Menu to open the statistics is missing when using a naga 2014 because of the other menu (complements) pushing the option away into the void.

Also, couldn't get it to work with my imperator 2012 and world of warcraft in windowed fullscreen!

You can access it by clicking you Razer ID email and looking way at the bottom: "Stats & Heatmaps". Hope this helps! :D

Haven't seen this before! Seems like an awesome idea, especially for competitive gameplay such as in CS:GO. Giving it a try right away! :)

I've been using it for many days now on LoL with a Taipan, and I wanted to point out that only mouse clicks were recorded, no numbers in the "distance" or other categories. Is it a bug or should I enable something like surface calibration ?

no crashes or anything but I can't get it to work, I mean I played LoL for around 4 hours and the data in this shows 0. Same for mouse clicks and movements.

I guess i can leave feedback here.

    Bugs and Issues

I have synapse installed with the frameworks of the following razer devices that i had/have, and it seems like synapse loves to eat CPU usage (about 20% at all times), it started since i bought the Naga 2014, so im kind of suspicious about the in game config.

The following frameworks are installed on my pc (yes, im a pretty good fan of mices) Naga 2014, Deathadder 3500, deathadder 2013, naga molten, imperator 2012, orochi.

(its like this always, range is about 25% and 5% of cpu)

Another bug i found is when using Naga 2014 In game configurator, it reloads everytime i alt-tab, and the interface gets buggy (sometimes just the interface without buttons to clic, rendering it unusable).

Still does not recognize World of Warcraft on Windowed-Fullscreen, but razer ingame config indeed can work on it.

Also, as i said on another post, the Stats tab on the top menu while using a naga 2014 (because of the complement tab) gets pushed to the right, making the button unreachable. A workaround as Supercilex said is to go open heatmaps from the menu of razer id dropdown list.

    - Let me take a screenshot of my game ui for Stats. As a wow player, i have a custom template of addons, button position and whatelse... Make it intuitive to know where my mouse is (i want to know if i am more a clicker than i think of).

    - I do think, the interface is way too big for what it is, it does not need to be another razer window, i already have 3 with Cortex installed.. Either join the 3 windows so i can have 1 taskbar button or at least make it another tab on cortex (as it already has that same window size).

    - Give us the power to unistall previous frameworks! (or friends mouses), my family is full of razer peripherals, sometimes i like to try few of them and the first time i have to install them on synapse! But im never ever using them again!, does synpase knows what module not to load? Maybe this can lower cpu usage!

    - A link to this forum on the about or main window.

    - A one button display of Traveled distance of the mouse in game, uptime, and clicks done. Would help Starcraft players on the run.

-Right clics counter. Right now, only left click is displayed in the data screen.

-Extended info about the other buttons of the mouse, how many times it was lifted from the mat.

Sorry if my english is bad and it gets hard to follow.

    That will be all!

Thank you for taking your time reading.

It sounds better then it works for me, It is definately new and cool but for me this does not register close to all keypresses, etc. Any ideas on how to fix this btw?

I'm having the same issue with CPU usage man, anytime I move my mouse it causes whatever I'm hovering over to freeze and Synapse CPU usage shoots up to 60%! This started with todays update and I must close out of Synapse so I can play my games. I think it's with the way Heatmap is trying to track mouse movements. Hope this can be looked into.

So I already emailed support, but just to leave a message here too:
This week and today show incorrect times played. Actually I think it's an overflow bug of a variable:

  14. I haven't had Stats & Heatmaps work since day 1. It really is a neat idea but it does need refinement.

sadly it won't let me finish installing it, says that my version is already updated to the 2.0 version and the setup cannot be continued.

I am really glad you made this post. I saw the video you guys put on youtube about it but was unable to find it in synapse. I will download it soon and hopefully we can get some of the kinks worked out.
