Evening Razer, I have a problem which i had claimed through a redemption code on the 6th april However my order is saying it has been received and nothing has updated since i have placed it, shipping says 5-7 days and any problems should have only added 2-3 more days on top. Order #RZGBRD1000001577315I have had no update on what has happened with said product and wish to know what the problem is and why i still haven’t received it I would like to find out if anything has happened or if i will actually be receiving the product because i am in the dark here really

Headset has a blue flashing light when i turn it on despite the usb dongle being plugged into my pc. The headset had been working fine for a while until suddenly it stopped working and is no longer connecting to my pc.

Have had my Nari ultimate for nearly 3 years now and I love it, best headset I have ever owned. However, about a day ago, it randomly disconnected, and now whenever it is turned on, the LED is just a rapidly blinking blue light. I’ve ran the dongle recovery tool multiple times, same with the pairing tool, and it JUST. DOESN’T. WORK!! Sometimes it works for a split second, but immediately disconnects again the second any audio comes through it. Someone please help me, because this is pretty frustrating..
Hi, The mic was working just fine and cut out midway through a call in Slack. Mic is now not detected in sound settings - no input device found. Nor is it visible in device manager - it's like the driver never existed and I'm also not getting anything if I "scan for hardware changes". My machine came with Windows 10, which I upgraded to 11 and that worked fine for about a month. I did have an issue with Synapse working out of the box but just reinstalled and again everything has been fine Any idea what to do. The only recommendations I can see online is a factory reset.

Hello, I have a problem with my Barracuda Pro, sometimes when a video or game has certain frequencies the audio sounds robotic and is very annoying, it also happens when it is connected to Bluetooth, I already disabled Windows sound enhancements and so on but it doesn't work I hope you can help me, thank you.
