I'm curious how the migration is gonna work? Right now here we have one "Nextbit" section with threads inside while the current Nextbit Community has 14 (including the CORE Beta Tester section) sections with the threads inside those and 4 of those have 2-10 subsections inside that have more threads.

So are all those 14 sections merged into 1 (which is gonna be super cluttered and confusing) or are those sections (maybe as subsections inside this "Nextbit" section assuming it can go that deep) still gonna be made?

Also if it is gonna be this one section only, what about the CORE Beta Testers since it's "[Confidential]" so it can't really be here. Is it no longer gonna be "[Confidential]"? Is it gonna be one main Nextbit section and one Nexbit Beta section? How do we get access to the beta section if/when it comes if we are already in the Beta on the other site?

Lastly, speaking of the other site... Are all existing posts gonna be auto-migrated? If so, how are the posts gonna be associated to their original posters? Are you gonna add a way to connect an old Nextbit Community account to a Razer Insider account?

PS: Since I'm new to the Razer forums, might as well introduce myself! My name is Brandon Giesing (was also bgiesing on the Nextbit Community), I was a winner of a wallpaper contest to win a free Ember Robin (Sadly I bricked it and my replacement had to be a different color) and I'm excited to see what's to come! If you are on the Nougat update for the Robin (and above), you can use my wallpaper by opening the Nextbit Wallpapers app and picking the 3rd one with the dark orange and blue colors!

EDIT: Also what about Badges on the other site? Like the Kickstarter Backer and Green Bubble badge? Razer Insider has a similar thing with Rewards/Trophies/Achievements which cover most of the badges already (like how many posts or likes/kudos you've made/gotten) so I'm guessing you could add a Trophy for those badges (I'm guessing there's a way to manually add trophies to people who meet certain requirements so anybody who had those badges on Nextbit's site would get it added to their account but nobody else would be able to get it themselves)

Hopefully once the full integration is complete on April 14th, we will have a better understanding of what is going on.

Hey! I've been using your wallpaper on my Ember for a long time! Slightly off-topic haha but just wanted you to know there's at least one Ember user using your wallpaper :)

No worries about the off-topic :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: The original inclusion of that in the post was slightly off-topic to begin with.

Thanks for using the wallpaper! Always nice to hear about others using your work.
  5. Just migrated to Razer community from the Nextbit community, hoping that all older community members will soon join the Razer community.

From what I am hearing, we do not know if the posts will be migrated. Nor about the trophies. All we know at this point is that users will have to create a new account with Razer Insider.
I will miss the Nextbit Community Forums though.

I've been talking with the Razer team about creating a Beta thread that'll be private to specific users. However, there's a ton of work involved, so I don't know how quickly we can get that going.

I feel were being cornered into the early adopters space.
