Hello, I have got myself a new 15 inches Razer Blade with 240hz, 2070 nivida RTX, 512 SSD, and i7 ninth generation from the microsoft store today. When I have downloaded Overwatch game and play it just for 5 minutes, the front panel, above the keyboard have became extremely hot that even some of my fingers could feel the sunburn. There are a lot of great games out there and the value they provide to each and every individual is going to vary. We've discussed in previous discussions regarding the availability of time in which to play our games. The time we have to play our games alone has value. At the same time, how much time invested is a good amount? This one is tricky, as the answers would vary between pvp and pve type games. For example, I still play Overwatch. I've easily poured over 500 hours into it. I've dumped a lot of money into loot boxes and I still feel like I'm getting a lot of value out of the game. I know many others who would disagree. The value changes when I'm playing an RPG. I would expect to get at a minimum of 40 hours. I'd love to get 80 or higher. Every time my computer wakes from sleep, synapse 3 activates the preview for my Kiyo camera and turns the camera on. I have to open synapse and disable it every time. Synapse version is 3.4.1015.100206

Hello All, I know this is my first post and all but had to rant a little. Placed an order on Friday, received it on Tuesday! Fast shipping, that's the good part. Now the bad part, my order was for Razer 15 Advanced RTX 2070 max q 240hz. when I first turned it on and set everything up I noticed that something was off with the display. So I kept trying to go to the NVidia control panel but kept getting the no nvidia graphics card detected. Tried to install a new driver but kept getting an error that said that the software did not support the graphics card. Finally got into a chat with customer service and went through the same process that I did. Sent them a screen shot of the current graphics card and they finally said they will send a replacement because of a faulty GPU. My question is, are they sending me a refurbished laptop or a brand new one? I really don't want a refurbished laptop, kind of freaking out since this is a brand new laptop. And apparently the down time is 1 week?! Sho

A company like Razer that dont offer to sell you spare parts for your phone that you bought for 900 euros in my eyes is a very very bad company and not to be trusted in the future. I just got a 500$ PC from Best buy. I decided to buy razer ornata chroma from Amazon bc it was cheaper refurbished. The refurbished keyboard that came was from Canada and this fact wasn't mentioned in the description. Upon plugging the keyboard bin my computer went into a loop of "your PC ran into a problem sad face" thing. Amazon is able to return the keyboard but that is it. My PC is a HP Elite Desktop Intel Core i-5 16 GB of memory 2-TB hard drive. I have no money to buy or fix my computer and I need it for school as well as to cool off on weekends can someone please help. Edit: the keyboard did not come from Canada . Fact is the only problem I had started after I plugged this keyboard in, no apps, can't click bottom bar with search and windows icon, couldn't do it in safe mode either.

That's right! I wouldn't buy the Razer Turret for Xbox and PC, or any other Razer product after this disaster of a purchase.
