My first Razer product was a legend ahead of its time. Yes, I was very fortunate to have owned the greatest mouse there ever was: the original Razer Naga Epic from early years of the 2010s. This mouse was everything. Playing it wired or not, this mouse shaped my foundation of playing games on a PC. The weight was perfect. The 12 buttons on the side became second-nature. I never even gave a thought to it's eventual need to be replaced. In my world, it was invincible. I can't remember a time where I became so frustrated with technical difficulties between the mouse and Synapse where I wanted to rip my hair out. I'm sure there were a few mishaps here and there, but nothing like those of the many Naga iterations that followed the original Naga Epic, which were merely imitations at best. I have been using the Naga Trinity for the last few years. Got the Razor Core X. Helps me run four monitors off of a Mac mini. Pretty neat, although some challenges with start/shut down. Typically I leave my Mac mini on all the time and it just goes to sleep when I leave. This is nice because it can still Time Machine backup in the background, etc. and is easy when I return. With the Razor Core X the challenge is that when I do this and the computer goes to sleep it intermittently kicks the fan on high instead of just shutting down. Is there a setting to change this? When I fully restart or turn on my computer from shut down, having the eGPU on causes a problem because the mini can't boot unless its off and then turned on once you login. (this only happens from full restart, not waking from sleep) I read somewhere online there are some eGPUs that can have a delay allowing you time to login. Is there a delay setting somewhere with the eGPU? Does anyone know if plugging a smart switch into the eGPU is a problem to use for turning it on/off? I k

Hi, I cannot wait to buy a Blade 15 with RTX 2070 Super Max Q, but there a catch: I live in France, and cannot stand the French keyboard layout I could order it from Amazon UK, but then I would lose the European consumer rights (guarantee, right to return...), and the costs is 150€ higher after currency conversion. Is there an option for me to purchase either from Razer directly, or from a European channel? Thank you so much.

So last night the wife surprised with a new keyboard.....Huntsman Elite Chroma. SWEETTTT!!!! Worsk great, playing with the software to set up the lighting took some fiddling around. Now the weird part. I go to open this forum as I normally do, I see I have some alerts. I go to check them out to see I've been awarded a trophy called fully decked out. It's showing I have mouse, headset and now my new keyboard. So how does it know?

I got this Razer Leviathan in April 2020. So far so good. I am using the AUX cable for the sound output. But whenever there is no sound output from my laptop for about 10 seconds, there starts to have this crackling sound from the soundbar itself. I thought it was some issue from my AUX cable so I changed it out. But the issue still persists. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

Hi fellows, one question is bothering me for quite some time. WHΛT IS THΞ DΞFINITION OF Λ RΞΛL GΛMΞR? I have seen and heard various statements about the meaning of the word gamer, though most of the people, including some of my friends considered that playing games was just a part of the childhood, and that when you get to have a job and girlfriend, gaming slowly dies. It's not my case tho, i love to play games, i still do and i don't feel any shame about it instead i am quite proud about it. So even if i don't like all the games out there, i still appreciate the idea of gaming, of playing together with other people. I don't know how to say it, there are just things that feel good, like the endless rages you get, sleepless nights and so on. But personal. i think i have a more accurate definition for gamers. Gaming is a way of living, a lifestyle, if you're truly into gaming nothing should get in your way, at some point or another, you'll always find time to play. What do you guy

I just got my brand new razer blade pro 2020 with 300hz refresh rate. I tried to install the latest graphic driver through Geforce Experience but it says the originally installed 442.53 is the latest version available, which is clearly not true. I tried to download directly through the Nvidia website but the new driver is incompatible with the Windows installed somehow. Moreover, the dedicated RTX 2080 super max-q refuses to start at boot. I have to disable the card and re-enable it to start it every time I boot up my laptop if I want to use the card. The system recognizes the card and it works perfectly fine after I re-enable it. I believe it has something to do with the firmware or the bios that may have created a conflict somewhere during the boot-up process. Please let me know if there is any resolution to this problem.

Hi Folks, I just bought a viper mini it came from One of retailers from china an Asia version of viper mini and one thing that I've noticed is that the LEFT and RIGHT button will click by just tapping it after it registered on the sensor. plus the fact also that the clicks were also connected to the PAW Sensor. In order to eliminate this I need to lift up the mouse and then when I put the mouse down and click either the right and button again then will return again to a "One tap" click state. It's not a very serious issue but it's kinda Annoying I hope that there's still a way to fix this issue. Thanks guys if there's anyone here that can share this thoughts regarding the issue of my Viper mini.

Is there a list some where on Razer's web site that shows what devices require what Synapse's to use? It would be very helpful to keep all my Razer products on the same cloud software.

Okay so lets see if someone can help me out! Is there any way to make a keybind that turns a macro on/off with another keybind? Example: I have a macro that spams my rightclick WHEN I hold down rightclick, but I want to stop that macro by pressing "X".. Is there some possible way to do that? Again; I want to HOLD DOWN rightclick to make the macro work, but I wont to deactivate the macro with "X" so rightclick doesnt spam when I hold it down again. Hopefully someone understands D:

hello is there any way I can run razer synapse 3 on ubuntu 20.04 without open razer I would like to use Linux instead of windows

I have been waiting for a while for the viper ultimate (maybe with viper mini ultimate please release that too...) with new colors. Although I could get it custom colored on colorware, I prefer stock colors from Razer. mercury or pink, it don't matter. If I am the only one waiting for this... then so be it, but if people want a viper variant (wired, wireless, viper mini, etc.) Please contribute... so it can release faster... My wired viper is wearing out now... from all this waiting. (I do have the hyperflux mamba also, but all these black peripherals are messing with my setup)

I have a 2018 RB 15 Advanced with 1070 and a RB V1 Core. On connecting to an external monitor (without the Core attached) my RB 15 fan speeds are quiet (almost silent) under normal load with Synapse 3 set to balanced mode. Once the core is attached (with external monitor connected through the core) the RB 15 fan speeds actually increase to a consistent low level but definitely louder than without the core attached and Synapse settings set at balanced. The temperatures remain the same with or without the Core at 55/65 C, again with normal load/activity (not gaming). Unlike many with Core fan noise issues, my V1 Core operates relatively quiet without much increase in fan noise while gaming and virtually silent under normal load. My expectation would be to see the opposite experience with RB 15 fans slowing on connection of the Core if temperatures/settings are the same. I am assuming Razer has programmed the BIOS of the RB 15 to increase fan speeds on connection of the Core regardl

Can the RAM be upgraded? If so, what is the max amount and max speed? Also, can the SSD be upgraded? If so, what is the max accepted? I tried looking on the support page for this model but very limited info on the page and in the master guide no info. Thanks!

Looking for help with Lighting effects for multiple devices all simultaneously operational. I have a Black Widow, Black Widow TE v2, and Mamba. The problem I'm having is that when I import a profile, I cannot get all three devices to run the same effects. I noticed that when I choose quick effects, lighting is applied across all devices, but when I try the same with advanced effects only the TE accepts the effects and the other devices don't apply the effects. It instead gives the option of going to chroma studio. I tried painting the same effects but that wasn't working. I would like to know how Ior get instructions on how I can get the advanced effect to apply across all devices the same way I get the quick effects to apply?

I just bought this mouse today. I'm a 3D piping designer and BIM coordinator and I use this mouse for work. I am trying to set up all of my buttons and I can't seem to set up the Windows shortcut keys on any buttons. I follow the proper set up and when I click 'save' I get an error that says "This mapping requires Synapse" I'm trying to set up COPY and PASTE buttons To the best of my knowledge I DO have synapse running. It's defiantely installed. I don't know but it's getting frustrating and I need to get back to work. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
