon to die?

I had gotten a Razer Nari Ultimate the other day and I have found it has an issue where if my mic gets activated via me talking or Push to Talk it'll send my audio itself through the mic as well. I went through many settings in Windows 10 itself, the Synapse program, and even Discord. Whether it'd be lowering sensitivity, ticking and unticking the echo cancelation, static, etc. I've run out of ideas to try and my only fix right now is using an actual microphone itself. I had a wired headset prior to this one, 7.1 surround sound, and was only about 50 bucks and it never had this issue. It would only do it if I maxed out the volume to the point that even I heard it if I took it off and was across the room. But somehow very low volume on the Nari is still loud enough to go through mic. Does anybody have a solution I could try before I contact razer in a few days?

Hey all, I love my Kraken Pro V2 headset and use them pretty much with everything but it seems the extension cable just died and now the cable for the headphones is too short for my new desktop. Does anyone know of a good replacement? I was hoping Razer had one but sadly they don't. Any thoughts? Or something to look into would be awesome. I'm not worried about the mic since I use a Blue Snowball as a mic. I just love the headset so much I want to keep using it. Thanks!

Hi, I recently bought a new headset- Blackshark V2 Pro and since i plugged it in the mixer tab in Synapse 3 was not working. I tried everything- reinstalled the app, uninstalled other apps that could collide with Synapse, browsed in the Windows sound settings, searched on the internet for a solution and even contacted support (6 days ago, still no answer). If you had this problem or know how to fix it please help me, because I cant do anything without the THX

Just bought me a pair of the Blackshark V2 Pro wireless headphones and need some advice on EQ settings for Warzone. I go Boost high in game audio. Should I change? Should I use THX surround? Bass boost? Voice clarity? Ive read some pretty great things about this headset and I want to put it to the ultimate test. Thanks in advance

Hey, guys! What's up? Just got myself a set of the Razer Hammerhead USB-C, not the ANC variant, a few days ago and you know what? It's AMAZING! It works well with both of my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G (without audio jack) and Samsung Galaxy A21s (with audio jack) while playing PUBG Mobile and COD Mobile. It works with my laptop, too! Great audio and all... It isn't the best choice for music consumption but, hey, the bass isn't half bad at all... I wonder how will it work with iPad Pro? I guess it should work well, too.

Hey all, first post on this forum. Yesterday I received my new headset, as the title gave away its a Kaira Pro. After some messing around with it I noticed that the built in microphone doesn’t work on the Xbox. Does it only work with Bluetooth or did I mess something up with the settings ? Hi! So I have had the Nari for about a year and I keep getting comments on Discord that my mic sounds like it is sort of quiet. I have been trying to connect it via the 3.5 jack (I use a Razer Splitter because my computer does not have a combined jack) but it never shows on Synapse. I have tried Repairing Synapse, deleting and reinstalling Synapse, swapping my default audio driver to Realtech to see if the mic can come from there. Nothing I have done makes the Nari show up nor does it allow me to use the mic. I also can't hear out of the Nari unless I select my Realtech Audio Drivers. The kicker for all of this is that my wireless function works just fine. I have no issue with Synapse seeing my headset when I use the USB wireless dongle. I have searched the forums and found nothing. Everyone that has an issue with the Nari not showing up is with the Wireless feature, not the Wired feature. Also, the main reason I want to fix this is so that (hopefully) I will get better quality out o

Hello I was wondering if any of you knows where one might find the product number on a Razer Kraken X Lite? I can only find a model number, which is shorter than what the product number should be.

I just received my Nari Ultimate headset earlier and while I enjoy the THX sound and the really cool haptics my headset is completely useless as a gaming headset using the retractable microphone for communication. My microphone has to be essentially muted while playing games with chat features or I get a massive audio feedback loop. It does it both with game and chat audio. If the headset audio level is anywhere above, I would say, 30% total capable volume, the microphone will pickup the sound coming from the headset pieces and quickly begin a feedback loop that won't stop until I mute the microphone. Even sitting at my desk without any sound going at all I can tap my mic with my finger and will hear the high pitched squealing echo after tapping the microphone. My older Corsair Void can have the volume cranked and even with the microphone volume at 100 it's microphone picks up no noise at all. Just got a pair of these and it sounded great! However the mic is truly terrible on discord, it keeps breaking and at certain times it cant detect any sound even when im shouting. Hope to find a solution On the other hand, is this headphone a ready product to launch in the market with such terrible mic?

Hi. Three days ago I bought this headset (Kraken TE) and I have this issue. I hear this hissing/static noise in the background when I'm using the USB controller, if I plug the headset straight into the jack I don't have any problem. I also noticed that when I'm using the USB controller, I hear the noise when the volume is high on the cable, If i'm just turning down the volume a bit then is less noticeable. The worse part is that is always there, when is quiet, listening music or someone is talking, I can hear it even worse. Also, I made some research before writing this and I saw some old posts with this issue. I've already tried reinstalling the sound driver, razer synapse, plug/unplug the usb controller. I'm just curious if someone managed to find a solution for this. I'm using a laptop and I don't have another PC atm to test the headset, but I'm pretty sure they are alright and If I replace them it will do the same.

i saw some people here that had the same problem but i couldent answer for some reason. THE FIX : it may sound stupid but make sure its plugged in to the usb 3.0 not 2.0. fixed my haptics lol

So i have had this headset for about a month or 2, now i have this unbearable crackling noise that comes on, which seems like every 10 seconds or so, i want to figure out on how to fix this, im about to bin this headset to be honest because of it.

Had a Thresher for about a year now, and worked fine, but all of a sudden after boot-up one day the headset began emitting a high pitched screech/buzz/noise that got changed and would get louder randomly. I've tried switching USB ports, but the noise is still emitted; this still occurs if the USB is unplugged or the PC is off. Help would be appreciated.

Is anyone aware if Razer are refreshing the Razer Nommo Pro this year? I want to purchase the Pro speakers but at £500 it is a lot of £££ and usually when i purchase something from Razer to find out 1 month later the product is EOL with a new model released. It would be helpfully if Razer produced a roadmap of products for the year!

So this wolverine states for xbox one... But it cancels mic monitoring on my headset. So basically my mic is on all the time people moan at me constantly. Any fix for this?

I purchased a razer kraken tournament edition headset a few days ago. It was working fine until today. I can hear sound from "razer audio controller- chat" though it is very dull sounding. And I can get no sound at all through "razer audio controller - game" or "speaker - thx spatial - synapse" I have updated audio driver, tried other usb ports, and changed any setting I could think of. Nothing works. In the control panel I can see that it is registering sound but I can't hear anything even with the volume on maximum on my laptop and the usb controller. This is my first Razer product so I apologize if this is an easy fix.

Hello there, I've just bought a brand new blackshark v2 headset. I have some troubles to set everything well. As I am new to non-stereo sound, I cant really recognize if Im doing it correctly. Currently I am playing R6 and Razer synapse seems to offer a dedicated thx profile. With this option turned on, everything is soooooo different than what I am used to. So would appreciate some basic tips&tricks in setting up the headset into playing fps games (like r6, cs go etc), what should I change to use all the potential of BS2. TBH, Ive been lookin for some info here and there but I cant really find any tutorials covering the most popular games, like those with THX profiles. Some games got their individual settings ingame - eg. CS:go allows you to change between stereo,5.1 sound etc. In R6 we got night mode and HIFI - which one should I use in both cases? A more or less detailed tutorials would be really helpful, especially for newcomers like me. I wanna make sure that it is just a matt
