Hi Everyone i finally able to download and run Synapse 3 somehow ( after like 4 months ) lol finally able set my Chroma on my keyboard (YEY) but i just realise that Synapse 3 does not recognize my Razer Kraken Headphone ? and i also dont see any Razer Surround in Synapse 3 so how do i get Razer Surround ? Thx for help !

Be sure to only recommend and describe experiences with products you actually own. As for me personally, I can't recommend the Atheris enough. People, do not sleep on this mouse! I'm on the go often and off of two AA batteries it lasts long. I don't get any performance latency. This was the mouse that sold me on wireless. This is a simple, effective, compact mouse that can be part of your travel kit or daily driver. I'm surprised myself that I love it so much.
Hi guys I just wanted share my experience with Razer's Customer Support. Please understand my poor grammar. I'd appreciate anyone that can left some advice for grammar as well Bad choice 1 - To start off, I first purchased the Razer Viper Ultimate on 04/18/20 from Best Buy and exchanged it on the day of due to loose and springy right clicks. The second mouse, once again, had the same issue but it wasn't as noticeable so i decided keep it since the Viper Ultimate was the most comfortable mouse I've used so far. Next 07/20/20, I just couldn't handle the issue any further and wanted RMA the product so I decided to first start off by reaching out to their chat. Bad choice 2 -Their response was horribly slow so I immediately just closed the window. No much to be said besides that since I wasn't on the chat for long. Bad choice 3 - Due to my frustration, I just decided to give them email for the RMA. The first email was very generic, like every other companies I've dealt with regarding warr
I'm about to replace my SSD on my razer, i'm following this tutorial: I'm wondering if anything has done this to their RB 2020 and if will have to save the driver for the WIFI on the USB stick as he recommended or if that's not a necessary step on the RB 2020. Also i reckon i need a T5 screwdriver as well or does the 2020 need a different one? Thank You
[LEFT]Hello insiders! Last week I got the amazing opportunity to try out the new Razer mental performance drink, Respawn! Now I know Respawn isn't technically an Energy drink but I had recently given up all sorts of energy drinks and didn't really have anything else to fall back to (Coffee tastes like liquid burnt toast! Yuck!) So I jumped at the opportunity to be able to try something new and on top of that something made by Razer! So of course there are 4 flavours of Respawn. Pomegranate Watermelon, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple and Tropical Pineapple. I started the week with the Blue Raspberry, I carefully read the pack of the packs I got and mixed it together with 20oz of water. Unfortunately I didn't get the awesome shaker with the samples so I just put it into a blender to make sure the powder was fully mixed. I have a 2015 Razer blade fully upgraded but stock from razor. My battery bloated and destroyed my full system, track pad case and eventually rendering my computer useless. See Pics. I understand the system is 5 years old but support offered no help, no solution and no discount on anything for replacement. They basically told me here is a link, we have a bunch of new product and you can buy it. So basically your $2900 laptop has a 5 year lifespan and them once it breaks due to the internals THIER team decided to use, you can go buy a new one. I take great care of my computer and use it as a means of providing for my family (work). I was also told it proposed a threat and a cold harm me and my family because of the bloated battery and basically good luck with figuring out. I was also told it could harm if I disassembling my computer. Okay, I did some testing with my Extreme Tuning Utility program. Here is what I have: Razer Blade 15 inches i7 9th generation 244 hz 16 GB 512 SSD Nvida RTX 2070 During idle or general use, my cpu have went between 40-63 C During gaming, it tend to be under 90c. once in a while it go to 94 c or 91 C. Contact Razer Support and they claimed there is nothing to worry about. I want to make sure I got a laptop that can last me, at least, 4 years. I will spend most of my time doing productivity, but of course i will play some games once in a while, mostly with Overwatch and Starcraft 2. I am not sure if this laptop is still worth it in a long run, or if I am better off getting a better laptop that tend to last a little longer. Any advice or recommend is welcome. I m going to buy razer naga pro. I wondered something, um so i search up razer naga pro and ltierally all i see is people asking for help, saying it had issues the second day they bought. i dont want that happening. should i just buy a simple mouse like mamba or viper. Does naga pro or trinity has that many problems fr?. and will motherboard affect any wireless connection in the mouse ( i kinda have a bad mb)
I just got my brand new razer blade pro 2020 with 300hz refresh rate. I tried to install the latest graphic driver through Geforce Experience but it says the originally installed 442.53 is the latest version available, which is clearly not true. I tried to download directly through the Nvidia website but the new driver is incompatible with the Windows installed somehow. Moreover, the dedicated RTX 2080 super max-q refuses to start at boot. I have to disable the card and re-enable it to start it every time I boot up my laptop if I want to use the card. The system recognizes the card and it works perfectly fine after I re-enable it. I believe it has something to do with the firmware or the bios that may have created a conflict somewhere during the boot-up process. Please let me know if there is any resolution to this problem.
